I signed up for comcast double play through this company and part of the offered was a @ $200 Amazon gift card. I send all paperwork as prompted by the agrrement and. I have yet to hear or received anything from them. I will attempted one more time to make contact and will wait a couple of days before calling Comcast to complain about their marketing agreements. They should be aware of what this company is doing to their name. I am notthe only one that has had problems with this and it seems to be a regular occurrence
with this buisness. I will also contact the FCC or FTC whichever handles Cable marketing. The Better Business Bureau will also be contacted. I will not let this go on like it is ok because what this company is doing is fraud!!! I will hope that this can get resolved in a professional matter and they honor their promise.
