I made quite a big order here as Christmas presents. Delivery took longer than I expected but I received my order on time. Unfortunately these guys ColourPop messed up the whole order. I have purchased three different lip gloss and received three identical. Bronzer was missing and blush arrived damaged. I contacted ColourPop so many times via email which I found on their website and received no reply. I will never order from them again, they ruined everything! I regret I did not read the reviews.
I ordered a SmokeNRoses Brush set but I received the SmokeNRoses eyeshadow palette. I cannot get ahold of Colourpop to get the issue resolved. Order [protected]

I cannot order from colorpop because my house does not have a number. In the UK lots of houses have names instead of numbers. You should change the address field for contact information so that it does not require a number. Also you should extend the restriction on how many characters you can have in the address field.

That I had a very bad experience shopping with you guys. I have placed an order on September 24th 2017 with O#7954332. I already received them but my product is face duo - Topaz was broken and my order is concealer was lost. Please returned back and that you guys were preparing a replacement order.
It took a month to receive my order, and I have only received 2 of the 5 items
I´ve purchased, I would like if they send me the rest of the items, because I paid for them all and I even pain an extra 27 euros because my order was held at costums service.
All of the eyeshadows I have received are BROKE? Pleas explain and refund me
