My Complaint is similar to all the rest except that I cancelled (or tried) the day I received the Product. Let me explain, First, I ordered the "FREE" sample of Colopure for the price of $5.95 S&H. It was to be a 15 day trial, (in Small Print- from date of order) and you are lucky if you receive it within 10 days. Then you are told you can return for your money back less RESTOCKING FEE, shipping, & handling of any not opened product. Could someone please tell me how you try a product without OPENING IT? Because I was unable to reach anyone by telephone I went on line and talked to the online operator (Laura)- or so I thought it turned out to be automated (I have a copy of the chat). In my conversation I told Laura that I wanted to cancel because their product contain HOODIA and that under my meds I couldn't take it, it could kill me and that when I searched through their ad that there was NO mention of HOODIA in their products. I also explained that I checked again and that there was no mention what so ever in fact they show you a close-up of the bottles ingredients-nothing. Since then they have stolen $309.30 from my bank account, NO PRODUCT JUST SCAMS.
I AM A DISABLED SENIOR, ON A FIXED INCOME WHO'S TIRED OF GETTING SCAMS AND TAKEN FOR GRANTED.
I also encountered the rude male at their customer service named "Pete" who after I waited over an hour on the phone to speak to someone and several times requestedto speak to a supervisor, was told by "Pete" that he had already wasted ten minutes on me and that I should call the Post Office to get my answers.
