Colon Cleanse SCAM

I ordered the Acai Berry and the Colon Cleanse was offered free with my order of Acai Berry on 4/20/2009. I called and cancelled Acai Berry to stop charging the "membership" charges in September 2009 and paid the $41.00 for the initial "free" product. Today, dated 3/4/2010, I received a bill for $133.95 from Health Online Services for the Colon Cleanse. They have been trying to get the money from my credit card, but I had cancelled my card back in September, 2009 because I had read that they would continue to charge your credit for as long as they could get away with it. I called the customer service number in the letter and told them they will not be receiving any payment from me and to cancel anything that they think they have that identifies me as an active consumer of their product. I have never received anything from them since 4/20/2009. I kept all my e-mail correspondence from them and the original website no long exists. I am lucky that they have not been able to get anything from my credit card, but apparently this can go on for years.

I have not ordered any products from you recently, and now you are charging me somewhere around $80 for "Colon Cleanse" when I did nothing to "order" said product. I can return the product if it means getting my money back, and I want to know how you can stop charging me for items I do not want. Get away from my credit card account.

Colon Cleanse charge made on my capital one card

On 07/01/2010 I found a free trial colon cleanse company offering 60 capsules of colon cleanse product and you would have to pay for the delivery (£3.95 ) I received the product on the 12/01/10

For my surprise Capital one card from the fraud team called me about a charge of £76 from the VIV3 LTD COMPANY I didn't recognise the transaction and they provided me with a telephone number +[protected]

Called the company and screamed at the customer services representative who asked me if I had read and understood the terms and conditions from their website. Which I didn't as an innocent vitim of a scam scheme.

Finally after calm down a bit I was informed by my card company that when you agree with the terms and conditions by giving your card details this company would have the right to charge this value on monthly basis. I called the company again and finally got the cancelation done.

Here is the email they sent me with the cancellation comfirmation

Colon Cleanse Free Trial

I just talked to the company. I argued with the guy on the phone who said the charge was shipped on the 15th, and then he changed his story and said the bottle was shipped on the 12th. I called him on his lie and he said he talked to his supervisor and they would refund me $44. It would take 4 to 5 business days to hit my account. The original deal on the internet said it was a thirty day free trial, now he says it is a 14 free trial. This company is listed out of the Caribbean. Their calling center is in Scottsdale, Arizona. Lets spread the message, don't anyone buy this stuff. It made me sick and now they don't want to give me any of my money back. Will wait to see if I get any money.

Call your bank and cancel your card immediately before they charge you more.

I stupidly bought Colon Cleanse 3000 and Acai Berry Breeze on their 14-day free trial, which is impossible to meet the terms of, since they send the product nearly two weeks after ordered. This is only a method by which your credit card number is acquired so they can charge you monthly for your new "subscription" to their product. The only thing being cleaned out is your wallet.

Find out the address of your State Attorney General's office and inform them of your experience with this company. Good luck.

Colon Cleanse Unauthorized charges

I did not authorize this company to take $89.00 from my acct. I only authorized $3.95 to be taken to get a sample of colon cleanse. This a scam you can not get through to the number. That they send you for your confirmation. I need my money put back in to my acct ASAP? Because I am working on legal actions and well as my bank.

This product is advertised in conjunction with Super Acai Complex as the perfect energy and weight loss product combination. Both sites offer a 10 day free trial. When you finally receive the product - there is no literature, billing information, invoice, etc. - nothing that indicates you are obligated to perform any action. I even called Family Vita Health to ask if I should order the 30-day supply to get the full benefits. The sales representative, Anthony, said "no", see if you like the product first.
Imagine my suprise when I saw my credit card statement - $4.99 and $1.79 for the 10-day offers and SEVENTY NINE DOLLARS for each product then charged 14 days later. When I called, I got the typical "runaround", cheap-car-salesman-slick-talk. In sum, I am expected to pay $140.00 plus dollars for 2 little bottles of trial supplements. Neither of these products had safety caps or seals so I never even tried them. I even offered to return the product and they refused. They want their money. DO NOT BUY THESE PRODUCTS! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CON ARTISTS. Their practices violate at least 10 state and federal laws.

Hey I was charged 79.76 for a product ordered online. They don't have a website to contact them . I called [protected], they told me I was past the deadline for returns, I told them I wrote a letter when I recieved the package asking for an RMA, I also told them that their website is bogus and that they have a very long list of complaints against them. I was persistant and asked to speak to a suporviser, she said she was one and offered a refund of $30.00 and to keep the product . I think this is the only way anyone will get any money back from them ! Please pass it on!

This was advertised as a 14dy FREE TRIAL offer, when i rang to complain i was told that the free trial perod of 14dys began on the day the goods are ordered and not from the date the item is recieved. This is grossly unfair and misleading and i will be pursuing this complaint through every avenue possible until i get my money refunded

I purchased colon cleanse and acai berry free trials back in June 2009. I was informed that there was a 14 day free trial and thought 'wow, great offer.' I was aware that I would have to make some contribution to the shipping payments. These turned out to be £12.74 for quality health and then £37.64 for maxacaib. I received my products and did not think anymore. On 18th june 2009 a payment was then taken from my account to quality health for £50.20. I immediately contacted the acai berry site who informed me that they have removed me from their list and will not take any further payments. On 22nd June 2009, a refund was made into my account for £35.60 from maxacaib but then on the 24th june 2009 a debit of £37.62 was taken from my account to health and beauty? I immediately contacted the customer support for colon cleanse via e-mail and instructed them to cancel my account as they had sent me another bottle and taken money for it. I then asked for a refund and they sent me the address to send the bottle back in which i did instantly to the address in china. On 10th July 2009, I sent the botlle back and got a receipt from the post office. Since then I have sent a number of e-mails asking where my refund is and they still have not sent it to this day. I have since noticed that more transactions have been made from my account. 30th june 2009 to membershir? £4.45, webaccess? £2.02. 2nd july 2009 to tipperhealt for £62.03. 19th august 2009 to vh access cyprus for £2.04. 20th august 2009 to health member cyprus £4.46. 19th August 2009 to vh access cyprus £2.04 and 20th August 2009 to healthmember cyprus £4.46. I have now conatcted the bank and have to send them all of the documentation. They have informed me that a number of people have been involved in this scam.

I noticed an $89.31 charge to my visa, when I called to find out what it was for I was informed by Alex(female) that I had not canceled before the 14 day free trial was up. First off I did not ever receive the free trial sample that cost me $3.95 so why in the world would I spend $89.31 for more of a product I never tried. Then I was told that I would have to mail the product back at more expense to me so there would be a tracking number before I would get my money back. There is definitely something wrong with this company if this is their business practice. I will be sure to mention this to all of my friends to make sure none of them get gouged by you. L. Heath

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM & I"M NOT EVEN TALKING ABOUT THE PRODUCT EFFECTIVNESS AS I HAVE NOT EVEN RECEIVED IT YET!

I ordered the "FREE TRIAL" colon clean pills on July 2. i have 14 days to call & cancel before i am charged a monthly fee of $90.00- It was curious that i had not received them yet so i attempted to cancel on July 11th (9th day)...busy signal. the weekend there was a recording saying biz hours mon-Fri 8am-5pm. I have tried to call on July 14th (11th day) on numerous occasions only to get a busy signal. If I knew an address, i would write them as well, but I'm sure no one would even respond. Again i have not even tried the product -now i don't even want to i just want to cancel the monthly charge!

I ordered what was supposed to be a free trial of acaipure and colon cleanse. I received the acaipure but was charged full price for it but I never received the colon cleanse but was billed $39.95 on my credit card. This was not authorized only the cost of shipping of the trial package. Since it was never sent to me that is also not authorized. Apparently this company has ripped off a number of other people. Please get the word out there so others can avoid making the same mistake. Thank you

I replied to an add for a free trial of Colon Cleanse and Acai Berry Breeze paid shipping and handling in 8-09 and upon arrival i started taking it
I am a heart patient and am on coumadin which is a blood thinner i went in for my weekly blood check and found my INR off the charts high it is supposed to be Between 2.5 -3.5 and mine was at 8 so they sent me immediately to my cardiologists and they sent me to the ER to have a unit of Plasma to thicken my blood i was told not to take any more and i did not. as i got home i called this company and canceled any further deliveries mind you they said OK and I've not received any other orders or requests for payment then a week ago i got a letter stating they were trying to attempt to collect on these products then today i received two bills for the amount of 133.95 each one for the Colon Cleanse and one for the Acai Berry Breeze and that my credit card had been declined i called and reached customer assistance and told them i had canceled within the trial time the man argued and said i did not. then he said they tried last year to reach me by e mail he said they would be continue to attempt to collect on these.

Beware - this 'Free' Trial is a total rip-off and will cost you over $85 minimum. The Web Site where you sign up for the 'free trial' implies that you are only risking the S & H Fee - that you are trying it free for 14 days and if you don't like it, you can return it for a refund. No where is it prominently displayed that if you do not return the unused portion within 14 days, you will be charged $83.95 FOR THE FREE TRIAL BOTTLE YOU GOT - and then they will start shipping another bottle each month on the date you first ordered the free trial. You only discover these details if you were smart enough to scroll down and click on the tiny link for 'Terms and Conditions'. I called their Customer Service Center, and they offered nothing beyond cancelling future shipments. I never opened the 'free sample' and offered to return it to be refunded this bogus charge of $83.95 and they flat out refused.

I guess I am not alone based on previous posts - this company advertises free trials for 14 days but does not tell you that is from the point they supposedly ship not the point you receive the product. So, I get the product and 2 days later call to cancel and they say my 14 days is already up and my card has already been hit for a non-refundable $83.00. Top that off, they screw up the cancellation and I get hit for another $89 (why it changed I have no idea) 14 days later. They agree they screwed up on the cancellation and promise me a refund - but I have not seen either the first or the last charge refunded yet. To add insult to injury- the last charge which should have never occured made my card go over the limit and I got a $35.00 charge for that and they will not reimburse me for their mistake on that either. The is a pure internet SCAM.

Colon Cleanse Scam and fraud!

Same complaint as everyone else. I was dumb enough to order a sample and then here they come sending them every 30 days. I tried many many times to call them, but they have you wait on the line for 1 to 2 Hours and then finally they talk. I think the holding on the line is a hoax as much as anything else. I am going to put in a compliant to Better Business Bureau and stop payment on my credit card and if necessary get an attorney. You think for 89.31 thats crazy but they are doing this to many people and they need to be stopped. If the product worked like their bragging stats, it would be fine to pay for it but its a rip off and in the first place grossly over priced to say the least.

advertised free trial for 1.95 and was charged 89.67 for a product that does not come close to what they advertise. I called to have charges reversed on my credit card and they refused to reverse both charges. I was not allowed to speak to a supervisor, which I find very disturbing.(they charged 89.67 for first free trial bottle) and the same for a bottle I returned.

I ordered colon cleanse 3000 risk free trail offer. I called during the 14 day trail period to cancel the product, I could not take the product. The seal is still on the bottle. NO ONE told me to return the bottle.
After months and months gone by I received a letter TODAY (the only letter) stating I owe $133.95 and that if I don't pay up I will go to collections!

I called Health Onlone Services and talked with a representative, he did not state his name, but he was very RUDE. He said if I don't pay, that my credit will be ruined.

This is the worst company I have ever had any interaction with. The customer service people are evil and merely ready from scripts as they are clearly prepared for outraged customers. They advertise on Yahoo so watch out. Don't do it. They send you a terrible product for less than $4 and then bill you $90 a month. When you ask to stop the billing they go on about how they have your computer address. When you tell them you are going to complain to states attorney and BBB they have a scripted response that it is a health product so you can't send it back for a refund. And then they very condescendingly tell you you should have read the fine print because you are not fraudulent for trying to break a contract. It is business like this that is ruining America.

This company and product is a scam and a money rip off. I get a product that is a trial issue. At the same time I notice that I have had 2 charges and a 3rd tried on my credit card. This is less than a month. Do not ever go on a vacation. As I look over the "trial" product they even state on their bottle that people with certain conditions should not take this product. After trying to reach a representative, with a wait of forever, I get the run around. Because of the 14 days SHIPPING date they are charging full price for their "junk" no matter what. The fact that I have not received anything else or that I just got the mail does not matter. All these things are in the "fine print" that you can barely see that appear on line only. I also looked and no where does it mention that if you have certain condition you should not take this product. If their product was so reputable then why are they charging so often and so fast to peoples credit card. Also why are they so unwilling to refund people that are not able to take it, or do not want to? I have been charged $45.00 for a little jar of snake oil. Everyone spread the word that this is a product and a company that you must avoid!

I didn't even request any free samples, and only became aware that I was being charged when my credit card company called and told me they suspected fraudulent charges on my card. I looked, and saw several small charges which I never authorized. The card was canceled and a new card was issued, and the charges were reversed. My credit card provider said they were investigating, and will send me a report.

Several days later, I received colon cleanse and wrinkle cream in the mail, which I had not ordered!

I am very concerned, since I rarely order online and am not sure how my card was compromised. In the past month, I bought flight tickets from Expedia, a game from Big Fish, and some cds from Amazon marketplace. All are trusted sites, so I don't think they would be involved?

Has anyone else had a similar problem?

I had the same problem. Paid the $4.95 shipping charge to try the product and then my card was posted with an $83.95 charge. I called also and was connected to some sort of 'boiler-room' environment (I could here muted conversations of several voices nearby). No satisfaction from the fool that answered my call. I've written a letter to my credit card company asking for a reversal. Is there anything more to do?
