Not only did I report them to the FBI in AZ but the BBB
They tried to charge me for product I didnt order.
They also say they have a 15day MBG
I called back several times and then talked to my bank and Lawyer
They finally refunded my money(they 3-5 business days) they take it out fast, but dont put it back fast. They never should have taken it at all.

I logged on to order my free trail offer and went through their web site and ended up ordering $127 worth of product without even agreeing to. I called my bank and it was already posted to my account the exact same day.

I ordered Colon Cleanse 3000 online and of course the terms and conditions was below the order form so you wouldnt see it. When ordering the product it was my understanding that I was going to get a FREE TRIAL OF COLON CLEANSE 3000 and never saw that I was going to have to cancel within 14 days or pay 83.95, but that wasnt the case when I received my credit card statement and was charged 83.95, 4.95, and .99 for this product. When I received the product in the mail there were NO papers inside the envelope about cancellation or price or anything. When I called customer support, they were so RUDE. They acted like I was supposed already know this stuff in actual reality in my opinion I was just another one of their victims. Anyone reading this please be aware of these people they are HORRIBLE!

I only wanted the free trial offer. But was charged $127.00 for more product. It just is'nt right that they can do that. I consider that fraud in every way.

I ordered a free trial of Colon Cleanse and was billed for the $4.95 on 8/31/09. On 9/ll/09 I saw on my online banking account that they had charged my $84. I was told when I called to complain that I had 14 days to cancel my account. It had not been 14 days, nor did I see in tiny print at the bottom of the screen that I only had 14 days. The "support person" on the phone told me that there was nothing they could do, which meant no refund, but she would cancel my account. They're probably making millions of dollars doing this. BEWARE!

I too was a victim of this deceptive offer. After ordering the product in July with the understanding I would only be charged for the shipping of 1.99. My trail was received 18 days after I ordered it but decided not to try it. The bottle was never opened and there was no information in the shipping that indicated I had to call to cancel a subscription I did not realize I agreed to. My credit card company called me with a fraudulent inquiry for 88.00 on 9/22 to a company in the UK. I had just received my current statement which was charged 83.95 on 8/28 from a company called twostep500weight.com. After calling the company I was told the same canned response that I had read the terms of the free trial and if I did not call them to cancel within 14 days I would be charged. I spoke with customer service who told me I was responsible for the terms and agreement. I asked for a supervisor and Tyrese answered the call and reaffirmed the companies position with allot of laughter in the background. He was not able to supply me with his superiors name only supplied me with an email address to voice my concern. The web site was support@coloncleanse3000.com to send an inquiry. At that point I had to cancel my credit card to stop the charges and I will be disputing these charges.

How does the price go from 4.95 to 83.00? Now i'm being charged a second time for this "crap" that made me sick and I didn't get a second purchase! I read the agreement there isn't anything stating the price change! I WANT A FULL DOUBLE REFUND AND STOP CHARGING MY ACCOUNT. I'AM SEEKING MY ATTORNEY AT THIS TIME, IF I DON'T GET A POSITIVE RESPONSE FOLLOWED THROUGH, YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTICE FROM HIM Sincerly, Tammy Garman [ e-mail me at sixtytwotam@yahoo.com]

After receiving the first "real" supply only days after the trial offer had come and my account had been charged 39.95 and 49.95, I called the 1-866 # on the pamphlet included to cancel my subscription. I spoke with a girl named, Abbie, on 9/28/09 at 1:05 pm and she gave me (2) cancellation codes : C-XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX,
C-XXXXXXXXX-XXXXXXXX for Life Cleansing and Colon Cleansing. You cannot believe how irate I was when our checking account was debited for 83.95 on 10/20/09 and 88.90 on 10/26/09 and I have not received any other merchandise! You can believe I will be contacting the BBB here in GA and in AZ and anywhere else that will listen to me about these crooks! They named their product correctly because I feel like I've been reemed!

I called for the last time(I said last time because I almost had a heart attack) today to this company . They charged my credit card for the product that was not send. All I got was a headache for being so angry. As I expected I will not get my money back even they did not send the product. Can anyone help me on this? I'm unemployed for almost a year and every penny counts on me. The nerve of this company to rob people's bank.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD. How does this company get away with this? I just got a bill for $133.00 from last November. I too missed the automatic "terms" so when I called the company to cancle they were so hard to get a hold of and then of course they were rude. I thought this mess was over and it has reared it's ugly head again. This product is crap - no pun intended and now I am going to have to cancel my debit card so they cannot hook me again. THIS COMPANY IS FRADULENT WITH A PRODUCT THAT IS WORTHLESS AND THE CUSTOMER HAS NO RECOURSE. I HAVE SENT A COMPLAINT TO THE IOWA ATTORNEY GENERAL AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO BE STOPPED.

colon cleanse 3000 scam

Colon Cleanse 3000 located in Arizona offers a deceptive "free trial period" that is a nothing short of a scam. It does not tell you until you are checking out and entering your credit card information for the shipping and handling that if you don't cancel within 14 days you will be charged the full price of $83.95. The website is set up so that the information is down far enough, so one does not see the fine print of the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" portion of the ad. There is NO email confirmation. NO receipt sent to your email. NO receipt with the package. One is billed$4.95 initially. The bottle of Colon Cleanse 3000 takes 10 days to reach destination. There is no free trial information with the package, no return instruction, no phone number. There is no way to cancel your "subscription" with the company if one misses the fine print on the website. Then your bank account gets hit with $83.95 from a company in United Kingdom, your bank statement will read FastFlush-support.com If you go to this website you will find out the legal name is Electric Flower Media Ltd. The phone number advertised on the website is of course disconnected. If you manage to get the customer service from coloncleanse3000.com website, you will find yourself talking to an argumentative and rude person. Reading the fine print, one realizes that the company is located in Charleston, Nevis, East Caribbean.

If you have been a victim of this scam, contact immediately your credit card issuer, file a formal complaint and ask for the charges to be reversed based on the fact that credit card billing merchant agreement stipulates that valid phone, return address and paper trail must be provided by the merchant. File a fraud complaint at:
http://www.revenue.state.az.us/ and contact the FBI fraud office in Arizona at [protected]

I ordered this product and payed the shipping cost for this free item. I called within the 14 days to cancel the membership and was never told i needed to return the bottle. This was August 2009. March 2010 I recieve a letter informing me I owed $133.95 because of late charges and the pill cost. They informed me that the reason why I never recieved any emails was because they found out that for months the emails were going directly into the scam folder. When I asked why I was never called they had no answer. They just said that the card I provided had been cancelled (which it had due to someone stealing my credit card info). He then told me that he would wave the $50 late fee and my charge would only be $83.95. I asked him why it was my fault that they couldn't get ahold of me in time and told him I still had the UNUSED bottle and could send it back and they said they wouldn't accept it because the trial was over. I should have looked on these websites but instead I was more concerned with the little credit I was able to build since I'm only 19 years old. I gave them a credit card number a week ago. Good news is that I was told it would get billed on Monday or Tuesday and so far I haven't had any charges. They also promised a reciept getting mailed, let hope I didn't just screw myself over. Has anyone actually had a "third party collection agency" come after them yet? lol

I wanted to try the free trial of Colon cleanse 3000 and the Acai Berry. It had me put my credit card for $4.95 and it kept freezing up saying it had a problem. I continued to reenter and it ended up charging for everytime I tried to get it to go through.. My acct. has been charged 5 times for the shipping on the cleanse and the berry pills. I am out about $40.

I tried the free trial however they did charge my account. Then in a couple of weeks they sent me a new box that I returned for a credit to my account. I also called the 800 number (on hold for 20 mins then the phone hung up) and e mail support (no reply) and ever received an answer or credit to my account now I'm out of $87.00 and they still have my account number I hope there are no more charges. I want my money back.

I orderd Colon Cleanse 3000 along with the Acu berry product back in September 2009. I received the Acu berry and quickly cancled when I realized that they were going to bill me for another shipment 30 day after, but I did NOT get the Colon Cleanse 3000 order. So I called customer service and told them to just forget about it and cancel the order, even though I was charged for the shipping. NOW, (MARCH 26, 2010) I am being sent a bill for 133.95 for a product I never got and cancelled the original order, (I never got). I tried to call and speak with these people, but got know where. They said that they show it shipped and that there was nothing I could do about it. I asked if anyone signed for it, they said no, but that didn't matter, because the USPS said they delivered it. ? I said how do you know if no one signed for it. They hung up on me, but before they did, they told me that my credit report would reflect this non payment and that they would send it into collections. This company is a fraud. I have read many reports on them, (now, after the fact) and their website said that they are no longer taking any new orders. Something must be done about this company. Thanks for listening.

I received a "free" trial bottle of Colon cleanse 3000. After trying it for a couple of weeks, with no results at all, I stopped using it. My bank account was charged $90.67 on 9/29/2009 for a second bottle of Colon Cleanse 3000 which I did not order. I received the bottle in the mail today. When I called the company to tell them I was sending the product back to them, I was told that they would not refund my money under any circumstances. I told the rep.that the product did not work, and I did not want any more of it. After speaking with a Manager, whom I am sure was just another customer service rep. He told me that I was not going to get away with strong arming him. He finally agreed to refund $20.00 to my account. He probably told me this just to get me off of the phone. I am a senior citizen living on social security and cannot afford this. What can I do to have them refund my money? Do I need to contact anyone else for help? If so, please let me know. Should I go ahead and send the item back to them? Thank you, Carol Gagnon

I ordered Colon Cleanse 3000 trial online and was charged $84 for the product 2 days after receiving my "free" trial. I called the company and was told initially they would not be refunding my money. I called back spoke with supervisor, Jeff, who told me they would cancel my account and refund my money, never happened. Called again spoke to supervisor, Tecia, who told me I was lying and that Jeff NEVER told me that and that she would not be refunding my money and that "all sales were final". Tecia would not let me speak to her supervisor, would not give me contact info for the owner or president of the company. After doing some research I found out that Global Source Marketing is the actual company in Scotsdale, AZ and that they represent Colon Cleanse 3000. I contacted the Better Business Burea in Idaho because that is where Colon Cleanse 3000 is actually registered as a business. I was informed by the BBB to file a complaint with the FBI (www.ic3.gov), with my local State's Attorney General, and to also file a complaint with the BBB. Per the representative from BBB Idaho, they have received a high volume of complaints regarding Colon Cleanse 3000 and Colon Cleanse 3000 has an F rating with the BBB.

My response is to "Clarification" posted on 09-27-09 regarding this company.

I ask you how it is possible to engage in a "Risk Free" 14-Day Free trial when they send you the products a week or nearly two after the 14-Days has begun, and then tell you that you have to send the unused portion of your product back within the same 14 days? They even advertise 100% satisfaction guaranteed, but still charge you for how many pills you tried "risk free." The full amount of the product is then charged to your account before the 14 days is up. They are advertising something that is impossible to achieve. In my case I received the product 2 days before they charged my card, 12 days after they charged me for the shipping and handling.

If you have fallen prey to this company, they now have your credit card number. Cancel your card immediately to avoid additional charges. The bank will re-issue you a card number. This is especially important if you used your combo debit/credit card.

Please compose and send a letter to the Arizona State Attorney General's office and let them know about your experience. Although the address given is a "Postal Stop" and the company does not operate in the US, the more complaints, the better to stop this one particular operator. You won't get your money back.

This company offered a "free trial" only pay S&H. Then cahrged my card which they only needed to charge the shipping and handeling. I got an $88.90 charge the next month. When I called, they said I had 15 days to cancel any other shipments. I didn't even receive the product within 15 days. How could I try it and tell if it even worked?
They never sent another bottle. They refused to credit my account with the $88.90 but offered to cancel my account. Nice of them, huh?

As I have been reading in numerous complaints here, I too fell victim to this fraudulent advertisement and scam. I did not read anywhere about a 14-day period to cancel. I waited nearly 6 full weeks before I received the first sample...and sure enough, there is a charge of $89 to my card for the supposed "FREE" sample.

I would invite any other victims to combine our efforts to file a class action suit for false advertisement against this company. It seems they are still awaiting FDA approval for this product and a class action suit would certainly diminish their efforts to gain that approval.

I ordered Colon Cleanse 3000 on 9/12/09 in the amount $ 4.95 for a 14 day trial period. They withdrew the money on 9/15/09 from my account and never sent the product. I contacted them on 9/21/09 to complain and cancel membership. Its such a scam! Basically what they're doing is false advertising, collecting the $4.95 trial fee from people and never sending the product. Their customer rep. tried telling me that my trial period would have ended on 9/24/09...thats not even 14 days! SCAM, SCAM, SCAM! I made sure the customer rep. emailed me a cancellation confirmation immediately. The customer rep. told me I should not be charged the $83.95 since I cancelled before the trial period ended but if I do get charged to contact them immediately for a refund? Uh I cancelled, I better not get charged! Then he said they'll send me a free bottle, no shipping charge this time for my trouble. What the heck? Its such bad business I dont want their product at all. Hopefully they cancelled the membership or they have a lawsuit heading their way!

colon cleanse 3000 false advertising/bait & switch

This company offers a "free trial period" that is false advertising. It does not tell you until you are checking out and entering your credit card information for the shipping and handling that if you don't cancel within 14 days you will be charged the full price of $88.90. The website is set up so that portion is down far enough, so if you don't see to scroll down like I didn't that you don't see the fine print of the "Satisfaction Guaranteed" portion of the ad. Once you've placed your order you do not get an email conformation or anything like that. I just looked for the $4.95 charge on my account initially. The bottle of Colon Cleanse 3000 did not show up until the 10th day of the so called free trial. There was no information with the package...just the bottle of product. I had no way of knowing that I needed to cancel my "subscription" with the company since I missed the fine print on the website. I saw the remaining charge on my checking account today...which is when I called to find out what it is for. The customer service rep treated me like I was ignorant for not seeing the fine print and was no help. I have no doubt that they deal with this kind of complaint everyday. They had no answer to the fact that I only had 4 days to try out the product to see if it worked or not...I haven't even tried it. When I called customer service the line cut in and out the whole time I was on the phone with them. It made it impossible to have an understandable conversation. I have a nasty feeling this is intentional. I am embarrassed by my stupidity...I hope more people do their research before buying this scam of a product! What an unethical company! Sincerely, Elizabeth

Totally agree with everyone that has been ripped off. There is no satisfaction with this product besides the fact that it doesn't work either just ripping people off for the $90.+ They can get from peoples accounts. I truely believe that what goes around comes around and they will get what is coming to them all for being part of this scam. I wish all of them rot under what comes out of peoples colons!

Their children will be victims of scams someday let's see how they feel then. They are low life's for treating people like we are ignorant by believing in their product and good faith of which they have none.

I ran into the same situation. I was surprised to see a $85 charge on my credit card bill. Called the company, waited for a long time to reach someone and he said that it was because my 14-day trial period is over and I did not even know about the trail period. Then they said that I have to ship back the trial bottle, out of my own pocket of course, which I don't mind if I knew about the original agreement to start with. They are very tricky and it is borderline fraud. Now I'm just upset and don't even care whether this product really works. For a company to be so dishonest, I doubt their products can be good. DO NOT BUY FROM BERRY BREEZE!

Colon-cleanse 3000 is actually operating from an island in the Caribbean called Nevis in a town called Charlestown in the Island Federation of Saint Kitt and Nevis. Their information is purported from their main homepage to be:
Colon-cleanse 3000
Customer Support: [protected]
Offices at: PO BOX 642, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, East Caribbean

First, I would report the credit card that was used for the initial payment as lost, or simply cancel it. A "Lost" card report will treat subsequent transactions as potential fraud perpetrated by the finder, so be careful if you have legitimate charges pending against it. Contact those payees and make other payment arrangements with them once you block the card you used.

Next, contact the Colon-cleanse 3000 company at the phone number they provide. If you don't get through, you still practiced your due-diligence of attempting to cancel the order and you can note this in case they try to contact you for payment down the road or attempt collection against you.

Third, and almost as important as protecting your own credit, I would suggest an effective method of stopping this kind of practice would be by filing a complaint at the Federal Trade Commission at:
https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/
You can use the option "other" as the type of complaint and explain their misleading tactics in the paragraph you are allowed to send the FTC in your complaint.

I JUST HAD THE SAME THING HAPPEN TO ME!
This is a total scam! I too had to go to my bank and cancel my account to hopefully clear my information. I am mad at myself for falling for such a scam yet at the same time, what has our world come too. It is sad that people need to cheat others out of their hard earned money. I am so pissed off that I wish there was more I could do. I am sure you all agree, you just want your money back!

Oh you have no idea how mad I am at this whole situation. "Colon Cleanse 3000" is a TOTAL RIP OFF. This so-called charge through my bank account shows "Bodyfast-Support.com" with a phone number [protected]. The telephone number is disconnected and when you pull up the website there is an 1-800# that is also disconnected. When calling "Colon Cleanse 3000" they play dumb and say they don't know who they are. They refused to give a refund since I explained I did not authorize this transaction. After talking professionally with a "customer service representative", just like your situation the phone kept cutting out..he kept saying "...are you still there...I can't hear you..." Makes me so furious then I demanded to speak with a supervisor and after being told that his supervisor didn't have time to speak with me I said that I was going to the authorities, the media and paste it all over the internet then he "allowed" me to speak with "Vin, Agent #33". He claims to have no knowledge of "Bodyfast-Support" and unsure why it is appearing on my credit card statement like that which he did verify the $83.95 was the correct charge. I argued the fact that they are not up front about this "charge" and I stated then I wanted nothing to do with their company and I had to cancel my bank card just so they won't charge again which he said they would next month. Oh my gosh I am boiling mad. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! I can't believe Oprah endorses them, I bet now she wishes she never did.

They mailed me saying that they charged me $133 . I used a gift card to buy the product, and they send me a letter saying that they are going to send this debt to a third party collection agency. I don't want to pay this amount of money. They have my debit card number now and is going to charge me $133. Whats should i do? Should i cancel it, but i'm afraid they are going to keep sending me mails about it. Please help

Update: I called up the number listed on the letter [protected]) for Healthy Online Services accounting department and spoke with Brandon and explained the entire situation. I told him that I know it is a scam, I know that similar companies have already been sued by several state attorney generals and have lost, I told him that I have already reported them to the Attorney Generals office and BBB in several states (AZ, MN, NJ, FL) as well as the Internet Crime Complaint Center (FBI). Brandon finally agreed to waive the entire $133.95 fee and confirmed that I would never hear from them or any third party collection agency. Then 7 days later I received a letter from a Tiburon Financial L.L.C. collection agency attempting to reclaim this debt. I was very surprised to find that Tiburon has an A+ rating with the BBB and seemed to be a relatively reputable company. I spoke with a customer service rep from Tiburon who was actually very friendly and very helpful. I explained the entire situation to him and informed him of the fraudulent nature of the company they were collecting for. He acknowledged that they had been receiving a number of complaints in regards to their collections for Healthy Online Services. He said that he would file a dispute disposition and that it would be sent back to the company. I would most likely not hear back from either of them. He also confided in me that I need not worry about this affecting my credit report as the company does not have my social security number. Just to be safe, I sent a letter (by certified mail with delivery confirmation) to the collection agency requesting a validation of the debt including the name and address of the original creditor (according to the Federal Trace Commision, in 15 U.S.C. 1692g). Hopefully this is the last I hear from any of these clowns. It is nice to know that they do not have the ability to affect my credit score without having my social security #. All they have is my name, cell phone #, and my apartment address (am leaving within a year); this provides a very tenuous link to the rest of my finances.

I too received this crap product. Cancelled within the time frame. Took a few days, but got reimbursed the 83.95. This was in September of 2009. They must be hurting for money because now they're emailing me saying I owe 355.00 plus 100.00 for a fee. There better be gold schlager in those bottles. Time to call a lawyer.

I have also been ripped off by this company and had cancel my credit card. I was on vacation when my card was used and and un able to complain until I got back from vacation. By this time there were 4 transactions on my credit card equaling up to almost $400.00. My credit card company is only telling me to right a letter for each charge because I didn't recieve the product. This is a total pain especially when I have already filled out and sent them copies of the bills. I have copied this page and will be sending it with then next set of letters. Rachel Ray indorced the ad I was scammed. I tried to get ahold of her people, but no one e-mailed me back.
I think less of her and Opra from this mess.

IT IS NOT FREE! Your free trial offer that you think will only cost you $4.95 shipping and handling will wind up costing you $88.90 monthly. DO NOT submit your order for a "free trial" of this product until you print out and READ EVERY WORD OF THE "TERMS AND CONDITIONS". If you do not cancel your membership within 14 days of the original order date (the date they billed you $4.95 for shipping and handling charge to your credit card) AND return the unused portion within 30 days, and I quote: "you will be charged the low rate of only $83.95 for the bottle you received. Approximately 30 days from original purchase date and every 30 days thereafter you will be sent another 1-month supply and your credit card will be billed the Member's Only price of $83.95 plus $4.95 S & H for a total of $88.90".

Also noted in the terms and conditions: most customers see noticeable results by using the product consistantly for 3 MONTHS, not within the 14 day free trial period! 3 months = $266.70 to see noticeable results.

PLEASE ACTUALLY READ ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS before you check the box that says you read them. By checking that box, you have legally authorized the company to charge your credit card $88.90 again and again.

PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE - READ THOROUGHLY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. I foolishly gave them my debit card number. It was only $4.95 and I'm trying not to use credit cards. My checking account soon became overdrawn. That cost me another $10.
I live paycheck to paycheck and this unfortunate consumer transaction has cost me dearly. I called on day 15 and explained my situation. Their response: "Oh, too bad...did you read your terms and conditions? Sorry, no refund." Now, I have $100 less to spend on gas, groceries, and school supplies this month. I sure do wish that I had read those d@mn terms and conditions!

This must have something to do with OPRAH!...just got mine today...mailed 6 days ago and ordered 22 days ago. After literally 3 1/2 hours on the phone, they "say" it is canceled. Probably cancel my credit card to make sure though.

The ad looked great, they had the great O and the Ray girl, so it had to be legit..SHIP!

ARRRGGGHHH, I am the one who tell people about scans all the time, I feel so stupid!

I was only supposed to be charged $4.95 shipping & handling for the trial. I did not sign up for auto delivary. I made sure that was not the case before I agreed. The product did not work for me but I thought no big deal not much money lost. I wasn't even going to bother shipping it back. Then I got another bottle and when I called to see about sending it back realized that they had charged my account $205.69. One service rep said no refunds they already had my money so throw it away if I don't want it. Another rep said no refunds they do not allow products to be sent back and would not give me a supervisor to speak with and then hung up on me. Not only have they not fulfilled the agreement, the customer service reps have lied to me and have been totally unprofessional. I am shocked this company that I saw endorsed by the news programs and actually uses a news face as part of it's advertisement is being allowed to totally scam and take advantage of the public. How can they get away with this. To anyone who is thinking of purchasing this product DO NOT GET TAKEN BY THIS COMPANY, not only will you lose your money in indescriminent amounts, but you will get no help from the cust. service.

I received the 'free' Colon Cleanse a few days ago, but waited until today 8/4 to google for comments on the product. After reading these comments I emailed Colon Cleanse 3000 and told them to cancel any 'subscription' or charges that they had set up for me in their computer base. No charge has yet been made against my credit card account and if it ever is I will contest it immediately.

What a shame, Scams from anyone, I have never made such a dumb mistake before. I am retired, live from week to week and am having money taken out of my account, I did call and cancel and now just got another 87.00 taken out. I am very scared and violated. Please do not FALL for this terrible nightmare. I am going to call the local law to make sure they put a legal warning in our local paper for more awareness and maybe someone else will not be as vulnerable. Also BBB and FTC. I have to get my money !
