colon 700 On line fraud

I ordered a 30 day supply but I was trying to cancel the continuity program so I won't be receiving 2 bottles every month and paying $88.97 through my credit card but the company has a wrong phone number. They are charging me $88.97 for this 2 bottles and I havefour bottles in my hands that I don't need. Please help me locate this company.

I also tried the email address but cannot be located. I need to put a stop on this now.

I ordered a free trail, Due to other meds. taking my docter recommended not to take this product, so I sent it back, and canceled my order, Well they still went ahead and sent me new product and charged me 88.97, which in good faith on 7/07/2009, they e-mailed me, and said they would give me a refund w/in 3-7 bussiness days, well it's 720/2009, and still have'nt seen it yet!

I signed up for your free trial offer to try out your product but was not impressed to say the least.
Shortly after i received another bottle of colon 700 and 88 dollars was charged to my card.
Ihave just gotten another bottle of colon 700, i do not want any more of your product and wish
for the membership that i somehow got be terminated.

I tried colon 700 on a trial basis ...canceled the next order that was in Dec.08 and im still having unauthorized funds taken out of my account...this needs to STOP...this company is giving other on line companies a bad rep...

I did not order this product and I want any charges made to my credit card removed immediatley. I am mailing back the product today with a note of explanation as well. I called Colon Medic's toll free number and they said they do not give confirmation codes and said I needed to go to this web site.

I ordered this free trial product and soon my checking account was debited $88.97 the site where I ordered this from said nothing about additional products being shipped for such amount. I will submit a complaint to the BBB and Attorney General. If any one has an attorney to fight this let us know so we can join, I am very upset about this. Alie

I ordered a free sample of Colon 700 on line. They said there was only a a shipping and handling charge which was paid. They then proceded to try to charge me for 2 more bottles of somethingI did not order. There is no information on the bottle as to how to contact the company and Iam concerned they will try to charge me again.

I ordered a free sample of Colon 700. I received the sample and authorized $4.99 for shipping. The $4.99 was charged to my card but then later a charge of $88.97 was charged to my card.

colon 700 Colon Cleanser

You know I must admit that sometimes I jump in with both feet when something sounds reasonable. When common sense seems to agree with the way a company describes their product and how it well it could possibly work!
But when a company plain out lies about their return policy it and does everything they can to keep you from getting you refund ! It just throughly pisses me off. Why can't organization such as this one do anything? Why must people endure this [censored], cheesey, lowlife, etc...ways to try and better themselves by having to deal with ### such as these. You know there are many good companis out here on the internet that are simply trying to bring thre idea's across. To let people judge for themselves, without the worry of getting screwed in the end . To you people I salute you and wish much success. To all you scabbs, I say go _ _ _ _ yourselves and I hope you get what's coming to ya! As for Colon 700; I have tried to get in contact with you people to cancel my order many, many times. I have removed all money from card and have requested card company discontinue that card. It will be a cold day in hell Colon 700 before you recieve any money from me. E-Mail me for the return of your product to you, IT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME!

colon 700 UNAUTHORIZED ORDER

THEY HAVE CHARGED $88.97 ON MY CARD FOR AN ORDER THAT I DID NOT ORDER. I ORDERED A FREE TRAIL AND WAS CHARGER $6.95 AND IT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE $5.95 I DO NOT WANT THE PRODUCT THAT THEY HAVE SO FREELY CHARGED ME FOR, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

i also thought i was recieving a free offer. the 2 wks wasnt even up and my account has been charged 88 dollars. Im on tw way to file a dispute charge now. T his company is a freud! tina lessard

To Gail and others riped off by Colon Cleanse 700:
The extra $1.00 you were charged probably signed you up for a free trial with UMG TRVL or UMG Buyers
Edge. Check your charges for an additional monthy charge of $19.95. Thankfully I had no problem with the UMG representative in getting a refund from them. Pat H.

colon 700 Colon Cleanse 700

The ad claims free trial and that the consumer only has to pay for shipping of $4.95, the product takes over 3 weeks to arrive and by that time they have charged your credit card $88.97. When you call to cancel, they cancel your account but tell you that you must email "support" in order to receive a refund, when you email the "support" you never receive a response nor do you receive a refund.

BAD BUSINESS BUYERS BEWARE + THE PRODUCT MAKES YOU HAVE ABDOMINAL CRAMPS FOLLWOED BY DIARHHEA

I didn, t get my full 15 days before they sent me a shipment for $88.97 and billed my credit card without my permission i would like for you to add the money back to my account. I called them on the 3rd and didn't receive it till the 9th so they were counting the days that i didn't even have it and that isn't even fair or very nice. When i called them this afternoon the girl wasn't very nice so what ever you can do to help me i would very much appreciate it.

Earily April a request was submitted via e-mail as instructed by your staff to cancel the account, at that time the Colon 700 was returned to you via US mail. Today 5/26/09 I received 2 orders one dated April and one dated May. I spoke with your representive again and was told to notify you that I am not keeping the Colon 700 and do not expect to be charged for it. It will be returned to Colon Medic @1210 S. Brand Blvd, Glendale CA 92024 once again.

The price for a new shipment of the product was billed to my Credit Card 15 days after the order was placed and the initial product didn't arrive for eight days and there wasn;t enough time to evaluate the effectiveness of the product. After canceling my so called membership, I was told to send an e-mail to "support@colonaid700.com for a refund. They have replied that I needed to cancel within 15 days of the initial ordering date in order not to be charged. I responded back stating that I would send the new shipment back marked "return to sender" and wanted to know if I would receive a refund. They didn't answer the question, instead stated the 15 day policy.

At my age i should know better. But once again i got sucked into an email received. Same situation as i have read other compaints. For a free trial, i am now living a nightmare. I have since returned the two additonal bottles to the company via us post office, at the time i did not realize that they have different addresses for shipping and receiving. I do not want to pay for something that has been returned. I cannot seem to settle this because no one wants to hear complaints and wants to forward you to an email. At this point i want a live person to speak with not email. Please help! As my nightmare continues. Even though i have disputed this with my charge card company, they have now put this back on my bill. Thank you, carol pappas

I did not give anyone permission to send me more of this product. If i had wanted it I would have ordered it. I am sending the product back unopened and I will notify my crdit card company to remove the charges.And the product isn't very good either.

i order the 15 day free trial colon cleanse on 2-11-09 i receive it on 2-23-09 and two more bottles on 2-26-09 i was charge on my account on 2-28-09. i did not get my full 15 days free trial and i want a refund.

called to cancel my auto ship that i didn't even know i have signed up for and was charged 88.00 and keep getting hung up on went to the websight like it said to do if i wanted to cancel and i can't find it? I do not want to use this anymore noor do i want to keep getting charged for it! Lisa

colon 700 Unathorized Charges

This company operates on line. They appear in your e-mail without an invitation. They offer a "free sample" of their product, but require a credit card number to cover a minimal charge for shipping and handling. At the bottom of their splashy ad is a link to "terms and conditions." Since the "customer" is only interested in the "free sample", and is not really purchasing anything, the "customer" does not review the "terms and conditions". The "customer" receives the "free sample" in the mail. He tries it out. It may or may not be of any health effectiveness. In my case, it was NOT! The "customer" throws away the bottle and believes that's the end of that. A short time later, the "customer" receives, through the mail, two full bottles of the ineffective health product and is notified that $88.97 has been deducted from his bank account via the credit card number the "customer" gave the company to cover shipping and handling charges. After a period of shock, the "customer" reads the paper work (not a receipt) that came with the products. He is told that, per the "terms and conditions' of the trial offer, he agreed to be automatically enrolled in their auto shipment program if the "customer" did not cancel within 15 days of having received the "free sample." He is given three options to cancel the program:

1) Cancel by visiting www.colonmed700.com/cancel. Note: this is the site referred to. I can not find
anywhere on this site to cancel this program...only the opportunity to lodge a complaint.
2) Call us at [protected]. Note: the phone rings forever...no one picks up, the music is dreadful.
3) E-mail us at [protected]@colonmed700.com (only during business hours). Note: You are required to get an
RMA number to return the product. Good luck!

This "company" (this SCAM) is a fraud to take your money! They are all the more despicable because they pray on the sick who are hoping that their product will make them well. Instead, they are ripped off for a minimum of $88.97. If the "customer" is too ill to fight them, there's no telling how much money they could be taken for. I only wish I could attach this message to their ad.

Your best hope of preventing these shysters from stealing any more of your money is to contact your bank and put a stop to their charges. These people make the internet a sad experience indeed!

I also ordered this product over the internet and did not read the fine print. My sister actually did and emailed me right away. I called the 8oo number and I did speak to a guy and he did cancel all future orders. He told me my "free" trial was to still be shipped. I had no problem seeing this is what I wanted to begin with. I received the Colon700 very quickly and started taking them. At first I thought they were working, but then I starting not feeling well. I continued to take them thinking it was all in my head. Well I was wrong I was feeling awful, very exhausted, total lack of energy, nausea and I actually felt more constipated as the days went by. I took the pills for 7 days and had to quit, within 24 hours I felt like myself again.
I'm most likley sensitive to an ingredient in these pills as I'm not really good at taking any pills prescription or over the counter.
I would recommend researching the ingredients and or consulting your doctor before starting a colon cleanse program! Also never buy anything over the internet unless they are a trust website. I know I learned my lesson!

I also got the trial offer and still have 10 pills left and got another package in the mail and was charged 88.87 on my charge card and cannot find the website to cancel but i made a copy of the free trial offer before i ordered and it says nothing on the page that you give your name on about sending you anything but the free sample so if they dont give my money back i will forward a copy of this form to the attorney general and see what they can do about this website.It also didnt do anything for me and i work out 3 times a week and i didnt lose a pound.I thought that if i would lose just 5 lbs in the 15 dats i would order some more since they were claiming 15 lbs a lady had lost but all i want to lose is 15 or 20 lbs.I just hope that i get the money back cause i am disabled and all i have to do is set and call who ever i can to get this resolved.I guess that everyone needs to read all the fine print or take it to a lawyer to read it before you order. thx steve lyda
