Colocure review: unauthorized charges 38

On Dec 10th 2009, there was a charge of $87.75 on my credit card. When I called the # to find out what it was for, they informed me that I had purchased colen care something and it was delivered with another bottle of diet pills. First of all, I did not order any and second, the colon care whatever was not in the package. I returned the diet pills to Triothin. The lady I talked to on the phone said I would have to write to this website in order to receive a refund. I have never, nor will I ever pay $90. for any diet or other pills. Especially when I never received them. Please, I would greatly appreciate a refund of this product.

This company is charging me and sending me product I never ordered.

I called and cancelled this order and received a confirmation number. The company contiued to charge me and send the product and refused to credit me the shipping and stocking fee. In addition, the customer service reps refused to give me the number to the company itself.

I ordered a FREE trial sample of ColoThin and authorized the $2.95 shipping charge.

I received in the same envelope a bottle of ColoCure (not Colo Thin) and a bottle of TriSlim. Order form says nothing about TriSlim.

The fraud department of Capital One called me saying I have been charged $87.77 by TrioThin and $88.5 by CureCol.
I went back and reviewed the order form and found this - not actually on the form but at bottom of page in small print:

Even though the order form and ad is highly deceptive, hey may be able to get away with the $88.55 charge for the ColoCure, but the Trio Thin should qualify for fraud.

I have spent hours on the phone screaming at various people who are only doing their job and THINK I will get MOST of my money back.

I would appreciate any suggestions on anything I can do to stop companies like this from deceiving people.

I too was a product of the scam! I should have check it out before buying. I thought it was a reputable company. I saw it on Healthnews4 and healthnews 7, sites and thought it was a good pick. The (anchor) Stephanie said she saw good results from it and had the link posted on the site. I went ahead a wanted to give it a try. I too recieved a bottle of trislim with the colocure. I did not order or agree to this. I did not see anything about the trislim product. I did not even get the ful trial period which I was lead to believe was 30 days not 15. I was charged on the 13th day from the day I that I ORDERED it, not from when I got it. They also signed me up for the Fitfactory site which I did call and cancel. I also have called my bank and they are looking into it. We are honest people just looking to better our health and all these companies want to do is scam us out of our money! Well i for one am NOT going to fall for anymore online crap and will visit my health food store from now on! Oh by the way i am e-mailing the Stephanie lady to let her know that she owes me!

I also ordered the TRIAL bottle of Colo Cure for one month. After using it for a few days I emailed the company stating that I had been seen by a doctor and was told to stop using it. The company responded saying the had removed my name from their account. i contacted my Visa company and fifty some dollars was charged to my account by Beach Ready/Colo Cure/ Health Systems (all the same company) I have filed a complaint and refused to pay this company.

I was a victim of this scam as well! I was so upset to see a charge totalling up to $176.32, I only authorized the shipping charge of $2.95. I called their customer service and they refused to transfer me to a supervisor claiming he was on "another call" In the end, he ended up crediting me 85% of the charges, I am supposed to get a credit on my account, I called my bank and complained about them, they suggested I cancel my debit card this way they won't charge me for other things. I am still waiting for this credit to go thru, I got an authorization number for cancellation as well as for the refund. I called a second time and they told me the only way I could be issued a credit for the full amount was by emailing them at their corporate at corporate@trislimusa.com however, I have not tried this as I am still waiting to see if I will be credited the 85%. After reading all of these other complaints I am getting more nervous that I won't be credited at all. I will call my bank again tomorrow to let them know I read about all these complaints on them online and give them the contact information that is listed in one of the complaints. I will NEVER again order online! I can't believe I fell for this TOTAL SCAM!

I responded to a FREE trial offer for ColoCure.
I did authorize shipping charge of about ;$5.00.
3 phone calls to sell me more product and sign me up for montlhy program came within an hour of my computer response to the Free offer. I was consistant in STRONGLY refusing anything beyond the shlipping and free sample of ColoCure. I accepted my frist shipment of ColoCure. A product I did not order came with it. A second delivery was REFUSED. So far I have been working for months with my credit card company to deal with over $200 in fradulent charges from the 2 companies.
Their paperwork looks good, even though it is fradulent.

same thing happened to me. when i called to cancel and asked why i had gotten charged for the first bottles (the TriSlim, which i had not ordered) he said because i had not canceled in time. over 300$ so far in charges for a "free" sample

Same problem, though I explicitly told the telemarketer that I was not interested in any additional products. What a hassle to get my refunds. I have a thick file of communications and logs, including all of my credit card disputes and cancellation confirmation numbers.

I also had problems with this company.I ordered the 14 day free trialof coloncure in wich they were suppose to charge me only 2.95, the next day one of there sales person called me supposedly just to confirm my shiping address, and talked about some free coupons and i said all i wanted was to try the coloncure and nothing else.Well i ended up beeing charged 39.99 for something wich i still don't know what it is, and the money is nun-refundable.Can you believe these ###...'s!I said i din't oreder anything from this other company they said that when the sales person called me and as per his request i stated my name and address i agreed with the purchase!Are they crazy all i did was confirm my name and address!In wich by the way when he read to me was wrong!So i said it agai n correcting it for him.

Yeah I see a law suit in progress! They charge two unathorized charges to my account 88.55 and 88.77. This company is as bogus as they get. Also a false sales number on the transation posted to my debit account, took me on a four day phone call run around.

This same thing happened to mr also. I was outraged by the tactics that were used to get money. This was supposed to be free trial, only pay shipping and handling. Can someone please give me a number to call their company. I would like to give this number to the New York State Attorney General's Office. When you are filing a complaint it is best to get all the information you can. Please post any information you may have.

I too had this happen to me. I ordered the Certified Acai and the Colocure free, all I had to pay was for shipping at $2.95 per bottle. My credit card statement arrived and I was just charged the $2.95 per bottle. the following month I received my statement and I was charged $87.77 for the Trislim (which I never ordered), $88.55 for Colocure and $64.99 for the Certified Acai. I call the company and
asked that my credit card charges be refunded. I was told there are no refunds, because this was in the terms and conditions. I said I did not agree to these. When I asked to speak to a supervisior, I was put on hold and no one picked up the phone. In today's times, when everyone is watching pennies, it's a shame that a conpany can be allowed to do these things. This company is a FRAUD! I was told that I had 20 days to cancel this order, and I had called on the 20th day. I should have called on the 19th day. What kind of campany operates with these values and ethices. How can these people sleep at night.

I am currently fighting with trislim to get a refund. They charged me twice, once for $88.55 and $87.77. They said they do not give refunds. I called the next day to cancel the product, and they said I did not do that. The person on the phone called me a lier. Now I can not get my money back, and I'm a very angry person!

I also am a victim and whenever I call them they tell me that they cannot explain the charge and then gave me three different 800 numbers to call for information about the charge but all three numbers are either to the wrong company, disconnected, or are fax lines. I wrote the bank and told them that I never authorized these charges. I read the fine print and it said that I only agreed to a free trial, and that I would pay only shipping charges. It also said I agreed to pay 19.99 a month if I didn't cancel my membership before thirty days... which I did do... so out of no where charging me 88.55 is ridiculous and fraudulent!

I just checked my bank account and saw charges for the colocure and trislim. I called and they told me they do not give refunds and it is stated on the website that I would have to pay for the entire bottle. I thought I was only paying shipping for a trial size! I am so livid! I want a full refund.

I also am a victim and sent emails to corporate to refund me restocking fees from trislim and colocure (the same company). I do not recall seeing anything about trial when purchasing all I had to pay was shipping. I would like to know if anyone got his full refund? I already submitted dispute forms to my bank but I want to know if this company is honest?

I also have this problem. All charges so far are a total of $191.09. I have sent them an email and told them if I didn't hear back from them on this matter within 5 business days that my lawyers would be contacting them. I also do not feel I need to pay a so called restocking fee.

I was charged yesterday for the trislim that i cancelled on time. I am disputing the charges. My bank is not going to pay this.

I have had similar problems. I am disputing the charges. Hopefully, I will not receive any further charges.

THIS REALLY REALLY IRRITATES ME. I CAN'T GET OVER IT. SO BAD.

I am so thankful I looked back at my confirmation. I too was gonna get automatically charged on my charge card for FitFactory - $19 something; TriSlim $77 and ColoCure $88. That's wrong. Wrong Wrong Wrong. Just because you want a little trial size for $4.95. I don't have to keep cleansing a million times and bounce my checking account which is my VISA account I used. I hate unauthorized AUTOMATIC CHARGES. I called and cancelled everything they better adhere to my cancellation. And this is on t.v. - Ophra and Dr. Oz and Katie Curic? So I feel for everyone who was hit with this misconception. We learned a grave lession never to join trial deals again. We may as well go to our nearest health food store and buy as we need it. How much restock can you use a million pills per bottle? Crazy!

Not only colocure but also acai berry have don the same thing to me. I had to cancel my credit card and get issued another one to stop the charges. Im still having trouble collecting my money that they stole form me!

This happen to me as well! I had called and canceled my services. then had to contact them 2more times because other charges showed up on my credit card. I too was charge a restock fee for this item! TriSlim is a joke and Colocure... well lets just say if you are stoped up it makes a very good laxative!

this happened to me also, i did not order this stuff and i am not sure how they got my information but i was charged for ColoCure, TriSlim, and some FitFactory crap. along with others. I called them up told them these were all unauthorized and not to charge me anymore. I am a 5'10" male weighing in about 145lbs i do not need any thing to make me any slimmer! this is an outrage seeing that it has happened to someone else what i am going through right now
