Collegeboxes review: They had problems with the delivery

We sent our daughter’s box through the company Collegeboxes. We got the confirmation info and the rep informed us that the delivery would take 20 days. After that we got nothing and tried to reach the online chat agent, but he told that they stopped all deliveries and we wouldn’t get the order within one month. We wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
