Coles Supermarkets Australia coles mini s folder

Like the majority of generous Australians, we have spent up a storm collecting the Coles Minis for our Children, or grandchildren, The thing that stinks
is that weeks BEFORE the end of this PROMOTION! The cute little folders that hold the mini s are no longer available. This is unacceptable, it is breaking our little kids hearts, and I feel Coles has reeled us all in, buy buy buy, then the transaction cannot be completed - No more folders. I think it is rigged, It does stink, and I would like an explanation, as to why this has been allowed to happen.
Check out ebay, and gumtree for the hundreds of complete sets for sale from $100 to $1, 000. Is this what Coles planned.

Hi, , My daughter is a special needs teacher and has been using the Coles minis to teach the kids to shop.. But now that they need the folders to complete their sets there are none to be found anywhere.. This is a shame as the kids are very disappointed, Everyone is the same . all people want to do is give the kids the chance to finish off what they have been collecting. and the ones at the special needs school would be passed down for years to come.. It is very bad that you have not made enough for everyone... and the cost of collecting them is not cheap.. Coles you should be ashamed of yourselves. Needy kids are upset..

I totally agree with the cases for the Mini Collectables, our store has had a few deliveries but not enough to keep up with the high demand of such a successful campaign. With so many customers asking and calling stores to see if they have any cases to be told no common Coles we need to get more of these into stores to help everyone to have the complete set in a case before it ends.

It makes me angry we’re unable to complete our sets with Coles unable to supply enough cases to stores when they have had o many complaints.
Mini Collecables finish on the 11th and no store has any cases my grandchild very disappointed.
Also furiates me to hear a store received 2 boxes and one customer bought the lot and was telling cashier I can’t wait to sell on eBay.
Cokes should not allow this when do many people are waiting to buy one, please Coles can you get more casss into stores before he end of campaign so we can complete our sets.
Five Dock Coles are in big demand for these cases please can you provide this store with them.
If you are planning another mini collection for next year I hope you take into account all complaints and make the next one better for everyone to complete with cases.

Coles Supermarkets Australia coles fly-buys

I received an emailed Fly-buys offer yesterday for a free trial of a new coffee capsule product made by St.Remio. As I read the offer I quickly noticed that it limits the capsules available to machines that use either K-fee or Caffitaly pods!
I rang the Fly-Buys call-centre and registered my concern with a supervisor that the offer as it stands, precludes the majority of Coles customers with other machine types; I have a Nespresso machine for instance. He responded that Coles marketing staff and the coffee company had colluded to arrange the offer and that therefore, there was nothing he could do about it.
This is not the first time I have received a Fly-buys email where the offered special is either not available at my local Coles store (several occurrences) or as in this instance, can't be utilised because of some other limitation.
I stoically continue to use my card but I will reconsider its value this Christmas time as that is is the first anniversary of having it!

Coles - St Remio coffee capsules. We took advantage of the 'free flybuy' offer and now have to buy a new coffee machine! The packaging says they are compatible with the Caffitaly coffee machine - absolute rot! One capsule was able to be dislodged but another one is stuck fast - new machine coming up! The coffee tastes like c*** and is NO SUBSTITUTE for the Mr Barista brand they Coles have discontinued in favour of this rubbish!

Coles Supermarkets Australia shopping trolleys

To whom it does concern
I would like to bring it to someone's attention with half a brain the subject of abandoned trolleys littering the suburbs on a daily basis, there is not a single day that I do not have to ring either Woolworths at Rockingham WA or Coles about trolleys littering our streets, If they are not picked up within 24 hours of a phone call I then ring the council who pick them up within a couple of hours and this is only because they charge Woolworths and Coles $250 for each trolley returned back to them, now surely there must be someone within the High Realms of Woolworths with at least half a brain to work out that if customers had to put a $2 coin in the trolley to release it and got the $2 back when returned the majority of those idiots that normally dump them will return them where they got them from and if they don't you will always have someone going around retrieving them to get some spare cash wouldn't you and you wouldn't have to pay for trolley collectors either, long term it would save you a small fortune, so it would be a win win situation, why don't you become the second retailer to do this and follow in the footsteps of Aldi, not once have I seen an Aldi trolley littering the streets and that is because you have to pay for the use of a trolley. When are you going to see sense.

Regards

Clinton Taylor

Coles Supermarkets Australia coles minis collectables folders

It is very frustrating to say the least at not being able to purchase these folders anymore. It is even harder for the little ones to understand we just cant buy them, there are no more. The promotion was extended and we have been able to continue collecting...however we cannot store them in the folders once provided. Surely we are not the only family facing this dilemma ? On speaking to my local Coles I was informed there would be more coming in. On phoning head office told there are no plans to make anymore...
I get this is a 'first world problem/issue' !
Further consideration to this situation would be appreciated I'm sure by many of us.

Coles Supermarkets Australia customer service

Customer service
I went in to Coles 7777 -csv Werribee store and searved myself on Register 115 at 9:05am to buy a few things that I forgot the day before. As I was in a rush the day before I forgot to ask for my 3 mini collectibles that I was entitled to according to my receipt .
I produced my receipt but I was told by the lady no we don't do that and quite rudely I might add.

I own a School café in Werribee I shop frequently at coles and spend in between $100-$150 pay day.
My last bass statement reports I spent $26, 512 on Coles alone.
So as you can see I feel very disgruntled when I am refused 3 little mini collectibles that my children are collecting.

Thank you for your time.

Coles Supermarkets Australia mini-shop toys / album

I am writing to express that I am very disapointed in Coles at the moment.
This week, you announced that you will extend the mini-shop toys for another two weeks, however, said nothing about the album to put the toys in.

I have tried numerous stores, as have other parents, who's kids are wanting to purchase the album.
I totally refuse to purchase it on ebay or any other person trying to get rich from kids, on the Internet.

My main thing is:
Coles can extend the mini-shop toys, which Customers have to spend $30.00 to get 'one', yet, the Album is no longer available and people are being turned away, even though they were purchasing it (not sure how much ? under $5.00).
COME ON COLES, YOU'VE MADE FORTUNE, GET THE ALBUMS BACK AS WELL!

Coles Supermarkets Australia service. and harassment

I had a dispute verbal. About plastic bag issue. I walked in store selected 10 items then retrieved 10 plastic bags to which I was rudely confronted and told not free complimentary. Before I had chance assistant starts trying to snatched bags back out of my possession which I resisted without violence. Manager stood over me like criminal. At which time some idiot out of crowd flashed a badge. Not sure if police I bagged my items left 6 bags and left at which time they laughed out loud at me. that was approx. 2weeks ago. Today I was threatened with police intervention if I didn't leave store whom I was attending with my son and daughter. I dropped basket on. Floor in disgust and left without a word I believe this is illegal. And the manager and 1 particular assistant. Has targeted
Me for defending my rights in regards to plastic bag ban. I don't believe a ban from my local store is justified in any way or form because I choose not to conform. I felt overwhelmed and very uncomfortable with the way I have been treated in you facility regards Mr parlett

Coles Supermarkets Australia customer service

I called Caroline springs coles and spoke with store manager enquiring about the little shop mini case and if they will be getting anymore in store. She told me yes every store will be receiving 40 however the date wasn't confirmed. I then called head office to confirm this info and the customer service person told me this is not true and there was a misunderstanding between myself and the manager. I was then told to contact store again. I am requesting this complaint to be kindly followed up and I would like 2 cases. My contact is [protected] and my name isSamantha

Coles Supermarkets Australia manager in lavington (guevan I think) towards his staff

My husband and I just went to Coles Lavington store to do some shopping, I must say this store his renound for ques in peak hours but staff are polite and tend to asap.

This afternoon was appauling there were four registers open, with trolley ques at least 5 to 6 trolleys in, as I chose the huge line I was about to join to wait my turn, one of the registers closed, causing more kaous and everyone either tried to add them selves to an existing line or choose self serve que which was then swamped and the line was ending down the cold isle.

I asked the register operator why that man who closed his register was just standing there, talking to someone instead of trying to help with the hoard of people, my operator smiled and said nothing, then the gentleman stated he was going on his break, which caused 2 other staff member to state they were leaving in half an hour and hadn't had there breaks yet.

I asked my operator where the Manager was so he could see what was taking place and she just looked at me and said "that was Him", I am appauled that anyone could leave their staff so frantic and breaks not been given, and even after the staff shared there concern he smirked shook his head and left, with the entire que shocked, looking at each other, another lady stating, im glad I don't work here.
I felt I had to come home and inform the company of this so called Manager and im positive that policy and procedures have been broken here, I will be def contacting the week day manager and letting him know, please dont let your staff be talked to or treated like this.

Coles Supermarkets Australia mini's and customer service received

(Dated 4th August) This morning I took 2 receipts worth $260 to Harrington Park shops, my husband did both of these shops and did not collect the Cole Little shop things. I was told that they could not give them to me as it was not same day of purchase. They are little plastic things I do not see what the big deal is. The staff normal sign off on these dockets however these two are clearly not. If this was not a legit error on my husbands behalf I would not bother with this inquiry. We only shop with Coles and always have, I find this absolutely crazy that I can not get these figurines. Please advise as I am far from happy with this outcome. It takes so long to get them with the $30 spend in which I have now missed out on 8. This was the first complaint re mini's, my second is that I have done two online shops and both times I have been told that the mini's would be loose in my bags, however I brought my own bags. I asked the guy in the doc (Michael) if I could please have them for my order, he did not have them to hand out. My options were to go and get them from the store in the shopping centre or call customer service on Monday. Defeating the purpose of doing an online shop I went into the shopping centre both times and was humiliated BOTH times by the staff at Coles Narellan Town Centre. To think that they thought it was ok to humiliate me in front of other customers is beyond a joke, we are not talking liquid gold here, they are silly plastic things that my kids unfortunately love collecting. The staff took it in their stride to interrogate me at the main counter regardless of the information I received and followed from your pickup dock. Coles have completely ruined my shopping experience and after 10 years + of shopping with you I can finally say I will be taking my grocery shopping elsewhere. You all really need a reality check and think "is it ok to speak to and treat customers like this over stupid plastic collectables. You should be ashamed of yourselves, I am so disappointed with the response I got from my email above and to top it off I have had 2 more weeks of disappointment. Ridiculous and disgusting behaviour. Do not run these promos if it is going to cause your staff so much hassle, I'm sure they're taking a stack home for their kids or grandkids in fact I know they are because they are all posted all over ebay for $10ea. Coles customers? I think not, more like Coles staff.. I will be call head office tomorrow.

Coles Supermarkets Australia tinned spc spaghetti

Purchased 2 x 420g SPC tinned spaghetti from Coles Gladstone. Cans heavily dented.
I dont believe whoever has picked the order could have possible missed this fact.
Perhaps they dont know or have no training to understand the health hazards associated with eating food from heavily dented cans.
Or is this common practice to offload dented tinned products (that should be binned) to online customers who dont get to pick there own.

Coles Supermarkets Australia customer service

I have just returned home from shopping at the stud park coles store. I went through the self serve check outs approximately 1 pm. There was an older woman in her 40's blonde hair (don't know her name) she was supervising the self scan area. I completed my shopping approached her and asked for one mini collectable as I had spent over $30. The lady quite rudely said to me " can you just wait". There was man on one of the check outs who had spilt some milk on the packing area. The coles employee was waiting for a younger guy to come back with some wipes to clean the spill. I stood there waiting the lady then said to me "you need to wait until I get some help in here". I kept waiting, she ignored me so I walked off. I was happily waiting however it was so professional the way she spoke to me, it was rude and abrupt. While she was waiting for someone to get the wipes she could have given it to me. Anyway I just wanted to feed back it was really rude and not necessary to speak to customers like that.

Coles Supermarkets Australia mini shop folders

I have been spending up a storm in Coles to make sure I get a complete set of the mini shop items. I have also been trying to locate the mini shop album to put the set into. After calling and making all possible inquiries I have been informed that I will not be able to get one of these folders anywhere. I feel so annoyed that I have gone through weeks and weeks of collecting as many mini shops as I was financially able to only to find at the end of it that I can never display them in the correct folder. Why bother with all the advertising and getting people excited to start this collectable game if you are not willing to follow through with having part of the collection...namely the display folder.
I have seen online if I am willing to be extorted I could purchase one and I am not willing to do that. Coles obviously did not bother to think this through correctly because if they did I and many others would have no issue with obtaining the folder which I need to buy anyway...not good business practice Coles not good!

Coles Supermarkets Australia coles little shop accessories

Hi I am quiet upset that I have tried every coles store near me to purchases the extra items you could buy to go with the coles minis all stores were sold out of the items within a day near me. Upon hearing that you are extending the promotion I called my local stores today and also head office to find out if you would be releasing more of the items to purchase I was told there had been no mention of it happening. It would be fantastic if the people who missed out on these items had a chance to purchase them rather than us only being left the option to purchase them at a ridiculous price off people who loaded up on them to on sell them for highway robbery. The promotion was aimed at children but I many of us parents have devastated children as we are unable to purchase the acssecires to go with the minis. I find it quiet discussing that Coles doesn't see a problem with people on selling the items as people are doing. I have seen the $2 baskets or $4 folder being sold on eBay and Facebook for $50 or more the $15 apron and bag set for around $75-100 and the shop front or trolley from $100 and up.

I am also very disappointed that I was unable to purchase some mini baskets for my kids to use with their mini collectables. I am wondering if the baskets will be available during set 2 or if the accessories are going to be different. The baskets are very popular and obviously go well with collecting the minis so it would be a shame if they were not available again. : (

I have heard that you people have extended the promotion of little shop collectables for another couple weeks so why not try and get more or the folders which have run out ages ago Australia wide. This is not good enough. You want us to support you people and bring these things out and you cannot provide or deliver and I am one of these unhappy customers.

Coles Supermarkets Australia coles little shop collectables

I am not happy with the minis promotion as some people are receiving more than the amount they spent Eg They spent 35.00 and received nine minis.. I spend 45.00 and receive one. Not fair. Also how are people selling so many on ebay per day eg @10.00 each and make $500.00 in one day by selling 50. Yes I have done some research... Are they stealing them ? Are they staff members? I couldn't even buy that many groceries to get 50 a day... You need to monitor staff theft and reselling as it is ruining the promotion for the honest people who keep getting double ups and cant finish their set.. Also the albums or cases that were on sale for $4.00 are now around $100.00 to $200.00 on ebay and you don't have any stock left for us in your shops. How are people going to display their sets affordably especially when you are now extending this promotion if you don't offer more of these albums instore. By not having enough stock of the trolleys and aprons and baskets and albums you have caused a ridiculous resell price on ebay by the rogues who bought them all in the first week. Please rectify this problem.

Coles Supermarkets Australia lack of little shop folders

For the last couple of weeks I have hunted high and low to dozens of Coles stores to buy 2 Little shops folders. One store
had a folder on display full of Little shops and would not sell the folder to me. I wouldn't be surprised if one of the staff will
take it when the promotion is over. I think that Coles should have more stock of folders considering the amount of Little shops
that customers have. I searched on Gumtree only to find very high prices advertised by people selling folders and Little shops.
It is ridiculous the amount they ask. It appears that they are stocking up on folders just to sell them for a profit, making it difficult
for genuine collectors spending lots at Coles only to not be able to put the Little shops into a folder.

Maybe Coles should have anticipated this problem and ensure that there was excess stock of folders. I noticed that lots of people
are trying to source folders.
Can you reply and let me know if I can obtain a couple of folders from somewhere. I am not prepared to buy them off those people
trying to rip other people off.

I have also been trying to find a Coles little shop folder as I have the whole collection but no folder due the lack of them. I know Coles in my town got an extra 50 in and a man came along and bought the whole 50 which is very unfair. Coles should put a limit on them for each customer so everyone has a chance to purchase one. If you look on eBay it is absolute ludicrous on how much people are asking for them the same rule should apply as selling concert tickets etc where you can only sell an item for 10% more than the face value. It's so not fair.
If you could also help me out with just one folder it would greatly be appreciated
