Sir,
Once again for the ‘11th.’time this year (that’s 20% of the time I shop in your store during a 52 week year) I once again have been overcharged forcing my return to adjust it at great inconvenience and loss of my time. I am employment recruiter 25 years around the corner. (90 georeg st./504)
I use my mastercard. I bought nappies and some other items which should have come to $12.00-instead I paid $21!...
I shop each sunday and see deepikra, kasha or others. they are lovely. today at 6;30am in your store with another employee I again had a problem! that is 1 time out of evry 10 I am there I either get spoiled fruit in the middle. overpay, have items left out of my bags or am overcharged.
I can not, and will not tolerate it again. I spend approximately $22k a year there on food. if you value me a a customer give something back now for my inconvenience and stress I suffer. my option is to take my business elsewhere. you know - walmart, from my country, america is coming to sydney this year! I am certain of as they are my client for the last 7 years. when they show up coles, woolies, target and kmart will have a run for their money and may not last. if I were you I would do everything in my power for your retention of your own customers. a little service afetr the sale goes a long way with me! I must now wait for the credit on my card to come through in days and be without it as free on my charge ability! small amount - still a hassle!

A gift card for any amount you deem fair is fine with me to earn back my interest. my trust can only be earned back by the elimination of the above mentioned problems. that will take time. I own a business to - with the customer you, me or any store is nothing! out of business! we pay the bill.
I shall not return until I hear back from you. I am a reasonable man. if you wwre on the receiving end of my experience ther you would clearly agree.
Respectfully yours,

Mark.

I had groceries delivered to my door this morning by a rude arrogant Coles driver. Upon arrival, she walks up the stairs and has the hide to say to me "You had to pick my day to make me carry 30 bottles of drink up so many stairs". I was left shocked by her attitude as I pay for her to deliver. Sorry if there are too many stairs for you to handle, but these people know to expect the good with the bad when delivering to houses. After her outburst, she didn't say a word as the poor baby was left cranky over climbing stairs. This is the last time I order from Coles again, and if I do I will toss her down the stairs if I come across her again...

While shopping last night in our local store, I tripped over on what looked like spilt cream on the floor. While there was a yellow sign out it wasn't close enough to the spill to be able to notice anything. I had a knee brace on at the time of the fall as sometimes I get tight joins. I now have come up with some faint bruising, further pain and can not walk on it. After I had slipped I than watched another person slip in the same spot, luckily he had a trolley to catch himself on.
When I went to the check out I was shocked to see that there were 4 staff members that looked to be standing around doing nothing. I know it may not be there job to clean up spills, if there is a cleaner who is busy someone Else should be able to do it.

I would like to know if anyone knows were I can put my complaint forward so something can be done about it. God knows what could of happened if I were a pregnant woman and elderly.

Coles in Mornington has the same issues. Bad customer service and a constant over charging issue. I would like to make everyone aware at Coles Mornington that if they are NOT checking their docket, that they should watch the screen very carefully. 1 time out of 10 I will be paying for something, I either did not purchase (pricing wrong) OR they have advertised something on the shelf for sale and when I get to the checkout its full price. When I question them they never apologise, never offer the product for the price they have advertised. I should have taken a picture, in fact, I could probably go back tomorrow and they will still have it advertised at $3 and charge me $16.99. I will always take a picture of something on sale from now on. Coles is such a rip off and its upsetting because its the closest store to me, PLUS, I have a family to feed, shop there every single day. However, they continue to give bad service and falsely advertise. They never ever apologize and the last time they did this to me...they treated me like I was the person in error. Searching the bags...and accusing me of something? Way to go Coles.

Um Tasha, I'm not arguing, you have taken 1 sentence out of context and took it too literal. I said what I said out of anger, not in a way I would actually do it. So you want to hold that against me fine, but no I'm treating others how they want to be treated. So delivery people treat me like dirt, they can expect the same. You want to assume I beat women at 80 without no facts you can, just don't expect me to respect your comments when you have nothing helpful to say.

A bit of a hypocrite Tasha, all your comments are plain ignorant, and that goes for ALL your comments on anybodys post. If being 80 means senile, then god help your parents/grandparents and what you think of them come that age. If only you were as tough on a computer screen being a troll, I would love you to go up to a old person and say it to there face. So if your comments are so called respectful, then you have a lot to learn or not.

Tasha, you need to get out more. When your 80 years of age, tell me how you go with your mobility. And when I said toss her down the stairs, it was a figure of speech you stupid american. Get out of your box and you may know that. But if you want to earn your pay, they have to realise it's all not rosey and easy...
