She is currently on socially media speaking vulgar and harassing various people along with sharing both public and private information! Any person willing to attack others in this manor (and she attacks new various people every day) is not fit to represent any business. I'd NEVER use Coldwell Banker real estate if these are the type of agents they employ! Linda should NOT have a real estate license at all and should not be working with the public and having access to private information from customers. We have ample proof I am willing to send to you of her attacks and embarrassing actions while she represents your company.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate Refused to show properties due to skin color

Realtor adam greer, reached out to me by email due to my online search for a home to purchase in the columbus ga area. Adam and I agreed to meet on 12/5/2019 for him to show me 4 properties I was interested in. I informed adam that I currently lived in atlanta ga and would be traveling from there on the date of our scheduled meeting. I arrived at coldwell banker located at 5670 whitesville road columbus, ga 31904 at 11:12 a.M. Adam greer came and meet me and immediately, took me into a small office with a t.V. And table and proceeded to tell me that he did not feel comfortable showing me the properties. I am a african american female. Shocked and appalled I asked if there was another agent there who could assist me. Adam stated no, and I needed to leave. I left and on monday, december 7, 2019 I called coldwell banker to lodge a complaint, by leaving a message for the branch manager to give me a call. On or about 12/9/19 I received a call from one of the partners who defended the behavior and conduct of adam greer. I asked for travel and time compensation and was denied. Beware black home buyers in columbus georgia!

Coldwell Banker Real Estate denied request for release from buyer's representative contract

I have requested multiple times to both my agent and broker to be released from my Buyer's Representative Contract due to a long list of concerns regarding my agent's ethical actions, neglect as an agent, and a possible criminal act. I have been denied this request. I am able to provide a detailed list of concerns along with copies of text messages, paper documentation, and emails to support my claim.
A couple of my main concerns and reasons for requesting to be released include the following (can provide a full list of complaints as requested):
— Realtor Brenda Hayden provided incorrect and false information during a property showing and while signing a purchase agreement.
— Realtor Brenda Hayden failed to provide a copy of this buyer's contract when requested and failed to make any sort of contact with me as a buyer for two months.
— Realtor Brenda Hayden forged my signature on a portion of the purchase agreement and when asked about this allegation by the broker, denied it, and then later admitted to doing as much but then lied as to the circumstances leading up to this paperwork.
— Realtor Brenda Hayden refused to communicate with me regarding my purchase offer and counter offers, instead choosing to speak through a third party, even after being asked multiple times to direct all conversation and information regarding this offer to me. Brenda Hayden then proceeded to dismiss my formal request to rescind an offer and told the third party she worked for them and asked them to "talk me out of rescinding" as it is in the third parties best interest.
— I have lost all faith and trust in Brenda Hayden as an agent, along with the broker and all agents that work with this company. I cannot trust that they will work in my best interest, in accordance with the real estate code of ethics, and frankly, within the law. I am asking to be released from this contract immediately and fully.

Having the same problem as a seller with another company. Agent and agency will not release me from the agreement I signed, and said I would be free and clear if I signed a withdrawal from MLS. Not true, since the sales agreement is a separate entity and states without question that if I terminate the agreement I am still liable for paying a commission.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate unethical behavior

After a couple of prior text messages, I met with Francisco Perez on December 3, 2019, in order to view a "GFA" (Garden Floor Apartment) located at 1245 N. Cleaver.

Prior to this meeting, Mr. Perez, for whatever reason, decided to point out the fact that although he lives outside of Chicago, he could set up a viewing before or after a doctor's appointment for his "sick son." (Other than elicit sympathy, there was absolutely no need to mention his son's doctor's appointment).

Regardless, we were able to meet an early (because he told me his sick son's appointment finished early).

Francisco did very well at showing the available unit, but I texted him to let him know that this was not a good fit for my fiancée and I.

Then, despite the fact that I thanked him for his efforts and wished him the very best, Francisco kept texting me to find out exactly what was wrong with the place. After I explained what I felt was wrong with the place, I advised Francisco that I have almost 9 years experience in his field, and that I would prefer to deal directly with the Owner of the Property. Again, I wished him "the best."

Francisco ended up calling my fiancée and I "shady." (Yes, I have his text messages to me).

Therefore, I respectfully request an apology from Mr. Perez's superiors at Coldwell Banker

Coldwell Banker Real Estate agent matthews

The agent that "helped" us really didn't seem to know much about the job he was doing and most of the time, we were left to do most of the work ourselves. We disclosed an important detail to him from the start and he assured us that he ran it by his legal department and that it wouldn't be an issue. Then, after four months and about $2, 500, the seller terminated the contract because of that very issue, and when I contacted the agent, he said he never ran it by legal, because he didn't think it would be an issue, and he started blaming us, saying we never disclosed it to him, and when we have proof in the form of a text, he still argued and tried to spin it so it was our fault. And, in the end, we never ended up getting the house we worked so hard to get. And never got any of our money back either.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate scam real estate services

Linda Semon of lindasemon.com and Coldwell Banker scammed us. She drafted an illegal and rip off contract that demands that I pay my landlord almost $6, 000 in CASH each month. My checks are not accepted. Only cash, even though she accepted a check that demands that her upfront commission is paid for 4 years! Total rip off for new and unsuspecting tenants. They steal from their new clients and will draft contracts and documents that will leave you feeling unsafe and unprotected. Complete con artists who cannot be trusted. Beware!

My name is Gao Yan, I send this email to make a strong complaint about your employee Michelle Chen (Runjing Chen)whose license number is 01491272. During the sale of my house in L.A., she was very inefficient、unprofessional and extremely irresponsible, which caused me suffering a lot of time and great losses. Even more seriously, she has deceived me for several times and has been trying to embezzle my property just because I am in China. Yesterday she was still telling the lie. After being revealed by my lawyer, she disappeared and refused to deal with the remaining affair. My patience has gone out.
I signed the agency contract with your company in Jan. 2017 and Michelle Chen was instructed by your company to responsible for selling my house located at 2923 Venezia Ter, chino hills. I also signed a contract with Michelle Chen herself to maintain my house at the cost of 200$ per month which lasts for more than 2.5 years. With receiving 200$ per month, she should be responsible for maintaining the house and collecting letters &mails for me. However, during the maintenance, a lot of valuable property were lost which I didn't want to care about and look into. One important thing I care about is as follows. There was a fine from the HOA of the community in about Jan. 2018 because of the garden of my house, which was only 7000$ at the beginning. However, In Oct.2018, the fine became 100000$ just because no one made any response to the notices of the HOA. Neither did she make any response to the HOA, nor did she give any notice to me about the fine. I have paid her 200$ one month for more than 2.5 years, but she did nothing. The fine became 100, 000$ just because of her irresponsibility and negligence. Furthermore, There was a buyer who was willing to offer 1900, 000$ to buy my house in Oct.2018. But when we entered into the registration of transfer process, Michelle Chen told me the house should not be transferred without paying the fine first, which made the deal failed directly. Later, I required Michelle Chen to confirm the nature of the fine seriously and whether it affects the transfer of the title on earth. Then she told me the fine doesn't affect the registration of transfer at all! I missed a good chance to sell my house, just because she is so unprofessional and irresponsible! After that, I had to reduce the selling price over and over, and the final transaction price is 1760000$ in Jun. 2019. Almost 200, 000$ was lost!
During the selling process, the glasses on the door of my house was broken by someone for 3 times. I had to pay 10, 000$ as the deposit to guarantee the repair of the glasses. But when settling the account on July 18, She told me there were still several other repair cost which I should bear. One of the repair is the change of the lock of the door, which is 1500$! She told me that the lock was broken exactly on the date of delivering the house. What a coincidence! The date of delivering the house is June 19. She should ask for my permit in advance or at least inform me on that day. But she hasn't told me for almost 1 month! How irresponsible she is!
There are a lot of furnitures in my house which were bought in 2014.No one was living in the house, so the furnitures are almost brand-new. The brands of the furnitures are Century, Marge Carson and Maitland Smith which cost me over 200, 000 dollars. Because I am in China, the selling of the house and the dealing with the furnitures are deemed as a whole task which cannot be separated. If Michelle Chen was unwilling to be responsible for dealing with the furnitures, I won't entrust her as my agent to selling the house. So she promised me she would move all the furnitures out before the delivering date which is June 19 and she would be responsible for selling them. She also took all the original invoices of the furnitures away. However, she failed to keep her promise. The reason she gave me is that the buyer detained my furnitures, which I cannot accept. I have paid 10, 000$ as the deposit to guarantee the repair of the glasses, why did the buyer detain my furnitures? I asked her for the telephone number of the buyer in order to communicate with the buyer myself, but she refused. Then in the next one month, I have communicated with her for several times to urge her to deal with the affair quickly. But she never replied me in time. Every time after I sent the message to her on the WeChat, she replied me in at least 3-5days!Everytime! She is so irresponsible! I had no choice but to ask my friend in L.A. to call her for several times. Finally on July 21, she told me that all the furnitures were moved out, so I should confirm the repair fee. The fact later proved that she has deceived me.
Because she is so inefficient and irresponsible, she failed to sell the furnitures at a proper price in almost 2 months, during which she only offered me 10, 000$ for all the furnitures, which is ridiculous. I found a buyer myself in L.A., who offered a higher price. But he wanted to go to see the furnitures to make a assessment first. But Michelle Chen refused with the reason that the warehouse didn't permit! I asked why I can't see my own property? She said she found a shared storage in order to save the storage fee. My furnitures were put together with other people's. I put up with this [censored]. She has moved my furnitures into the storage for almost 2 months. I asked her where did she put my furnitures into for at least 5 times before, but she refused to tell me the address of the storage. Now when I want to see my property, She told me that I was not permitted! The buyer then asked me for the list and the photos of the furnitures, otherwise he can't decide the final price to offer. So I asked her to give me the list and the photos which she has taken already. Thanks to God, She agreed. However, My goodness, she gave me the list and the photos after almost one week! I asked her every two days, but she always had kinds of excuses! Sending an email only take a few minutes! I got very angry because the buyer was waiting! Finally she gave me the list and photos. Then I was shocked and I finally understood why she delayed on purpose and behaved like that, Because only half of my furnitures were on the list! I asked her where were the remaining furnitures, Then she began her play. Under my pressure, On August 8, she told me the remaining furnitures were still in the house. My lawyer then queried her why she told me all the furnitures were already moved out on July 21. I see, she told the lie on July 21 just to deceive me to confirm the repair fee. Of course she couldn't answer that question, because she deceived me. Then she just disappeared and let her assistant to communicate with me. How irresponsible she is! On August 9, her assistant told me that all the remaining furnitures were sent to a rubbish recycling company long since. Oh MY GOD! Is this a suspense film? Where are my furnitures on earth? Those are my property!Your company is a famous chain corporation, why do you have employee like her? Her assistant also asked me to take the furnitures right away with the storage charge exceeding 1000$! Oh, My God, The reason I can't visit my furnitures is that she found a shared warehouse in order to save the storage fee. Why the final storage fee is still so high? She said 500$ is due to that the buyer of my house didn't cooperate to move the furnitures, so the moving company has gone to the house for 5 times, each time cost 100$!My question is since the buyer didn't cooperate, why did she still arrange the moving company to go to the house, and for 5 times? If the moving company came to the house for 10 times, should I pay 1000$ for this too? Moreover, she never told me that charging fee of the carriage can be calculated like this before. Now she asked me to bear the cost owing to her incapacity and irresponsibility, is this fair or up to the working standard of your company?
Until today, she still tried to pass the buck! I believe this is not just a civil dispute, it's a case suspected of constituting a crime! All the losses I suffered should be borne by her and your company! I request your company to intervene this affair and resolve the problem right away! All my legal rights are reserved.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate agent attacked us

Good morning. Last night, one of your agents attacked my husband and I. I'm currently 8 months pregnant and your agent would not allow us to get our belongs in the midst of moving and proceeded to threaten my husband with his clients. All me husband and I wanted to do was get our stuff and get our security back. The agent called me out of my name and disregarded all knowledge of the details that the apartment provided had mold which causes myself and our daughter to get extremely sick.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate unethical behavior/from manager

I was to start as a new signed realtor under the management of Tom Dunlap on July 11, 2019. On the morning of July 11th, I received an e-mail from whom I thought was Tom Dunlap, my soon to be manager at Coldwell Banker. The e-mail, which was addressed from Tom Dunlap, requested me to purchase five google play cards for $500 and scratch them off and send photos via e-mail back to him. In the e-mail it also stated, that Tom was in a meeting and I woud not be able to contact him via phone. The e-mail stated he needed these google cards for a client. I believed it was truly Tom Dunlap and I was very happy to help out, thinking I was helping out my soon to be new manager, with a company I so looked forward to working with. I must also state that many people who were at that meeting on July 11, 2019 were also sent the same e-mail from what I now have learned to be a fraudulent Tom Dunlap. The hacker who did this has the e-mail contact list of the actual manager "Tom Dunlap" at Coldwell Banker in Beverly Hills, Ca. How else would so many other employees have received the same e-mail I did. If I was not on the actual Tom Dunlap's contact list, this would have never happened to me. There is a breach within the security of Coldwell Banker and it needs to be addressed immediately. When the real Tom Dunlap was informed of what transpired he immediately sent out an e-mail blast about a fraud/scam taking place through e-mail from someone using his name. When Tom Dunlap saw me at the office that day, (July 11th) he immediately informed me he would take care of the $500 I was scammed out of and I have witnesses to this. The next day Friday, July 12th, I went to another meeting at the 166 N Canon Coldwell Banker office and Tom Dunlap requested I send him my Venmo information and he would reimburse me the $500 through Venmo. Tom Dunlap did not send me any reimbursement through Venmo, as a matter of fact, he ignored my text messages. I sent Tom Dunlap an e-mail on Monday July 15th stating that I have not received my reimbursement he agreed upon. Tom Dunlap sent me an e-mail stating that he sent me the reimbursement of $500 through Bank of America Zelle and to check my e-mail. I did check my e-mail and went to my bank, which is Chase Bank and there was nothing. Below is a copy of the e-mail sent to me from Tom Dunlap the actual manager of two, not one, but two Coldwell Banker offices in Beverly Hills.

Once I received this e-mail, I was certain that Tom Dunlap kept his word and sent me my reimbursement, as he so said he would. This was not the case. Tom Dunlap, a man whom I thought was going to be my mentor blatantly lied to me. This is a person who manages two prestigious Coldwell Banker offices in Beverly Hills. It is appalling that someone in this position can be so dishonest. Tom Dunlap then sent me an e-mail after he lied about sending my reimbursement, stating that he actually did not think he was at fault and that I and my friend Sheila should affiliate ourselves with another brokerage firm. What exactly did we do wrong that Tom Dunlap chose not to hire us? The fact of the matter is, Tom Dunlap lied and he wanted no trace of anything that would connect him to the scam and the lies he told.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate unprofessional and disrespectful service

We are selling our catamaran company on the Pacific coast of Costa Rica. We understand that every Coldwell Banker office is independent but still. With the name of the company comes a reputation. We are very disappointed with the service (the least we can say) from the office situated in Tamarindo. It is very unprofessional and disrespectful. Many people in the area told us that the service from the office in Tamarindo was poor. And we are now able to say that it is true. We will never recommend that company to anyone. We have attached below the emails that were exchanged with one of your representatives.
We had had a meeting with a first representative a while back. She wanted us to fill a Coldwell Banker form describing what we were selling. I appears to me that the office in Tamarindo expects the clients to do their job by filling out all the paperwork. In any case the person quit and the new representative was expecting us to redo the work. The way this situation has been handled is totally shameful. Hope something will be done to correct the situation.

I live in a rental that is being sold and ricardo estime texted my fiance about a viewing he scheduled without our permission without 24 hours notice. The clients walked in to my rental without permission and during this time i was naked from coming out of the shower. Please pick better and more proffesional agents i am highly upset.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate agent dawn hough

Agent Dawn Hough out of New Milford CT rented a property in the same town where the house caused mold and sickness to develop in our lungs, we have been sick for 3 years so we got out of the house, she refused to fix the mold and the lead paint, we left and now she refuses to send the deposit back to us within any timeline. It has been over 30 days and she is purposefully withholding our money and aligning an attempt to steal our deposit. Coldwell Banker seems to have a habit of allowing their agents to illegally rent dangerous homes to renters, filled with mold, lead without disclosure, and we are tired of seeing that happen. Our family has sales contracts with Coldwell that will never be renewed and all Coldwell sales material will be removed from all of my family and friends associated businesses.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate agent treatment, unethical behavior

I started Coldwell Banker Weir Manual Hoppough in February of 2018 as a new agent with high hopes. I did not recieve any formal training and at the time my broker was very unresponsive and not even located in office. I did well despite not having a team or help. They put me on a 60/70/80 program with a 1 year increment. After my one year I did not get my increase until I complained months later. I had a transaction between my broker that went very poorly and in my opinion was unethical. I will be filing a complaint with the board. I was treated very poorly during the transaction as well as the agent. After the deal fell through I spoke with my broker letting her know I was in search of a new broker. During the switch they took 6500 dollars of my commission that I worked very hard for. They're mentality is very money oriented and hostile. I would NEVER recommend working for or with this franchise.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate my clearance insurance amount

I rent a 2 bedrooms from them for 5 years. at the last 6 months it happened that the window glass is broken as it is effected by temperature between inside and outside.
they deduct 1000 AED for that from the insurance amount .
i tried to meet the manager, he refused, when I send and email no one reply .

To whom it May Concern:

Notice of complaint against Coldwell Banker Realtor Agent Dawn Desruisseaux

On December 14, 2018 I purchased a home from Colewell Banker Realtor Agent Dawn Desriusseux on behalf of Kellen Jordan, seller out of your Hooksett, NH office located at 1330 Hooksett Rd. Dawn represented both parties in this transaction. Dawn also secured our house Inspector, Ray Ripaldi, DBA, KNR Home Inspections and Southern New Hampshire Plumbing and Heating for the furnace inspection.
On December 5, 2018 KNR Home Inspections conducted my home inspection and pointed out a few things that needed some sort of repair. The furnace was his number 1 concerned as it looked liked it had not been serviced in quite sometime. This was brought up to both Dawn and Kellen on several times by myself even before the house inspection. I asked Kellen on several occasions to show me paperwork that it was serviced within the past 2 years. Kellen never showed me any paperwork that a service was performed on the furnace. I spoke with Dawn and she was going to hire someone to inspect and clean the furnace. Southern N.H. Heating and Plumbing was picked as the vendor to do the furnace inspection.
Southern N.H. Heating and Plumbing cleaned the furnace or so they said and presented her with a $350.00 invoice for this service. Kellen told Dawn it was my responsibility to pay the invoice as I was theone who had them inspect the furnace not him. Dawn called and told me who Kellen said and I told her I was not going to pay the invoice and the deal was off to purchase the house. Dawn said she call Kellen and tell him. Dawn called me back within five minutes and said Kellen would 50/50 on the cost. I agreed to that. At closing I found out that Kellen was never called and knew nothing of the 50/50 agreement. At closing when I was writing out the check, Dan mentioned to Kellen that she didn't want him to the sake of the house over $175 and she said, I paid the $175 for you as I know you are in a financial bind. This seemed very odd to me and it gets better.
At closing Dawn couldn't keep her hands off Kellen. Rubbing his shoulders and back. Just the way she was talking to him made us very uncomfortable. I've been through several closings and this was the oddest I've ever participated in. After the closing my wife, the president and secretary of Silver Fox Co-Op and myself were saying to each other, why didn't they just get a hotel room and there's a lot more going on between those two.
Back to the furnace.
We moved into home on January 12th. After a fews weeks later we became concerned that our furnance wasn't running corretly. I call a local HVAC company an set up and appointment to for tem to come out to inspect.

2/22/19
Patriot HVAC cleaned and inspected furnace. The first step to replace the ignition igniter and that he needed to od. Next he told us the furnace as far as he can see has never be cleaned since its installation 7 years ago. The furnace was full of dust, dirt and carbon build up. He removed the filter and would not bring it back into the house as it was just filthy, never been replaced. This is all noted on his repaid order.
Cost $160.00

2/28/19
Patriot replaced the igniter and made more notes about the gas valve and control board.
Cost $213.00

3/6/19
Called Patriot as the furnace was still making the clicking noise and seemed to be running a lot.
They needed to replace both the circuit board and gas valve
Cost $600.00

3/19/19
Called Patriot again as the furnace was running much better but not heating the house properly. One room would be extremely warm and the extremely cool. They replaced the thermostat as it was gummed up with nicotine from all the smoking for the previous owners.
Cost $150.00

For a furnace that was inspected and cleaned by Southern NH Plumbing and Heating why did I need to spend $1123 in repairs after only residing in the home for 5 weeks. I think Dawn, Kellen and Southern NH Plumbing and Heating were in this all together so Kellen wouldn't lose the sale of his house.

I think Dawn knew exactly what she was doing to get the sale done at my expense. I also think she conducted her very unprofessionally during closing.

Coldwell Banker Realty needs to look into this and I'm hoping to see some kink of retribution for my losses due to the sneaky dealings by Dawn.

I have ll invoices and inspection paperwork for your review if needed.

To Whom It May Concern,

I just got off with phone with the agent we have been using for the past 4 summers, Cindy Gubosh, to pay the deposit on our 2 week vacation we had scheduled for Ocean City, MD this summer. Cindy has just informed me that one of the weeks that I had asked her to put a hold on was now rented! When Cindy emailed me back to confirm the hold, there was absolutely no mention of deadline or that there is a 48 hour hold policy, she simply stated please call me with your payment method. After 4 years of providing her with our business, and adding two more families to our group; who all used her as well; I think a courtesy email or phone call is not to much to be expected. When I told her we were not interested in renting another place of we specifically wanted this space, she literally said "OK, thank you" and hung up the phone! I am appalled at how she felt she could speak to me in such a rude and unprofessional manner as we have been customers for years! In the future, I will not being using the CBVacations and I will be sure to let everyone that asks me know how this decision to rent out without even a courtesy reach out demonstrated the true focus of this company --- MONEY!

Don't be fooled by the fancy name!

Just for context, I've rented properties multiple times over the years both from individuals and realty companies and currently own my third home. I have an outstanding credit rating and am a professional.

I have never had such a negative experience from start to finish as I did with these clowns. If you don't mind being consistently treated in a demeaning, condescending manner, like a presumed criminal, then rent your property here. From the lease signing until the end when they keep your security deposits by itemizing normal wear and tear and preexisting damage, you will feel like you're dealing with a group of slum lords with a fancy name.

When it comes to repairs and service, they are generally difficult and unpleasant, and poorly responsive. Even if you pay your rent on time and take great care of the property, you will always feel they are expecting you to behave like white trash, and they treat you accordingly.

Ironically, given how strict and detailed the lease contract is, they failed to uphold their end of it when it came to the stated time frame for returning my deposits. It ultimately didn't matter, since they found a way to keep most of it anyway.

I think their focus is more on selling than renting homes. The way they operate the rental side doesn't make much sense from that perspective, as when I was ready to buy my next home, there was no way I would have considered giving them my business.

Bottom line, if you have decent credit and other options, steer clear of this big rip off company (each office is reported as independently operated, so there may be variability with different locations; this was the Northshore branch I dealt with) and look elsewhere. There are plenty of honest realtors who will rent to professionals and treat you with respect and fairness, as well as provide good service and value you as a renter. If you don't have other options, or are finding it hard to avoid them because of their size and share of the rental market, at least be prepared for what to expect and approach every step of the process carefully to protect yourself.

Coldwell Banker Real Estate unprofessional

Found realtor through website as we are in process of buying a home in area. Upon requesting information about realtor and after trying to connect through social media, apparently that's a thing now realtors can show case through social media. I was completely shocked and appalled that this realtor stil has a liscense. It's one thing if you'd like to have a social media but please do not mix that with your work. On the realtors page are personal images that should not be associated with work. I'm taking bikini photos and the stupid phrase princess is used. I have a 12 year old son and of course he was right next to me as I'm trying to view an open house though her page and I get to see her in a bikini and bare [censored]! My son is 12 and should not be subject to that content please have higher standards for your workers and not these young girls trying to prove something. To make it worse my son brought up her page to my husband saying that she was naked and my husband was just as apalled and disgusted.

Aubrey I- has been an awful property manager from the start- I tried to fire her after the first year but had my home with Smart Move Advantage and they would not let me- she promised to help find me a gardener which she never did- she tried to rent my property for 200 less that what it was worth- she picked out tenant who I am sure she knows because she complained for them about everything- would not let me consider any other applicants- tried to allow hem not to let me show my home so I could sell it- tried to give them a 18 mont lease instead of the 12 mont lease I wanted and now that they are finally out she wants to give them back their full deposit even though the home needs to be painted and cleaned and smells- she actually documented they got it in the condition they received it even though she took money from the deposit of the previous tenants to have it cleaned for them1 she is unfair and a liar. I have years of emails to prove it- you should not allow her to continue to use your namw

Vultures. Couldn't of cared less about my family and I. It was our first time selling a home. I honestly have no idea what I paid these two for. Poor communication. My wife tried to get a hold of both and consistently heard nothing back. When it came time to close we didn't get our asking price so to help make up our loss our other realtor (in new city) gave up part of her commission. Mike and Amy procrastinated for days saying "we have to check with our manager." They gave yo their "extra commission" which was a fraction of what our other realtor gave up. There was such little care or concern about us they literally had no idea when we were even moving! How does that happen? From the day we met them we honestly heard from them twice (without us contacting them first). If you're lookin for realtors who honestly don't give two [censored]s about you, your family, or your financial needs-definitely hire these two clowns. Poor service. Mike/Amy, you should be ashamed of yourselves, but my guess is you're not. Pathetic.

I was shocked to read this review about two very respected Realtors in the area! I am disappointed with the review that David1189 made. This type of review can damage the reputation Mike and Amy Jo have worked hard to achieve and maintain. They work hard for their clients!

This seems like a very one-sided story. Would be interested in hearing the whole story before making judgements.
