Coinbase coinbase after many requests => unlock my account!!!

Being a "newbie", I questioned a transaction on my CB account.
Instead of getting help, my account was and is locked..
STILL. After numerous requests via "support", emails... answering THEIR requests for more info

Coinbase where is my money?

On August 29 I sent a wire for $5, 000.00 from my Business account, this was not the first time that I sent wires from there as it makes it easier for me to do and report taxes at the end of the year.
The next day, August 30, Coinbase sent me this: 1. https://imgur.com/lJX7UdN 2. https://imgur.com/doPfAIE
Again, this is not the first time that I sent wire from my Business account which does have my name on it as it's [Company Name] [My Name], so I cant wire $5, 000 from my Business account, but $10, 000-20, 000+ is fine?, got it Coinbase.
I replied to both Emails on August 31, as the money didn't arrived. I went to the Bank on Tuesday, as it was a holiday last Monday, they told me when a wire gets return it takes longer than 1 day. When I went there again yesterday, even the manager say and I quoted: "Wow that is pretty scary, it doesn't take that long!"
She called the people that sent and received the wires, probably the central bank, I dont know, and they told her that this company Coinbase, hasn't return the wire. Needless to say I have been sending emails and replying to the emails they sent me since Tuesday without any luck.

I have been sharing those Tweets every time that they Tweet something and they just ignore me. Before I was using Coinbase to recieved Bitcoin and Ethereum payments, Im now using Blockchain.info for BTC and MyEtherWallet for Ether. I wont give coinbase any more business.

Coinbase coinbase account verification and support

Cannot get my account verified to withdraw money, a month after sending for a sepfa account. Logged sevice request and 2 subsequent updates, plus tweeted support twice. Absolutely abysmal service and I have logged a complaint with financial ombuds man, as this tantamount to criminality not allowing me to withdraw my funds.

Please can someone respond to my service request and verify my account.

you have a contract if they owe you money with coinbase have ignored you emails etc make a claim on the money claims online take out a county court claim against them if they ignore the claim your win by default the court will then require to pay you if they still dont pay you you can ask the court to sent bailiffs round to collect the debt

Coinbase funds not received

EURO 1, 000 and EURO 12, 304 still has not been credited to my coinbase wallet and it has been 3 WEEKS with no response whatsoever from Coinbase despite numerous emails to their damn 'support'. Now unable to email directly to [protected]@coinbase.com, error comes back that it is no longer 'enabled', one MUST go through their website and every time you do, YET ANOTHER case number is generated for the same damn complaint.
Shocked to read how many people are in exactly the same position with no statements being released from Mr Coinbase CEO himself, Brian Armstrong, assuring customers their problems will be dealt with. CREDIT MY WALLET OR SEND MY MONEY BACK SO I CAN TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.

Coinbase withdraw usd

Coinbase has a policy to verify members identity, but after several attempts identification fails. Because no identity can be verified, it freezes activity on the account. I have been trying to withdraw my money and transfer it to my bank. I have email coinbase several times and all I get is information that does not help. Coinbase says it can't do anything to help.

Coinbase cant withdraw my money

All the money I've made mining bitcoin I cant withdraw. Coinbase has a paypal account setup! BUT you can never get it verified. There doing this becases they don't want to send us our MONEY! COINBASE is a SCAMMMMM. Going to let the SEC and other govt agency that could crack down on these FOOLS. Investor BEWARE! Stay away from these game playing maroons.

Coinbase merchant account setup

After jumping through the registration hoops, completing ID and Business proof uploads and adding the bank account and sending a verification payment to coinbase, I get an email stating verification is not completed. I manage to get to support email on the first few attempts, and im told to do the same steps again.. which i do. I then get an email from Coinbase telling me the verification payment send to coinbase came from a different bank account than that related to my business i declared.. Err, No it didn't, it came from the Business bank account i entered into their site. So they cancelled and returned the payment.. LESS around £1 (my guess is 1$) so effetively.. coinbase charged me or stole from me, whichever you prefer.. so I go back to email.. of course, email support has been closed.

You can't phone them, you can't email them, the only action left would be to write to them, but if they can't respond to an email, what chance is there of them responding to a snailmail letter.

Suffice to say, I've lost money and all confidence in using Coinbase.

Coinbase money withdrawal

sooo, after few months of making money on ETH and BTC later on, i decided to withdraw everything, since it was the masterplan from the beginning to help me fund my holiday. then i realised my uk bank account hasnt still been verified, although the first deposit came from there via SEPA transfer. I contacted the customer support with the request of verifying my account, but even after two weeks and three emails i still havent got any answer. My holidays are coming and money are still stucked at Coinbase wallet. few days ago i even deposited another 2 eur just to confirm my bank account again. Coinbase confirmed the payment via SEPA, yet my bank account is still not verified.
very very unprofessional behaviour, be careful about them. i should have known from the beginning when i wanted to buy ETH for 90 quid/1 ETH but Coinbase was postponing my purchase for few days until the price rose up to 160 quid/1 ETH.

bunch of bloody scammers.

Coinbase customer service is horrible and they just recently got a $100 million investment into their company

So I had transferred so bitcoin to Coinbase to sell for USD and cash out my money. I couldn't figure out how to have the money sent to my bank account so I emailed them. They responded by giving me a link to their support page which I had spent hours on before hand and even suggested I looked on the support page where I had already looked! Then they wanted me to talk to their AI support which kept pointing me in the wrong direction. 10 plus days later they send me the same email with the same answer to "help me out." UNBELIEVABLE! I ended up having to buy bitcoin back from them, lose 25 bucks more and in the end was charged $35 to finally get my USD through Paypal when I should have only been charged $9 in fees altogether. I don't suggest anyone using Coinbase.com PERIOD. Stay away from them, worst customer service ever for new customers/people new to Bitcoin. UNREAL!

Coinbase verification identification system

This web page sell and buy bitcion the new world currency, there system accept me for two week then they stop all my transaction after i add to my account 4500 US$ with wire transfer from my bank, right now i have in coinbase account almost 5500 US $ and i cant take it out or buy the currency because their Identity Verification system who refused me as American citizen

Coinbase unable to access my account and not responses for more than a month

Please I need the money. I have the money on the account and I have a serious personal issue with one of my son. It has been a month to get this resolved. I have proven all documents. I need my access to the account under [protected]@xxxx.com. I did the id verification. I am spanish. I created the account two years ago and I used a us debit card to put balance. I have attached the screen captures. I do not have access to the original mobile phone so I can not access +34xxxxx but I have provided it to you. You need to update the country of residency on my account to spain where I am citizen and where I live. I need to access the account please. I have been sending so many emails and no response and you are ignoring me.

More emails asking for responses in the middle.
Now email from august 23rd:

Have found my records on the account. You can see the attached emails from coinbase. It looks like I was using my us credit card to buy bitcoins so that I why the country on the database is the us and probably I was using the business address in california in the account. The issue is that I can not log in into the application to change the country because I do not have the phone number +34xxxx which is on the records. I sent you my spain id since it is the valid one and I did the verification but it was complaining that the country was not the one on the records. I need to regain access to my account. You can see the emails from you when the account was created and the usage of the usa credit card.

Please it has been a month already trying to enter my account.

I went thru the id verification again and it complains that my country is different which I do not really understand why!. It says that I need to log in to change my country but I can not log in.

I was trying to reset the password when I was getting the error that the country of the id was different than the country of my account. However I believe that the country of my account should be spain and the id that I provided was from spain so I do not understand!.

Quite simple but it is almost two months. I have proven everything. Id. Credit card used two years ago when account was created. Emails. Phone number on records... Everything but still they have my bitcoins and I can not access.

Coinbase unable to buy

For some reason I am unable to buy. I have written the support email for 3 weeks! I have received not one email back with any correspondence on the matter.

I am headed into week 4 and have just left a voice mail in their fraud box.. Because the other option is to email them.. Which they do not answer.

Right now they have claimed they have been overwhelmed sine the fork of bitcoin... I am not buying this [censor]. There is definitely something fishy going on there.

Coinbase coinbase credit card activation

I added a visa to my account today and at the end it asked if I wanted to deposit $5 or a custom amt for btc. on that card. There wasn't an option to select any other. I selected custom and entered 20. It withdrew the funds from an account that did not have enough money and now I'm being charged an extra $35 plus a depleted account. I need to know how you'll fix this.

Coinbase vault service & secondary email

I am really frustrated with the lack of help or support.

The secondary email on one my vault account is no longer active, it was a work email and I no longer work at the company effective July 12. I have since created another vault and would like to transfer my Bitcoin to that Vault, if I cannot do that then I will transfer to my wallet.

I have sent 7 help desk requests till date, no help, no reply, no follow up, nothing.

This leaves me very frustrated.

They asked me to create a new vault and then create another ticket to transfer the funds...I did my part...still waiting on them

My account was suspended after I made a bank deposit to Coinbase. I contacted them on all platforms, but they never responded. I sent emails to them to resolve my suspended account so that I could get my money out, but they couldn't help me solve it.

I came across a Paige McCubbin Firm article on this website while reading some reviews. The post talked about how she had helped other victims transfer their locked funds from Coinbase to their banks. You can reach her on Telegram with her handle, Paigecubbin.

It took her three days to get my money back from Coinbase, and it was deposited into my bank account. I suggest getting in touch with her for support.

I signed up with Coinbase a few weeks ago.
I must say that the experience with that exchange is more than unsatisfactory! The limits imposed make it virtually impossible to make any gains in this booming crypto currency market. I since have have started trading with liviacoins.com, which has a speedy transaction process, thus allowing me to make trades commensurate with the level of funding I desire.
If you want to deal in pennies or get scammed, stay with Coinbase.

Hi I need some assistance because I am new to Bitcoin investing.
Prior to the fork, I had 0.4 bitcoins in my wallet.
It was not mined or anything. But simply purchased and stored in my wallet.
After the fork, it appears that bitcoin owners are supposed to receive the equivalence in bitcoin cash (BCH).
Does that mean that I am entitled for 0.4 BCH.
Coinbase currently does not support bitcoin cash (BCH).
It is expected to start supporting this from January 2018.
Will the BCH automatically come to my account? Please assist.

Have you got any resolution? I am in the same boat as you! Used my alumni email address and they just discontinued service for those, so no access means i cant click the email link to access my account, i know the password and everything else.

Coinbase fund withdrawal

Simple - Withdrew to a SEPA approved account. Email from coinbase saying the funds would arrive 5th August 2017. After a couple of days of no arrival I chased them. Eventually got a reply after messaging them several times on Twitter. Eventually replied to the original support log through the site apologising that they have system issues. Didn't hear again until the 14th (today) and their message:

"Just checking in to let you know that this issue is still unresolved. Rest assured your funds are secure, and we are working hard to rectify this situation as soon as possible.
Thank you for your continued patience, and sorry for any inconvenience caused."

Still no further to knowing when my funds will arrive.

Very poor, needs regulating.

Coinbase coinbase have stolen thousands of euros from me.

This company cannot be trusted. We placed a trace on funds of 4460.92 euros, showing the funds were received by you on 3rd aug. Here we are on the 8th and still no funds on my account, no response or reply. I hope you have enjoyed using my money because I have not. You have cost me both money, time and trust. And your arrogance with your non-existent customer service. Non existent customer service when you have 7.4m customers is a disgrace. No replies to urgent emails for weeks. Just your utter rubbish computer generated robot text that is pointless. I'm absolutely furious and have been conned. I want my money back n o w! Etoro were having personal conversations on email queries within an hour of me contacting them. Do you even have staff? People need to know this I think, don't you.

NOTHING. A big fat nothing from Coinbase after taking my money (Euros4600) nearly a week ago. I think this company is about to go bump. Don't forget the 'pay no less than 6 euro into an Estonian bank account' and the number (because that's all it is) appears on their Ponzi screen. Folks, it's not real. I want my money back. Not once have you not bothered to reply, answer phones, answer emails, answer 'live' chat. You're a disgrace to the industry and greedy arrogant [censor].

Coinbase bitcoins not received nor refunded

Hi, I completed an online purchase for bitcoins on 4.5.7, I purchased £153.39 worth of bitcoins. This transaction was duplicated due to my pc crashing just as they were being purchased, therefore one payment of £153.39 and another payment of £153.89 were taken out of my bank account.
I have requested since May for one of these payments to be returned to me but so far can get no satisfaction with your staff.
I am out of pocket by £153.89, and £153.39, as the items I purchased have not been received either.
I am pleading for you to return one of these payments as I currently am over £300 GBP out of pocket. I understand that you probably cannot refund both as it is probably down to the company I tried purchasing from to refund one amount, but am tired of asking for this to be resolved. I am going to be left with no alternative but to post my experience global for all to see as I cannot get any response from your company

Coinbase thousands of dollars not credited to my account

After couple of test with the company, they got my trust but once I decided to buy a bigger amount, the system says they money will be credited "today" and it's been like this for 2 months.
Customer service? Phone number? Twitter? Reddit? I've tried everything. They don't reply.
How can I sue this company?
What kind of lawyer do I need?
What website could help me?

Coinbase cannot submit id

I am temporarily living out of the country and my Texas drivers license expired last year.
I will renew my Texas drivers license when I return to the US.

However, in the meantime, I have a US address, US Phone number, US Bank accounts, US Brokerage account, and US voter registration. I file and pay US income tax every year.

Your web site will not let me Withdraw the money from my Wallet or will not let me buy Bitcoin until I upload ID, and your web site will not let me upload ID.

It is a catch 22 and besides I do not want to change my country info as I will be returning to the US in the future.

How do I resolve this so I can resume trading crypto currencies.

Coinbase did not receive money from selling litecoin

On 4th July I sold 1 litecoin (42, 37 eur) and withdrawed the funds from selling to my account but I did not receive the funds yet, even though almost 20days have passed. On 5th july I received email from coinbase confirming my withdrawal saying :
"Hi Marko Mechar,
A withdrawal of €39.85 ( + €0.15 banking fee) has been initiated.

€39.85 will arrive in your bank account by July 08, 2017."

In the meantime I changed my username on coinbase to Marko Mecar.
