It has been 5 weeks and we have yet to receive our full order with this company. They have failed to return our many emails, phone calls or issue a refund.

    Their system mixed up our address (Trust me, I'm an internet user since 1996- I know what I typed) and I called 10 minutes after placing the order and they said they could not cancel or fix it. We have to wait two weeks for it fail delivery by FedEx, then get shipped back.

    I have been using coffee for less for many years. Their service is excellent and their staff is professional and very knowledgeable. I recommend them highly
