CoffeeBeanDirect ordered 10 lbs. of coffee that never arrived.

Ordered 10 lbs. of coffee on the 3rd of DEC in an attempt to beat holiday rush. I received notification that delivery was scheduled for Saturday the 7th. fedex(useless) failed to deliver and rescheduled for Tuesday the 10th. I contacted CBD on Monday the 9th and asked what had gone wrong. I was told, "due to holiday fedex(useless) is running behind and that delivery would be made TUESDAY". When NO DELIVERY was made on Tuesday I filed a dispute with PayPal. CBD's response was to add tracking information and state that they were "assured" delivery would happen Wednesday. Within 1 hour of that response, fedex(useless) updated the status to "Scheduled delivery: Thursday 12/12/2019 by end of day". So this morning when the fedex(useless) truck drove past my house and did not stop I called fedex(useless) and was informed that CBD had requested the coffee be "returned to sender" on WEDNESDAY! I returned to PayPal expecting to see my refund and found NONE. I called PP and was told they would escalate the issue and I will see a refund in 30 DAYS! These scumbags are holding my money for 30+ days and I NEVER GOT ANY COFFEE. DO NOT buy from these scumbag liars from New Jersey.

CoffeeBeanDirect blinking coffee light

I went to sheetz in Bristol va and all 6 coffee pots were empty, all lights blinking. There is a sign saying if the lights are blinking the coffee is free. The check out girl argued and said they were not blinking, but refused to walk over and look. Plus the kitchen had food all over the floor, it was extremely nasty. I had to wait 5 mins for someone to even come to the counter. This was this morning ateound 6:20am.

CoffeeBeanDirect frustrated

I am very disappointed.
Bought 25 lb of a Poor Man's Blend for 200 dollars.
The delivery of my order took more than a month and it's absolutely unacceptable. The website promised different delivery periods, so I just don't understand what was the reason for this mess. Their ****6711 number is useless, no one picks up the phone.
It's terrible.
I highly recommend avoiding this place.

CoffeeBeanDirect bad service

Ordered some coffee beans from CoffeeBeanDirect website and they said that I'll get my order within 5 days. Beans did not arrive and I contacted customer service to get some information. They said that they were not able to deliver to my address and did not explain the reason.
I did not receive my beans and they cancelled my order. Extremely poor service!

CoffeeBeanDirect seller provided only fake info

I ordered coffee from the website www.coffeebeandirect.com. I got some useless confirmation info, but no info about the delivery time. I waited and tried to contact the seller, but all my attempts failed. They simply didn’t provide any help and their email address turned to be wrong. Please, help me to find these scammers and get my money back. As well as I won’t advise to buy from such horrible seller.

CoffeeBeanDirect they started to take money from me for nothing

Please, be careful if you order from the website www.coffeebeandirect.com. I ordered coffee beans from them, but they started to steal money from my card. I provided card number and they took money for the order. After that they simply started to take money from me. I sent them emails and messages, but these jerks ignored my requests. I wonder if there are people, who had the same thing. Maybe you can advise me how to stop these charges. Please post your ideas and comments. Thanks.

I love their bulk teas. High quality, and great prices. Their coffees are good, but I can buy cheaper locally. That said, I've been buying from them for years, and their shipping is always absurdly SLOW (typically 1-2 weeks before they even process your order.) And their customer service is non-existent, they don't even respond to emails.

CoffeeBeanDirect bad customer service

Do not buy from these people! They are out to cheat and take your money and send you substandard coffee. They sent us ground coffee instead of the beans we ordered. They then refuse to exchanged the grounds for the beans we ordered. Since we were stuck with this coffee we tried it and found out it was not jamaican blue mountain but a mixture of god knows what. Now I understand why they sent us ground coffee. They know how to cheat. The credit card companies will not help you if it comes to quality issues. We were stuck with a charge of almost $200 and coffee that stinks. Save your money and order from someone else. There is no deals to be had here, only the feeling like you have been taken.
