We initially received a fraudulent motherboard from Code Micro. It took several emails and phone calls, including pictures of the fraudulent item next to the legitimate item, for the initial RMA to be accepted. While we had to eat the shipping charges both ways for a blatantly fake item, we were assured that the replacement item would be correct. The replacement was, as best we could tell, the proper item, however it was not at all functional. Code Micro delayed the RMA process for the second item long enough to force it outside the window during which returns were accepted and are now refusing to take back the DOA item. Avoid them at all costs!
Do not advise ordering from them. Ordered a motherboard for laptop computer. First one received DOA. Second one defective. And of course they dragged their feet on getting an RMA for return citing warranty issue. Also funny thing, credit card numbers were subsequently used to generate bogus charges. They were the only place I used it! You've been warned!
