Coco & Carter / items returned for refund - signed for and no refund received
I ordered x2 jumpers on 14th September from Coco & Carter order no.#5000 total of £47.80. Contacted buyer on 22nd September as items did not fit. I was advised I could exchange one for a smaller size and would be refunded for the other. I sent the items back recorded delivery tracking no. AE79 3828 462G B and they were signed for 26th September by Coco. Since then I have sent several emails and Instagram messages to the seller all of which have been ignored with the exception of a message on 18th October claiming refund was made. This is not true - no refunds have been made and it is obvious they are lying as they wouldn't have ignored all messages previous me threatening to take action.
