I am a retailer of coca cola from past 20 years.
I want to replace the damaged and expired products but the distributor denied to replace them. when I asked them some days before the told they will replace them after some time but now they tell that I can't replace them and for the replacement I have to contact the main office.
What can I do tell me as soon as possible

I also have a screenshot as well of this disgustingly racist tirade. It's disappointing to see this is representative of your securry personnel at one of your Coca Cola distribution centers.

i have purchased a mazza 200ml bottle but before the retailer could open it i saw many dirt particles inside the sealed mazza botlle.. this bottel under my own safe custody for the proof.if you does not take the necessary correct action then i will file a case to consumer forum as i have the proof with me and also will ask the common people not to have any more of the mango drink mazza so called hygienic

I purchased a six pack of Coke 12 oz bottles recently at one of my local grocery stores. I cannot open any of the six bottled. Seems that the red caps missed the part of the bottling process where the caps are scored so that they can be opened by a consumer.

These red caps are solid with no scoring for twisting and opening. I am 69 years old and quite capable and independent. But, despite my efforts to open using a rubberized device to assist and trying with pliers, I have not been able to get the caps to move enough to either get them to split or to move enough to twist them off.

In the last week one of your coke machines has taken a little over 5 dollors from me it takes my change till i hit a little over a dollor and then wont take it and when i try to dispence the change it just clicks i told the motel owner and they said contact coke company so i am i would like some kind of refund please my email is [protected]@gmail.com

Opened three cans out of a 12 pack that contained a very pale liquid until the remaining 1/4 can was emptied ;this was a dark colored sludge. Other cans were okay, though we have one can left. Have never had an issue all the years of drinking coke. My husband tasted it and promptly spit it into the sink-didn't smell like coke either.Would be very interested to know what wss in those cans.

8 packs of coca cola purchased between 3/29 and 4/17 from Amazon Fresh.
Over 3 - 8 packs, we have so far experienced 4 bottles that can not be opened at all. It appears that they were not perforated properly. It's impossible to tell at a glance and have tried various methods to open these bottles with no success at all.

I would like to request a refund or replacement

A single can of cioca-cola zero from the middle of an unopened publix super market 12 pack was distended (Expanding from internal presure). I opened it over the sink and only brown foam came out. The 12 pack showed no signs of having been dropped or tampered with.

Code printed on bottom of can is jul1017 jab 0736 3, with 3j stamped, nt printed, into the aluminum can.

This complaint is For California bottling company who bottles your product (smart water) my complaint is the owner Mark Thomas is thinking of money not the safety or sanitation of your smart water. It is very unsanitary conditions in production of bottling your smart water I think you need to look into the situation before anyone get sick from drinking the dirty water. Thank you

Hi I knew whenever I lifted my can of Diet Coke out of a multipack that it was not completely full, although everyother can in the pack was full. There was also no signs of damage or leakage from the can in the supermarket of whenever I brought the multipack home. I decided to video this so I could forward my complaint to yourselves with evidence. Below I have attached a video of my evidence with great disappointment that I have recieved from Diet Coke.

I'll purchase my 12 packs 3 or 4 at a time to make sure my house is never without my Coke. I just opened one of my 12 packs and 5 of the cans were bulging at the bottom. The Bulge is so big the cans will not set flat like they're supposed to. Of course I have no desire to drink this product because I do not know the reason for the can be bulbs out like that. Just wanted to make someone aware as this is the first time this is ever happened to me. I have been a fan of Coca-Cola as long as I have memory and certainly have no plans of going anywhere. My daughter and I visited today 4/7/17. I have fibromyalgia. I pain with the touch. They stated that there will be winds and waters but not that kind of shaking & hitting. I had no idea that much force would occur. One particular force was very harsh on my back. The shaking was sort of violent (with my having fibromyalgia). Had I been foretold of the vibrant shaking, I would not have gone in.

I was previously a customer at Crest Foods Location in Midwest City, Oklahoma on 15 N Douglas around 1130 pm. I'm not completely for sure but I think it was on or about the 13th of March. I approached one of your Coca Cola employees and ask about a product that I needed help finding. I couldn't comprehend his response and his body language was as if he was drunk. His speech was giberish and he seemed confused about what I was asking and became a little aggressive with his response. I walked away and was not sure why he was so unprofessional with assisting me. I did notice the name of Greg on his uniform. It had appeared as if he was drunk or on some type of drugs at the time. I definitely do not think CoCa Cola would have approve of how their employee represented the company in requards to a customer of another establishment that they service. I highly recommend drug testing or breathe analysing your employees on a consistent basis. I would expect more out of a highly respected company and I was very dissatisfied with the assistance I had hope to receive from your employee. As an employer I would not allow my employees to handle customers of another facility in that manner. I do think this should be address and some type of action should be taken. I was very upset and I have not been back to that Crest Foods since the incident took place.

Opened my twelve pack of coke and removed the cans to put in my cooler and one of the cans had a small brown spot on the top of the can and had air in the unopened can. Numerous dents in the can even though the box showed no damage at all. UPC [protected]. It is a Final Four box that contained 12, 12-oz cans. bought at Dollar General Store on April 1st. in Oakland City Indiana.

I opened a canned sprite and poured it into another container as I usually do. To my surprise and repulse the sprite had a lot of brown trash and finger of a white glove. This was the most disgusting sight. I called my wife to show her and she identified that the white material was part of a glove. I will never look at a can soda again and assume it is safe to drink. The sprite was from a 12 pack and the number on the bar code is [protected] purchased in Monroe, LA.

I recently purchased a 12 pack of diet Coke in 12oz cans. When I opened the case I discovered that 2 cans were only about 1/2 to 3/4 full. They did not look like they were tampered with. However, I did not feel safe drinking them. I would appreciate you looking into this matter and possibly providing me with some complimentary coupons to reimburse me for my loss of product and time. I purchased it at Kroger on Greater Mack in St Clair Shores, MI. The barcode on the case is [protected].

I'm a Coca-Cola products fan. But I was really disappointed when I 355 coke zero here in Egypt when arrived home found the can doesn't have any pressure inside and not filled completely.

I decided to keep it just in case you need to investigate further.

The only reason I'm sending this. .. I really love Coke products, to me its no. 1 in soft drinks, but finding this Can could affect the company reputation.

I purchased a 12-pack of Classic Coke and noticed the container leaking in my pantry. I opened the package and found 2 completely empty but unopened cans and 1 partially empty but unopened can. The other nine were fine. I couldn't find any holes or creases other than a small dent on the botton of 2 cans, neither of which were the empty cans. I placed all the cans on paper towels after washing them off and found a small spot of soda under one of the cans The code on the bottom of the cans is: MAY2316FWB05334

I purchased a coke product at Cosco in Hillsboro, Oregon on January 11, 2017.
The number on the bottom of the can is 10054WY. The can was part of a create bulk purchase. All other cans in this purchase were fine. The one can did not have any carbonation, but was sealed completely. There were small dents on the can, but the dents were not large. The amount of soda felt like the normal amount, though I did not measure the content.
I'd like a response to this complaint, and not an automated one. I'd like to know someone actually read this complaint.
