Coatracks.com - extremely poor serviceI placed an order for a hall tree with coatracks.com over a month ago. I was told it would ship in 5-10 business days and I received my emailed confirmation as well as my Paypal payment confirmation. After a couple of weeks, I wondered why it hadn't arrived yet, so I went onto their website to check the status of my order. The only information listed was that my order had been canceled. I received no notice of this and no explanation. I emailed their customer service email address three times over the next couple of weeks and never received any kind of response. I finally called their customer service line today and was connected to someone in India who told me that he could not provide any explanation as to why my order had been canceled. After placing me on hold for several minutes, he said he would have to transfer me to another customer service line, but since they were closed for the day, he said I will have to call back tomorrow before 5pm Central Time. Since I live on the West coast, that's 3pm for me, and like most people, I am at work at that time. Since I can't get an email response, my only option now is to take time off work to go and deal with this issue. What terrible customer service. I would never think of ordering from this company again.
