I purchased contacts. They don't ask for payment immediately, they send you a bill with a due date. The bill was not due yet. This company retained my debit card information from a previous transaction. They then proceeded to draft the funds from the same card without my permission. I contacted customer service. They stated no manager is available and refused to assist with reimbursing the transaction. After being transferred around from twit to twit they finally hung up on me. I called them again(must be a small office) and they hung up again! Beware of doing business with this company

    I have had several transactions with this company and they have all been great. From their facebook page it looks like there was some billing errors around the date of your complaint so that might by why you had the issue.

    I've ordered both contact lenses and glasses from them and I've never had a problem.

    Hi there, did you ever get your transaction sorted?
    I am in the middle of a battle with them at the moment for the same reason!
