My friend and I bought lighting from Coast To Coast Lighting co. Our order mainly consisted of Led lights and we got completely wrong order. We called to the customer services and the agent was rude and disrespectful with us. He said that they never made mistakes and told that it was our fault. He refused to even check the order and when we asked about the manager, the agent immediately said that he was unavailable.
This is maybe their 4th or 5th 5th business name, it is changed as complaints mount:
