This company has some good ideas and great products, but very poor execution. Laura was our designer and she was always preoccupied, came late for meetings, chatted on and on about her personal problems, and often brought her children...who did not sit quietly and read! In our very expensive kitchen, she submitted designs to the cabinet builders that were not the latest verson we agreed upon and thus the wrong cabinets arrived...and she charged us! She also designed a cabinet next to the stove to hold pots and pans that was too small for the basket inserts when they arrived so she put in a smaller size baskets that hold only small lids. My pots sit on my very expensive wolf stove due to her poor design...and she just said "go try to buy something bigger to fit in". This wall had space for the correct size cabinets, but she finished 6 inches short of the door where it should have been flush and the stove is thus off-centered.
She designed a broom closet that does not fit a broom and suggested, after installed, that we just saw off the end of the handle of the broom (I had asked her if it was large enough prior to ordering and she said she would be sure to measure a broom, but obviously did not). She never placed the order for the bathroom mirror (she did the bath also with another set of issues) after she said she did. She grossly over charged us on our kitchen and our granite and will not submit detailed billing to settle...we are still in dispute. We spent over $60K on our kitchen and have many disappointments ALL based on her inadequate skills and lack of attentiveness to the details of design... and lack of listening to her clients.
