Coast Dental Services doctor and assistant

Hello. My name is Diana Rodriguez and I used to be a patient at Coast Dental in Land O Lakes Florida (corner of State Road 54 and Collier Parkway). I went in January 2017 to get a filling in my upper right molar. Less than a month later, it cracked so I went back to see if they could fix it for me. It seemed simple enough, but the doctor (Dr. Roberts) said he couldn't fix it and could only put in a crown instead. The crown costs more than $700, and the filling costs about $100. When I called the office and spoke to the assistant (Kassie), she agreed with the doctor and would said they could not fix it for me. I had to go to another doctor, pay $71 as a new patient, and be told they could fix the crack in the filling. I also now have a metallic taste on my tongue that won't go away. I am also put in a complaint in with the Florida board of doctors. I am on disability and am not rich by any means. I think they are both unprofessional, gave substandard care, and caused me harm. Please write me back with a response to my complaint. Thank you!

Coast Dental Services crown - company will not take responsibility for messing up my tooth

In 2014 had a corwn put on the tooth based on oral evaluation, since i had already had a root canal done the practice did not check if it was done properly. in 2015 went for a cleaning to another dentist and was told the crown has a gap. This basically means it was not put on properly. After this went to Coast dental in 2016 for a cleaning and told them there is a gap. Based on their warranty on the tooth asked for a remake. But due to the gap the tooth got brittle and i lost the tooth. Already paid over $1200 after insurance for the same tooth. Now insurance wont cover retreatment of the same tooth and Coast dental will not rectify this mistake nor give me a refund on the money paid for a job not done properly. I asked for my medical records and got hung up on by the area manager. The time it took to complain even making multiple calls took over 6 months to get to a conclusion where i would have to pay $3000 to get an implant on something if was done properly in the first place would not be needed. I feel this dental office does not care about its patience and is only interested in charging you money and give no quality work. The office manager does not communicate and does not care to follow up. I cannot believe that an area manager hangs up on a patient without correcting the problem. I am now out a tooth and maybe even two due to the delay of 6 months and out $4, 000 once implant is done by another dentist.

My request was for a refund not credit to my next visit since i do not trust this practice any more. Or cover the cost of my implant as this was directly relevant to the work performed by their practice.

I had Coastal Dental Fleming Island, Fl put a crown on my tooth. It came off. I called them several times leaving messages about the problem. They would never return my calls. My husband called several times. They never returned his call. I ended up going to another dentist because of the pain. The other dentist called them and spoke to the office manager. They said they would call and take care of it. Never did. The new dentist called about 2 weeks later. Still no response. I called the new dentist and said the pain was really bothering me. She is in the process of replacing the crown. It cost me more money but at least I am getting it fixed. Turns out, the crown was never put on properly, there wasn't enough occlusual clearance so it was doomed to happen and it was their fault. I wasted a lot of time and money. The guy running the office doesn't seem to know what he is doing. Run don't walk away from this place! I feel they ripped me off and wouldn't even call me back! I wish they had negative stars to give.

Advertised $59 ended up paying much more. Sold me Dental insurance, but it isn’t really dental insurance. DECIET, MISLEAD, UNINFORMED. My email address is: stopdentalscams@gmail.com This is what happened to me. I found this place online while searching for an affordable dentist. Their advertisement was “$59 Cleaning, Exam & Digital X-rays, regular value of at least $290.” WOW that’s a great deal right… I made my appointment in no time flat. Once I arrived there they took x-rays of only one side of my mouth. From there I was put into the exam chair where I was instructed to wait for the dentist to come in and evaluate/read my x-rays. The dentist explained that I would need a series of expensive dental procedures done of which he would be able to start treatment that day. The front desk gal then came in and explained to me my total cost would be $3553. But they can sign me up for Dental insurance right then and it would lower my cost to only $2406.. The one time cost for my Dental “Insurance” was only $111. Wow Dental insurance for only $111. and my dentist office can sell it to me… I was in severe pain that day and went ahead and signed up for my dental insurance and started my first treatment. I was not provided any information or discloser about this “Dental Insurance”. At the end of my visit I was given something called “Financial Arrangement” which listed the treatment plan expected treatment and cost along with “DENTAL PLAN ENROL 1”. I was then asked to pay my office visit total for that day which came to $256.. After I paid it they gave me an itemized receipt showing I paid a single x-ray, additional x-ray and photo intra oral cam for a total of $256. They also, gave me a copy of my 2 page “Financial Arrangement”. (3 pages in total) After getting home I realized I had no idea the name of my new Dental Insurance company. About two week later I receive a membership ID card from “my smile dental plan”. On the back of my ID card it says, “DISCOUNT DENTAL PLAN”, in smaller print it says, “THIS IS NOT AN INSURANCE PLAN’, and in even smaller print it says, “Administered by The CDI Group, Inc. At that point I knew something was not right. After doing some research I discovered that CDI Group, Inc. is “Coastal Dental Inc”, they own the company “my smile dental plans”. They are a Dental management organization that provide administrative and management services to dental offices and groups. They have many partner companies including but not limited to, Pacific Dental services, Smile Generation Financial, Heartland Dental, Option One Dental Plan. There website is www.cdidentalplans.com. I took this information to a Class Action Attorney along with hundreds of reviews and complaints about the questionable conduct and practice of these companies nation wide. He has agreed to file a class action case against them on behalf of the consumers. If you are a consumer that has been deceived, mislead or tricked into signing up for any of their services such as, Dental Insurance, Dental Plans, Dental Credit Cards or have been told you need unnecessary expensive dental work by any of these groups. If you would like to join me in a class action against these entities, or know someone that would, please email me at: stopdentalscams@gmail.com
If you would like to find out if your dental office is contracted with these group you can go to www.mysmiledentalplan.com/summary.aspx and search the “FIND A PARTICIPATING OFFICE”. PLEASE HELP ME SPEAD THE WORD BY CUTTING AND PASTING THIS REVIEW ON FACEBOOK!

Coast Dental Services absolute worst experience

This dentist has given me way too many problems, I don't even know where to begin. I chipped my front tooth and I went in for my first appointment. Not a friendly face in the building. And the dentist and dental assistant were rude and very rough. They did a very bad job at making and cementing my crown. (They wouldn't numb me after I asked them to, and I was in lots of pain). The crown came off and I scheduled an appointment to have it put back on. I drove all the way there (35 minutes from my house) and as soon as I got there, they called and cancelled on me. I scheduled again and they cancelled on me three different times. They told me to wait. They didn't put my crown back on UNTIL I told them I HAD to come in because they let my tooth get infected, because they wouldn't do their job correctly. Because it took so long to finally get an appointment, the infection killed the root and nerve in my tooth and they're saying they have to do a root canal. They were doing tests on me and told me they were going to numb me. They didn't. And as they were doing tests, they seemed alarmed. I was also alarmed when I looked and saw blood oozing all over his gloves as he quickly tried to get rid of whatever it was he had just done. I had an awful and very frightening experience. I'm never going back. And I suggest the same to you. I also told my insurance company who sent me here. They were very shocked and upset at the experience I've had and they're currently in the process of reporting this dentist.

Coast Dental Services front tooth veneer

My wife was told she needed her front veneer replaced due to a hairline crack and was told while she was under heavy pain killers that our insurance would cover 50% of cost. My wife paid the difference and the work was done but the veneer color does not match. They refused to correct the problem and now 6 years later I find out that they sent the remainder of the bill that the insurance for some reason did not approve to collections. I just found out when I did a credit search. I have never been contacted from them in all these years and I cannot find anyone at their company who can help.

Coast Dental Services malpractice, felony intent to cause injury, rude manager

On October 4 2014 I went into office for check up. Did xrays and consultation, Dr Serge Prescott evaluated me and recommended surgical extraction in same office with Dr Nicholas Zanakos. On October 13 I went into same office for surgical extraction. I signed in and took a seat. Then I approached desk for a question . I asked receptionist a question and while she was politely answering it, Gypsy morrison (manager) rudely told me to sit down and wait. I told her I was not talking to her and it was rude. she started to scream at me : You dont know who I'am, , I'am a manager here. Get out, dont come back. I have had infected tooth and waiting long enough for this appointment and asked her to let me stay. she allowed me to stay. when i was in dental seat with DR Nicholas Zanakos she asked him for a minute I have heard them laughing in back, . I did not even think for a minute that they could conspire together to hurt patient . As latter Xrays revealed Dr Nichilas Zanakos just cut top of infected tooth off and let most of the bone inside gums.with infection and inflammation inside, Now thee is cyct forming and it must be removed ASAP. I contacted Gypsy Morrison and informed her of the problem and she was very rude again very defensive and told me it is common practice .I have email confirmation of this. This is uncalled for. They both should be not only fired and I also plan to file complaint with attorney general . because if Dr Nicholas Zanakos that ignorant and can not medically substantiate this practice then he should lose his license and if he has done it on purpose he shall be in jail. Altogether with the manager. These types of people should not be anywhere near medical profession. and personal emotions shall always be outside of business. I expect coastal Dental to offer me solution ASAP . I have a right to seek out justice and I will if no solution is offered.

Coast Dental Services patient abuse

This is beyond the worst dental are provider ever. The first visit they had me in the chair for over six hours for a scheduled visit- and no one communicated or checked in with me, and I had to ask what was going on. I was then told my services were "emergent", and my visit was taking longer than expected. I explained I had an appointment at 6 PM (mind you all of this first started at 9 AM with my regularly scheduled visit), and they assured me I would be gone by then. No- I wasn't. Every single emergency and scheduled patient who came in after me was treated while they left me in the chair with 50% of my services performed. I had to go find someone to find out what was going on. Then the secretary had to stay behind and help the dentist finish the services after hours and apologized profusely to me for what occurred and how I was treated. I was assured this was not how they did business. My husband was also receiving care there and one day he had something with him I needed for work. I went in and retrieved what I needed from him and the same woman who left me for hours at a time my first visit didn't realize our relationship and proceeded to bad mouth me to my husband. My husband told her, "that is my wife you hare talking about and if memory serves me correctly she had been left for hours in the chair untreated or unattended to. A few weeks later, I return to get my crown placed and was in a good mood for what should have been a 30 minute scheduled visit- but the same woman from the first visit (not the dentist - but is some type of assistance) was treating me- and again the same disrespectfully behavior and then leaving me for 45 minutes to an hour at a time without checking on me. No one ever explained what was happening- NOTHING- like I am supposed to magically know? She comes in at the end and says I have to sign paperwork to authorized the treatment from weeks ago. Paperwork I had previously signed- and have copies of at home, but they LOST! Then when she finishes she says I am done and can leave. As I go to head out the door she snaps at me in front of the receptionist that I cannot leave the office and have to finish my paperwork. Maybe if this dental employee communicated that I would have understood (?), but she was too busy being abusive to me through the entire process then went out of her way to continue being rude when I was headed out the door. Coast Dental sent me a survey and asked how the visit went, and I shared what happened - again. In return, I get sent a certified letter termination doctor- patient relationship! Telling me based off of how I BEHAVED during my last visit that the relationship was being terminated. Seriously? I told West Coast in writing via the survey I would not be back because of the continued abuse received by their staff and the violation of my patient confidentiality, and to add insult to injury of their unprofessional, unethical and abusive behavior they respond to me in writing terminating the relationship saying it was based off of my behavior? Companies like this and the people they employ should be help accountable for their actions and should not be allowed to do business.
I

Coast Dental Services - policy

Office receptionists rude generally, but policy is subject of this complaint. This office takes various insurance plans. However, to get an annual cleaning, an exam is first required to determine the level of cleaning needed. If more than the basic cleaning covered by insurance plans is determined to be needed, they refuse to do even the basic annual...

Coast Dental Services over billing, dirty facilities, bad dentist

I used to go to these people on a regular basis, but that was nearly 4 years ago when the caring dentist dr. marilyn palacios, was resident and gave fantastic care.
This is what happened in march 2015:
I moved out of the area for a year then came back. I made an appointment due to a toothache.
Now it’s all about the money!
Unprofessional staff, dirty environment the items they used in my mouth were not clean, I had to ask them to wipe/clean the equipment down in front of me!
The rooms are dirty and they charge you for services you don't need.
The dentist they have there is rough too. I suffered from bruising in my mouth.
The person who deals with billing (sandy) over charged me by $200 on my final bill too and wouldn't change it to the correct level as "it was too late"!
Things went too far when I was told I needed a root canal and got a 2nd opinion from a top endodontic who said I only needed a filling!
Public beware! stay away from these people! they should be ashamed as they had a good business before!

Coast Dental Services fake filling to meet sales quota

On Mar. 19 2015, Dr. Mariana Bole wants to do filling that (unnecessary) or not there to make more money to please her boss because she is new there.
by telling me my daughter needs filling, I said we just did a new filling 3 weeks ago and the other Dr. said every thing is good no more needed. and then she showed me X-ray from August 2014 that 2 previous Drs saw and said every thing is good. Their teeth cleaning was very poor and aggressive sales tactic of teeth products trying to push hard on you to buy it which is was unnecessary or called for.
I will no Longer go to any office of Coast Dental, I do not Trust them at All with my kids teeth .

Coast Dental Services fraudulent billing

Billing Problems;

William Mathurin at the time Cape Coral office also overcharged the out of network fee on November 6, 2013. Some records indicate he is now at the North Naples "Golden Gate?" office. It was required for me to contact Discover Card Fraud investigation unit to correct the payments made to this in-network provider. As of March 19, 2015 Theresa Veazey of the Tampa corporate "Patient Quality Assurance" very rudely and incompetently is trying to still disagree with MetLife TriCare contracted rates, she is very ignorant if she thinks her spreadsheet of fictional charges will accomplish anything, if it does not match up exactly with MetLife-TriCare's Explanation of Benefits statements. I never contracted with anyone from Coast Dental as them being a creditor and never provided my Discover Card account information to Coast Dental "Collections" in Tampa, but Discover Card agrees that they did not follow proper merchant procedures in contesting disputed fraudulent overcharges.

On November 1, 2013 I was fraudulently overcharged $531.08 of $1496.44 by the office manager, who lied about my insurance limits and the correct in-network MetLife-Tricare dental PPO fees. I have made dozens of attempts to correct their records without any honest cooperation from Coast. Discover Card Fraud Investigation unit agreed the charges were indeed fraudulent and removed $531.08 from Coast account and credited to mine. Coast continued to have inaccurate records and I continued to try to correct them to this day. Metlife's Explanation of Benefits did not completely come to me until months later, as Coast made 5 incorrect claims to MetLife before finally one filed in January 2014 . I had done the exam and x rays in October, then got dental insurance and repeatedly informed the office managers and others of the insurance plan, of which they are a PPO preferred provider, obligated to certain lower rates. On November 1, 2013 not only did Dr. Reyes do the entire mouth initial periodontal treatment, she also took off two crowns. I was in the office from about 9 a.m. until well after closing. It took nearly an entire two months for both crowns to be finished, with the temporary crowns frequently falling off. So in a way, I was hostage to them from 11-1 to late December. There were three different office managers at the now closed East Naples office as well as their corporate office in Tampa that promised corrections but were just being deliberately dishonest. In October 2014, I have just now discovered by a semi annual check of credit report, and there was no previous notice, Coast Dental illegally dinged my credit for $531.08
Quality of Work:
There were dozens of worms on the lobby floor and the idle office manager did nothing.

There was a different dental assistant for each office visit, only one assistant and only one dentist, and never a hygienist. The first Haitian girl repeatedly jammed the x-ray film bracket very painfully into the mouth and also was incompetently striking with force my head and upper body with the stand-up x-ray machine. She also presented a paper and stated "just sign here". It included a unsolicited and very high charge for un-necessary "Oral Cancer Screening" (most dentists do for free). That of course was declined. On [protected] either the dentist had the chair at a wrong angle or the assistant was not doing suction correctly, because the entire day I had far too much water, etc. pooling into my throat. At one point it caused me to vomit slightly. At one point Dr. Reyes dropped a tooth into my throat, luckily I coughed it up and spit out, otherwise would have required hospital visit and stomach pumped. Although charming, Dr. Reyes is a very inexperienced dentist, as she graduated dental school in 2013 and the East Naples office had very few patients.

I initially made the mistake of choosing this office because of convenient location (now closed) and membership in dental PPO (won't honor contractually obligated rates). I have since learned that the large chains such as Coast, Aspen, Great Expressions, etc, are always doing these type of financial scams and frauds, unnecessary and inferior dental work, etc.. They are only about profit, not patient care. Most dentists are either inexperienced, or otherwise unable to be in a private practice. I strongly recommend anyone needing dental service avoid large chains and find a private practice. Coast is the worst, don't go there, you will regret it.

Coast Dental Services unethical billing practices

I had a root canal done by these people. They gave me an estimate of coverage and told me that my part would be $700.00. I paid the amount and after the service I get a letter from the insurance company saying that they denied part of the payment because the dentist did two procedures on the same day that he should have made two separate appointments for, this was not told to me by the dentist. I now am being billed for another $719.00. This is something I should have known HOW? I even asked the dental office if they could do something and of course they said NO. I am calling and writing to everyone I can find who might be able to help to stop these awful practices. Taking money from people who are working in good faith with these characters should not be allowed.

Coast Dental Services dental scam

Avoid this office at all costs. I first visited the Coast Dental Willowbend office for xrays and an initial examination. Prior to any treatment I requested that a treatment plan with any costs not covered by my insurance by given to me. I never received a treatment plan. I was told that I needed to return the following week for a "cleaning", which should have been covered by the insurance. I had this procedure done, which took about an hour, and when it was done I was given a bill for over $200, with about $600 being billed to my insurance for a "root planing and scaling". I was upset at this unexpected expense, but paid and simply decided to go to a different dentist. On Wednesday December 3, I was examined by another dentist, who advised me that no root planing and scaling had been done, or if it was, it was completely ineffective and I would need another one. He took pictures of my mouth which show months of accumulation of plaque, which would have been gone if an actual root planing and scaling had been done. In addition, I was sent a new bill from Coast Dental yesterday for an additional $40 for irrigation, which they say was not covered by insurance. When speaking with the office manager, she states I received a treatment plan (which I did not) and that the root planing was done correctly (which it absolutely was not). I am filing a grievance with my insurance company and listing poor reviews on every site I can find.

Coast Dental Services phone calls

In the past weeks I been calling to Coast Dental In Pasadena Location, St. Petersburg FL..they never answered the phone calls that I made. After several times I left a message saying that I need a call back in the same day... and they called me 3 days later. This week I been calling and nobody answer as well. They're very irresponsible in that sense. They are focusing on the clients there and ignoring the calls that people make.

Coast Dental Services massive fraud

Do not use coast dental! Even though they will accept all insurances. Their billing is fraudulent.
1. They suddenly proposed after 2 years that I needed the "intensive cleaning" procedure for $650
2. After producing a new insurance card, the proposal went to $850. The office mgr said insurance would probably pay about 40%. Even though this is outrageous, I agreed to the cleaning at the office (jan 2014) and had it done. It took 30 minutes and no pain. They claimed they did not need to use as much anesthesia as was proposed so would give me a break on that part of the charge.
3. I paid $500 on day of service (this included a $99 toothbrush and $20 bottle of mouthwash)
4. On april 10, I received a bill from the office for $416!
5. I called and they claimed the eob from my dental insurance incorrectly threw out most of their charges. What? (including dental instructions for $58.00). They claimed they sent in all my xrays and records in order to be paid properly. After 30 minutes of insisting that I owed more money, I asked for their corporate number. They refused to provide it. My eob stated my out of pocket was only $106, by the way. They insisted that I would need to pay them the difference even though I pointed out that I was not required to pay the difference between what they charged and what insurance paid.
6. I called my dental insurance and the rep got them on the phone and now they agreed that I was overcharged by $160. They will keep it on my account. (do they think I want to go through this again?)
7. I asked for a check to be sent to me for the overcharge and was told that it would take "up to 16 weeks". I said that is my money and I expect it right away. They said corporate does not work that fast.
8. Now I am waiting for my refund! I wonder if I will ever see it?!
Never, never use coast dental. It is unethical and will cheat you out of your money!

Coast Dental Services rude

The people that work here are the rudest people that I have ever met. They called to confirm an appt. with my husband and then promptly cancelled the appt. in their system. So when my husband showed up for his appt. they tried to tell him that he cancelled it. So, i then tried to get his medical records (he has been going there for 3 years) and they said they no longer had them. The girl hung up on me 3 times and kept talking over me when I was just trying to ask a question.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST!

Coast Dental Services rude staff

I have decided to move my entire family to another provider, the dentist on staff is a very pleasant and good dentist but the majority of his staff is totally rude especially the hygienist. She can be a very nice person until you challenge her or decline the extra un-necessary products she's trying to sell you. She will then turn into a rude witch. Same thing happened with one of the assistance, which wanted my 16 year old son to get their optional oral cancer light screening. I read that these screenings were not necessary in such young adults so I declined. She also went off on me and got to the point that I was doing a terrible injustice to my son.
The best thing to do is stay away from these corporate setups, where the mighty dollar is the focus.

Coast Dental Services ben lewis {claims to be dentist]

This man recently injured me during dental work that was practically forced upon me [ "well we need to do this... Sign here, sign there... Yada yada yada}, by this"dr". Lewis and then once it was started, and his money was received the"ahhh... Her again.. Just put her off "attitude surfaced.. I have obtained evidence, and documentation that the procedure was in fact unnecessary, and that the quality of the work is very sub-par. Lewis himself and in person lied directly to my face on three occasions as I sought relief from the pain caused by his work. Despite several attempts all on my part, to rectify the issue, I was just left hanging and in pain. This office provides misinformation, covers-up, and operates in a extremely confused manner. I am now faced with exuberant costs to repair the situation, let alone the pain I continue to carry to this very day. Lewis has literally shown me first hand that he does not care about patients... It is all about money, money, money with this"dentist". There is so much more to this nightmare.

Coast Dental Services ripped off/ awful service

I was going to try to put this behind me and accept it as another expensive lesson learned but, now that you've sent me to a collection agency and ruin my credit I want to really let you know how I feel about this company and you're staff. I accept full responsibility for letting my teeth get as bad as they were but it is because of dealing with a greedy, scupilist group of people like the ones I dealt with this year that I allowed things to get so bad. I once again gave a group of people the benefit of the doubt and was soooooo wrong. I was given the impression that you cared about your patients and knew what you were doing but I guess I was wrong. I know my insurance and I over billed for my extractions and the sneaky way the assistant got my medical card was an indication that you were not done. I should have known when Dr. Harrison would not see me to give me a consultation on the implants until I was healed that I should have NEVER gone back to her. And then when I finally get her to see me, her assistant gives me this consultation that I was charged $58 for and only gve me partial info on what the TOTAL charge would be to complete the process! I was told by the dentist in the mableton office that the total would be $1800 per tooth..so when I was given the figure $5, 000 for the implants I assumed that was most of my cost to complete the process. I should have known that I don't deal with a lot of people with a conscience so I should have done more research before I allowed them to touch me or bill my insurance. But again I put my trust in people that I shouldn't have and now I am receiving an additional $1700 in billing that was declined by my insurance because the proper procedure was not done to consult them before any work was done on my mouth. When I told the assistant that I had saved $2000 to start the procedure and I wanted to finance the rest, she even suggested that I go out and splurge with that money because I was financed for the $5000+ that I was billed for the implants. She gave me no idea that I was going to be billed an additional $6000 for the crowns. This is an awful way to do business for a hard working person who just wanted to start working on getting my mouth repaired. The fact that all the details were not given to me, the insurance was not contacted and and now I am being sent to collections for the charges that my insurance denied and you already have over $7000 for my services shows me that you are some really crude people with no conscience. I received a call when there was so much confusion on getting the implants that I realize was something else that I was going to be over charged for. I was told you would be willing to work with me due to the insurance denial issue..but since I decided not to let Coastal Dental rip me off anymore I never heard from anyone else. I still am not comfortable with being told that I not only owed the $160 to Orion Laboratory and $116 to Coastal dental for the same biopsy! And you best believe I will get to the bottom of it! You are a bunch of greedy, unprofessional people that are taking the money of innocent. Hard working people and insurance companies and I will be reporting you to the Better Business Bureau about your sloppy practice! everyone I come across including 1 million + sorority sisters, my church family, every employee with my company and my social media family (Facebook, Twitter, Circle, Instagram, etc- and we all know the power of the net) will know that they don't need to EVER do business with a company like Coastal Dental so I hope every penny you got from me and ruining my credit was worth it!

Coast Dental Services dentist not on site and prescribing treatment

Went into Coast Dental office in Vero Beach, Florida for scheduled routine cleaning when the new hygienist told me she would have to call the dentist, who was out of the office due to illness, and check to see if she could clean my teeth claiming my measurements were different than they were 6 months earlier (even though most of the numbers were better than appointment 6 months earlier). She came back and stated the dentist told her over the phone, that she could only clean my teeth if I were to receive an "irrigation treatment". Understand, I have only seen that dentist at this site on two previous cleanings were he never stated problems with my teeth, but now there's a problem when HE DIDN'T EVEN EXAMINE MY TEETH?! Needless to say, I will be filing a formal complaint with the State of Florida.
