The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I ordered 2 handbags and 2 wallets from coachoutsletsonline.com on November 19, 2010. These were to be Christmas gifts for my daughters. My debit card was immediately charged. As of today, December 17, there is no sign of a package. The tracking information provided shows the most recent change as the package being processed in the Peoples Republic of China! I have sent emails to both coachoutletsonline.com and Showtopay.com for 3 weeks. No one has contacted me! Had I known that this company was not US based, I never would have ordered. Consumer beware!

I have also ordered from this company and received no tracking information, no confirmation information, no phone number so I can contact someone about my order, or any response to the numerous emails I have sent regarding my order. My credit card was also charged promptly. Do not deal with this company.
