Sony tv of India is not giving good after sale service.The outsource is Malad Mumbai service centre .The complaint was given on 25.4.11 .The technician came opened the tv and within ten minutes .This technician Avinash told me that ic will have to be replaced .He took rs 110 but refused to give reciept .Nor he gave me consumer copy .Next day he gave estimate on phone for rs 1200 which i oked .after two days i phoned malad office the lady told no part requistion is put it will be put after asking Avinash .After two days rakesh came and told it will cost rs 1600, then also i told ok.again after two days i rang no part came.I complained to delhi help line and they gave me complaint no 7393298.Next day malad boss rajiv phome came that part is not available pl give chasis to mechanic which i refused .In the evening Mena called me from consumer help and told me to give chasis as part will take three months .I told her that i have no faith in malad .She has sent me an email saying that money will be returned and new complaint taken by central service centre
