CNS Stores / Shipped to wrong address

I ordered a bag from this store online. The sent me a confirmation with all the information correct. When they sent a shipping recipt with tracking number it was being shipped to the wrong address! I emailed them to have the reply of sorry that is the address you provided. I called and was told there would be a $10 fee to reroute the package. I assumed this would take care of it. The fee was charged but the package was not rerouted. I am currently working with UPS to try and get the package. It is a long elaborate hassle. Please don't order from this site. I found out the hard way that sometimes it is better to pay a few dollars more.

    i was sent and charged for a long reach comfort wipe i did not order.
