unauthorized card charge
A charge in the amount of $9.95 has been changed against my debit card. Transaction Date - Nov 20, 2018, Location [protected]. I do not know what this charge was for nor did I approve of this charge. I have research on the internet that these fraudulent charges are been happening to other people from this company. Please contact me as soon as possible about this error.

charge on my credit card
I was trying to watch a movie on youtube. I followed a link then had to sign in to watch for free. Then it said I had to give a credit card # but would not be charged.
I stopped the process at that point and closed youtube.
This morning I tried to use my credit card, which is saved on my computer, and my card was declined.
When I got home and opened my bank account there was a note that said my account was locked because of a $1.00 charge from cnidaplay.com. They believed it was a fraudulent charge. I should not have been charged at all so why was I charged $1.00?

unauthorised charges to my credit card
On 15 August 2018 ( cnidaplay)charged my visa card AUD 38.44 without authorisation.
This was not asked for or any authorization given the monies should be refunded. I have since tried to find an account with this company and all the email addresses I have tried say no account exists.
From finding your site it seems this company has a history of ripoff activity. i hope you can something about putting this company out of existence.

I have picture proof of your statements saying it was a free account. Later on when I realized, I made the account for no reason since it didnt help. I cancelled! The account. fraudulent monthly deductions from my acct since sept 2017
I was looking at my young daughters bank statements and noticed there was deductions coming out monthly of approx. $55.00.
This deduction has been occurring monthly since sept 2017! She was oblivious to this happening and I demand her money back! I will be calling them straight away.
I googled cnidaplay.com and up popped info about a gaming site. I asked her if she purchased anything online like a game or movie and she said no. She had never heard of it!
I can not believe this. This is fraud!

I don't know what this is for but today I had a total of 3.98 taken out of my bank account. It might not seem like much but that is my money and you had no right to take it! They were split up over the course of 4 separate charges which is really sneaky, I demand that money gets returned to my account immediatly! Why would you think that it is ok to do this? It's ridiculous!

I've also now seen from previous comments that you are taking money from people withou their permission despite guareenteing you never charge. unauthorized credit charge
A charge of 29.92 (42.28 canadian) was put onto my credit card on may 11th, 2017. I don't even know what this company is or have an account with them. I would like a refund on my credit card since they obviously have my information. I would also like you to not charge me again in the future because I do not, nor will I ever have an account with you.
