If you liked high school or many soap operas then you may like to work for CNH. It comes down to management...they have poor communication between management/employees and management/supervisers. They hire the absolute worse supervisers they can get their hands on and let those supervisers cause drama and harrassment towards employees. In the RMC, Lebanon, IN...they do not appreciate hard workers and high quality workers, they appreciate those who they like personally and these are the people who get away with not working, breaking the rules, even safety rules like letting those they like sit on wood crates in 1st piece rows that forklift trucks push more crates into, the supervisers talk bad about their employees to other employees...total lack of professionalism. They go by the words of those they like personally and fire people if their favorites doesn't like them...unjust causes. They have fired people for unjust cause then doesn't give them a chance to defend themselves...not even a panel review which they created for employees to defend themselves. They did a total change in shifts but did not update the Employee Handbook upon many important subjects that this change effected, i.e., point system, holidays, etc. They hired a lot of illegal aliens and let them have a word and now all of a sudden they are going to follow federal laws and fire them...of course, they were all temps with Express. They have one computer tech between two buildings with three shifts within each building. The HR is not confidential...their favorites in the building, which are regular employees and all the supervisers know who goes to HR, the reason, and what came from it and then everyone in the building knows about confidential information. I say if they have done you wrong like the above I expressed, and you can afford a lawyer then do so...or turn them into the labor board...or (last resort because sometimes they do not look into it properly) contact the Compliance Hotline: by phone 1-800-492-8938, by toll-free fax 1-800-597-6152, by e-mail cnhglobal@wackenhut.g4s.com, by regular mail addressed to Wackenhut at PO Box 33233, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 3342093233, or by website www.ci-wackenfut.com/cnhglobal.htm

I am a customer, and calling their customer line to discuss your account is a joke. No one has a clue what they are talking about. They do not tell the truth, they do not resolve problems. I absolutely 100% dislike having to contact them. They are useless. I wish we could dump them. It is that awful.
