disappointed!
I have ordered some items from CNDirect in the past and was really happy with my order. My order arrived on time and everything was in a perfect condition. Recently I decided to order something again. Since it was not my first time with CNDirect I was sure that nothing can go wrong. I placed my order and was supposed to get a payment confirmation email and my tracking number, but received nothing! Contacted customer service regarding the status of my order and received no reply!
impossible to contact the seller due to the problems on the website
I ordered jacket and blouse from the website www.cndirect.com. I chose the items and proceeded to pay, but after that I haven’t received any confirmation info or tracking number. Nothing. I waited and decided to contact the seller, but it turned out that the company has problems with the website. It was impossible to contact them, ‘coz it was impossible to open any page or any section on the website. I wonder if there are people, who have the same problems and what have you done in such situation, please post comments.
company fooled me and I got nothing from them
I bought from the company www.cndirect.com. I wouldn’t advise to deal with them. I placed order and indicated the way I wanted to get my order. After that I thought that I would get some info from the seller, but nothing. Completely nothing. No order, no delivery. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
we received nothing and the seller only promised to deliver it
We ordered 10 dresses from www.cndirect.com. We decided to arrange the party and these dresses was what we really searched for. We placed the order and paid for it, but the seller didn’t provide any info about it. After 5 days, we contacted him and the seller told to wait several days. So we heard only fake promises and nothing was delivered. Total scam. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.
The item should of been delivered by the 13 Feb 2020 but I have yet to receive it today is 19 Feb 2020

Cant cotact anyone but it was easy to place a order cn direct already took my money but i still havent received my watch and still cant get ahold of anyone starting to think this site is a rip off never had this experience with ordering off line before now
I ordered 6 Fingerling Monkeys over a month ago. Paid 100 dollars. They took my money instantly, but I have yet to see my items. Can't find a phone number. Received no answers to emails! Not happy! Called my credit card company to complain. They said they couldn't find a phone number either. Refunding my money!
Order placed Nov 9th, insurance purchased on shipping and no product. Status just says delivery. No email address to contact. Rip off. I have no way to contact this company to get the issue resolved. Not sure what to do.
Ordered a hoodie on November 9th received 1 email stating the product was being processed and the amount I was charged but I still haven't received the product or even a email stating it was shipped.
I want to cancel my order and I want a refund. My package was supposed to be delivered already and it still isn't here. I ecen paid extra for the express shipping to ensure ut would be here on time. It was a birthday present and it didn't come in so I no longer need nor want the products. It was a scam and I want my money back.
Advertised is Fingerlings but it comes as Happy Monkey. Boxes were smashed and I ordered two blue and only received one! I want a refund or some real product! I will NEVER oder from here again!

I purchased a fingerling on November 23. There is no shipping information or a tracking number. I have also read complaints about the fingerlings not being the real ones. If these are not the real ones then I don't want it. I will need time to find a real one.
Ordered on November 7th paid through Pay Pal Have not received the item and will be asking Pay Pal to return my money. I received one e-mail from them saying it left the origin country. Nothing else.
