Buying Texas Today / CMG Group Short-term loan

On 03/27/2017 I received a missed phone call in which I returned from a gentleman stating that I had 2 loans from the same company listed with the same exact date. If that doesn't seem odd enough I could hear a television show playing in the back ground. Ok, I let the gentleman complete his script before I began to ask him questions. The conversation sounded shady...I let him know I would look into this issue and thank him for informing me about the multiple loans taken out with my information. When I stated that I would call him back from the number I used to contact he couldn't tell me if that was the correct number. I immediately disconnected the call. The transactions were suppose to happen approximately 7 years ago.

i applied for sseveral payday loand and did not sign a contract or accept a loan with any or the ones i applied for. Then today i find that this company has deposited $300.00 into my account. When i was filling out payday loan requested I was requesting only $100.00 and looking for a company that could wired the funds in an hour. I found none and I am going to have the bank block any debits from this company until they contact me and show me the paperwork I supposedly signed. I sent an email to someone but have not received a response and there is no way to contact them. So if they want their money they will have to contact me and prove that I requested this money.

I also received 300 dollars from Hydra financial, and I never authorized them, in fact I never heard of them until now.I had my bank send the money back, stating the the deposit was unautorized.

I am receiving calls from NCS about settling a debt from Hydra Funds and CK Marketing. What I am trying to figure out is are they the same company. I have paid off Hydra Funds and I don't want to pay for the same payday loan.

Yeah I received funds in my account from the company hyrda funds II, the next day one of there shell corps I'm assuming debited 99.98 from my account. The crooks think there clever but I one up'ed them I filed a fraud claim with my bank and being that the bank had previously dealt with a claim against them they credited my account for the taken amount and I changed my account number! Now being that there is no contractual agreement the crooks can't pursue me and cannot debit the account because the account number is different! So they tried to con me and ended up losing money in the end! A small victory for the victims they have taken! They deserve every bit of karma they received and will receive because they take advantage of people who are in a financial bind for whatever reason and that's like stealing water from a dehydrated person, its pure evil at the core! I hope this helps someone!

I had no idea who these people were. I closed my account immediately. They are doing illegal work. Please warn your friends and family about online loans.

hey everyone I also had money put into my acct from Hydra Loans $300 and I did not sign anything or talk with anyone about it. I asked them to pull the money out, yet they didn't, so I simply changed my acct #. I live in NC where payday loans are illegal so check your states guide lines for payday loans and change you Acct #'s (your bank can give you a new acct# without any problem, you keep the same card and everything unless you want a new one), just close the old acct so that they can not debit any $, If they call your job tell them you no longer work there or not to call ( calling a persons job is also illegal if the person request for you not to), block their # or send them to voicemail from your phone (easy if you have a HTC, I phone or Samsung phone), have them blocked from your email (also very easy to do), then call them and tell them you a have lawyer (even if you don't). They will not just go away but you can fight it without paying a cent! What they are doing is illegal! So please check your States Guidelines for payday loans. I hope this helps

I would like to thank brown561 for posting the [protected] number. I to had funds deposited into my account for a loan I never authorized and it took over 5 hours of searching the internet until I came across this post. This company hydra financial is a rip off. I have no contract. i did not sign any contract. I do not know any terms or fees and then I spoke to Angie at ext 2060 and finally and she said she will have the compan yreverse the loans and if I spent any of it I am responsible for the loan. i told her I did not authorize you guys to deposit anything into my account so I am not responsible for anything. I would like to find a way to start a class action suit agains Hydro financial, CMG or what ever names they operate under. Can someone please contact me if interested so we may start an action to stop this company from ripping people off and iilegally charging fees and debiting accounts.

Hey guys I just received these same emails 18 minutes ago literally. I called [protected] option 1 and told them I wanted to withdraw from this and asked for an confirmation email of my withdrawal which I have. I had money scheduled to be deposited 5/9/2012. I did not sign and date this application but I was informed that it was from a marketing website. Which I gathered that much, but that was over a week ago. She tried to tell me that I did it today at 11:15 am EST. Which is a lie, then the rep hung up on me, so I called back and give them a piece of my mind. Since they are in the business of being rude, I was rude myself. I should be rude and pissed not them. So if you have taken the money from them, then by contract you are held by that contract. I am lucky I saw the email. You would have received an email the day before they deposited the money into your account. Being that they have a contract, you can either pay the money or go to court and pay more money. They are legit, but the way they are getting business through this marketing site is really crazy. Best of luck guys... PS: see if they would take a payment plan instead of full payment. If you search through your emails they sent you something. I almost deleted it because it look fake.

Buying Texas Today / CMG Group unauthorized loan

I have read the other complaints about this company and am going though this now myself. Woke up today to find an unauthorized deposit into my account for 200$ from this company. I did not request this loan not did I sign any loan agreement. I called the number and got an automated voice telling me if your lender is this call this number and it went on and on with numerous lending companies. I called the number for CMG Goup and talked to a customer rep named Cynthia. I explained the situation and she asked for my info to pull up my account. I swear she did not have enough time to do this before she said that the $200 would be debited back out of my account in the next 2 business days. I asked if I needed any kind of confirmation number and she said no. When I asked for her last name she got real weird and would only give me Cynthia B. I PLE am keeping a close look at my account and hope that, that is all they take. This company is a fraud and scam. I have had several payday loan in the past from legitimate companies and I had to sign numerous documents before I received any money. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

They are thives and will put money into your account, without your knowledge and then start taking money out. If you close or change bank accounts; they have the nerve to send you to collections and now you have that issue to deal with. They must know that most people will pay them off and make it go away than fight and spend and give them even more money

I recently received an unauthorized loan from this company as well. I called the number that appeared next to the amount on my bank statement and they SAID that the funds would be reversed immediately. That was Monday April 11th. 3 days later the money is still in my account. What else should I do in this situation? Place a stop payment on this company and/or close my bank account and reopen a new one?

Buying Texas Today / CMG Group internet and bank fraud

my husband and I were looking over personal loan options. After reviewing several sources we decided to apply online to a service that offered us a 1500 loan auto deposited with a hr. how ever after a phn call we felt uncomfortable with the company and they amount changed to 300. So we advised them we didnt want the loan. On 11-17-10 t is company CMG Group LLC deposited 300 into our bank account. We contacted our bank to find out what to do about this charge. We had to call their 800# which was not in service and they had no other working info for them. But we are havibg such a hard time getting our.bank to dispute the charges. Because the fraud company CMG had our info the bank feels that its authorized. Now CMG is taking 90ea payday and has already taken 680. To top it all off they sold our info and three other companies are now taking funds out of the acct. for 14.00 merchant card services 99.95 member credit cards and 30.00 ck 0143 safe nation of america. .all fraud and all off these online internt loan sites. they call my husbamd five to six times a week at work threatening to arrest him and sue us. the worse of them is now Kevin or Jose is the name he gives but sounds middle eastern. he calls all hours of the day and night to.my cell phone he uses a 646 &317 area code at first.now he has hacked my cell phone and calls me from my own number and caller id he checks my voicemails he calls my contacts using my phone number and he knows where i live.he claims to be FBI and then when i tell him i know what he is doing he talks so dirty and valger to me. ive calles the FBI and filed a claim but we all nees to.please i have young kids and feel threatened by this so called man.he has said he will do horrible things to me help stop him

Buying Texas Today / CMG Group Unauthorized payday loan

I just want everyone that is affected by this company to know that i found the e - mail they sent me (Amongst the 800+ other e - mails i received about payday loans) after i called their number. It states that the loan is refinanced every two weeks (Or every time you are supposed to pay) automatically unless you contact them to pay it off or paydown. They also told me on the phone when i said i did not authorize this loan that "once you hit submit online they use that as your electronic signature. " so knowing that you have to hit submit in order to see how much, or if you are authorized for a loan, they take advantage of that. I was then told that they called me and left a "detailed" message and an e - mail. I responded that i had received millions of phone calls from many different companies and 800+ e - mails and she replied "i'm sure you did" sounding like they know that we will be getting all these e - mails and phone calls and ignoring most of them. So yeah, they are extremely sneaky in how they work! So i've talked to them and to my bank and if you catch it in time you can have the bank reverse the loan within 24 hours (This is the legal time they are allowed to do it) or within 24 hours osl (Cmg groups other name and who answers when you call customer service) will take it back out of your account. However, if you find out too late, osl will take it back out of your account if you send them a bank statement that shows you didn't use the funds. Otherwise your option is to pay the loan amount and the finance charge (Mine was $60) in full and they won't keep charging you. However, they can't give you a confirmation number saying that you have paid the balance in full. So yeah, i don't know if this will help anyone or not and i haven't gotten to the point of when they would start taking money out of my account and i'm still writing to the attorney general about this because i don't know how a loan can be legal by them using your submit as an electronic signature when no terms or conditions were given before you hit submit! So we'll see. The number that i used to call them is [protected] and their fax is [protected]. There is no address on the e - mail i received either, which seems even more sneaky to me! Good luck everyone i hope something brings this company down!

Buying Texas Today / CMG Group Unauthorized banking transactions

I have also been scammed by cmg group llc. They deposited $300 in my bank account on 3 / 30 / 10, then debited $149. 95 the same day. My email address was sent out and i recieved hundreds of emails, making it hard to determine where the money came from. They left voicemail on my cell stating the transaction was already completed. I did not authorize any any verbal or written transaction with anyone. The credit showed up on banking transaction as electronic transaction only, therefore. I only could filter the emails to find out where this money came from. After 200 or so, i decided to wait until the next morning and contact my bank. I checked my account the next morning, and debit showed up with cmg group llc [protected]. I cannot make contact with these poeople nor have they contacted me. They still have until 4 / 2 / 10 to debit the other half of their scam money, which i am sure after reading the many other complaints of the same situation, they will do espcecially since my pay is direct deposit on that day. After 4 / 2 / 10, the account will be closed and a new one opened. Fortunately, i was able to catch this before they actually did severe damage. Once again, i did not authorize any credit or debit transactions to my bank account! These people need to be stopped! Someone needs to do something! It's really easy for them to do this, obviously! I am still filtering through emails and unsubscribing my email address, and will continue to do so, but still there is nothing from cmg group stating they deposited money in my account, no documents to download, no phone calls, absolutely no contact! If this happens to any one else, they need to stay on top of their account, contact bank, file dispute, then close account. They are intitled to what they credited to my account and not a penny more!

This letter is to ask you to give me back my money. I am so tired of companies like you taking advantage of people like me. The commercials that you have on the radio and on TV states that you are offering a free trial for right size smoothie. BUT you are NOT! My account was deducted 119.80 from your company. You already deducted 18.00 dollars from my account for shipping and handling. And that made the product not FREE! To add to this mess you went into my CHECKING ACCOUNT and deducted another 119.80 out my account. I want my money back. I have not opened the product and I want my money back. The customer service representative that I keep speaking to refuses to let me speak with a supervisors or anyone over them. That had my highly pissed off. Then the only other method to speaking with a supervisor is to write them. The customer service representative offered me an address, which is a bad look for your company. I spoke with customer service representative 2004 and 4950. They were no help and again they refused to let me talk with a supervisor. They only thing that I want is my money BACK! I can buy this product out of the local CVS where I live for a whole lot cheaper. So there is no way in the world I would have agree to let you charge me $119.80 this product. I want my money back in my account. I don’t like to make bad press on companies but this is a bad look. I didn’t talk to address when I ordered the risk free product so why do your company feel like I need to talk to an address to get my point across. I am so disappoint with this company and I would NEVER suggest that any one us it, because the company is not forth right and strait up. I will be going to the local news and the Better Business Bureau, and Consumers Affair about this situation, and how I was refused to be allowed to talk with a supervisor.

Buying Texas Today / CMG Group FRAUD/SCAM

I WAS SEARCHING THE INTERNET FOR PAYDAY LOANS AND NEVER SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION FOR ANY, MAINLY BECAUSE THE INTEREST RATE WAS INSANE. 2 DAYS LATER A DEPOSIT OF $300.00 SHOWED UP IN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT. I AM STILL TRYING TO CONTACT THE COMPANY THE PHONE NUMBER ACTUALLY APPEARS ON THE DEPOSIT ON MY ACCOUNT AND NOW A DRAFT HAS BEEN DONE ON MY ACCOUNT AS WELL. I NEVER APPROVED THE LOAN, THEY ACTUALLY EXTRACTED THE INFORMATION FROM ANOTHER LOAN COMPANY THAT I HAVE USED WITH REASONABLE INTEREST RATES THAT IS VERY CREDIBLE. WHEN I STARTED A PAYDAY LOAN WITH MY ORIGINAL COMPANY A POP-UP APPEARED WITH ALL MY INFO FOR A SEPERATE COMPANY OF COURSE I "X"ed OUT OF THE POP-UP AND RE-CHECKED MY POP UP BLOCKER... SOMETHING IS EXTREMEMLY OFF ABOUT ALL OF THIS! BE VERY BEWARE PHONE NUMBER THAT SHOWED UP WAS [protected]

Buying Texas Today / CMG Group Payday Loan

I applied for a payday loan in January of 2017. I did not receive a call or email confirming that I agreed to a loan. I just saw the funds appear in my account to my surprise a few days later. I had already taken another means to get the funds I needed at the time. At this point, I have seen 4-$90.00 ACH debits on my account. This last time I gathered all the details I could but there was no contact information. I have researched and found two number that bring me to a voice mail [protected]. I have left a message to no avail. This company did not get my verbal or written acceptance of their loan, they just proceeded and I have no way of contacting them. Not only that, but I have already paid almost $200 which I am pretty sure is just interest and the $300 is still outstanding. This company is a rip-off and they get people by depositing funds into their accounts without their approval and acknowledgement. Do not use this service.

I looked into this back in January 2017. I was just inquired about what it was about. It was too high risk. They never emailed me or called me. The sum of $250.00 appeared in my bank account. Since then every two weeks they have debited my bank account the sum of $75.00. I cannot have that done and I'm going to close my bank account so that they do not debit it anymore. Please if I report this to the state attorney general of New York state, can there be a resolution? I also want to report another company who work the same way. The name of the company is Ameriloan. Their website is ameriloan-cash-advance.com. They debit my bank acount every two weeks $45.00 and as of today debited it twice, the first time at $30.00, and the second time at $50.00. I am disgusted. I do not know what to do. I can afford a lawyer. Please Some One Help Me!

You can and should sue in Federal Court the debt collectoer or whatever it is.

I agree with the complaint against this company money was deposited to my account without my permission and I've been trying to get in contact with the company to resolve this matter, no success, I've even contacted my bank about this matter because money keep getting taken out of my account, I never signed any papers or recieved any paper work via email or mail.Something need to be done about fraudulent companies taking advantage of innocent people.

I feel the same way you all do. They have done the same to me, I did not even give them authoraztion to put any think in my account or take anything out either but they did. I did not even finish the app. that they wanted me to fill out but boy was I suprised when I went to the bank and I had more money then I was suposse to. All I got was 300.00 and my first payment was today it was 171.00. I am not happy about this at all because when I did not get anything back from them I went to someone else and needless to say now I have two payday loans to pay for.

Buying Texas Today / CMG Group Fraud and scam

This company is as sneaky and dishonest as they come. I had applied for a payday loan with a site online. That site used 3rd party lending and CMG Group LLC deposited money into my account. I received a voice mail at work from them stating that they would only be withdrawing the interest payment every two weeks until I contacted them to tell them to withdrawal the whole payment. Only thing is, they left NO contact information. No address, no email, no phone number. I went online and did a search of CMG Group LLC and all I found is entry after entry of complaints on this company with the majority having the same complaint as I... no way to contact them.

I talked to my bank and they stated one of the best things to do is to wait till they make the withdrawal and then dispute it and close this account and reopen a new account. I am also filing a report with the BBB. If there are any other recourses I'm open to advise.

So I just received a call from a unauthorized #, I answered it and the guy on the other end verified the last 4 digits of my social and an old address and one of my family members. He stated he needed to serve me some papers. I said for what? He stated my family members name was on a check written and my name was on it as well. I said what is this company he said a payday loan type of company. I said sir I don't do payday loans and where was this supposably done at? He said ZIon IL, I said Sir I lived in a totally different part of IL and I haven't lived there or been there in 15 years. I told him I was not giving him any information to serve me and he gave me [protected] ext 109 and told me to give them a call. I called the # and it does not exist I called my family member they said they just missed a call from a unauthorized # as well. WTH is really going on! I cant wait for him to call me back!

I told them I have already paid on person and fax them the letter but the calls still keep coming in. Someone please help me on how to stop these calls and these threats. This is a very unprofessional company. They called my job and lied and said I was being investigated and on top of that they stated that I had broken the law against the company I am working for. They would call my place of employment daily and make threats. I say to anyone DO NOT USE this company. Find any alternative!

i am currently being called by a Mr. Jeff Thomas with threats regarding legal actions. I have already been ripped off once and can not go through it again. The BBB rate them with an "F" with no association with them. Also, the attorney firm they are using do not even come up in rhe BBB search. Is this another scam or what? I will find out. I have several legal professionals asking them for more creditionals.

Buying Texas Today / CMG Group Bad service

Cannot get information on CMG Group llc or OSL markteting services. No address or no legal Websites. CMG put 200.00 dollars in the banking account and was supposed to contact us to verify information and didn't talk to anyone. They never sent emails telling they were deducting payments on certain dates or anything. They had deducted 120.00 out of the account and CMG had no real phone number but went through a service. We finally got the number for OSL and they were really rude. We asked for a contract and they finally sent one but not after we had the bank dispute the dealings with them. We asked for an address and they said that they way we would get that was to take out bankruptcy. There are other people in the same position we are. Now OSL notified us through an email that doesn't work an said that they had sent this to AIS Services for collections. It has just been one mess after another from a company or whatever you cannot get any information about.

This company calls from many different numbers and then want your Debt card info, when I refused to give that info the "supervisor" hung up on me. Don't ever interact with anyone for a payday loan!

To "TIred of Whining" Yes it is a scam. My sister in law and brother both have jobs yet they came in hard times when a family emergency crisis happened and my brother applied for a payday loan. It would be like you going to visa and applying there for credit. The scam isn't that they gave money and then took out money its the fact that when you apply they tell you you are applying to see if you qualify not that they are actually giving you money and then when you want the matter taken care of you can't contact them. So how can you pay the company off so that you can keep your money if they don't have a contact number. Another point is jst because the government doesn't shut it down doesn't mean it's not fraud! Alot of things are scams out there but if the company does'nt really exist how do you expect the government to find them? Also after speaking with a real pay day loan company they stated that this was a scam and what they are doing is wrong but the way they go about doing it makes it legal. It maynot be fraud but it is a scam. A scam may not be illegal but it is wrong. Now just like everyone else who complained on here I'm sure I speak for them all by saying i you aren't here to help then shut up!

please don't ever use this company for a pay day loan they are the worse...after taking a 200.00 loan which i took out in October they have been taking 60.00 every 2 weeks since November and are continuing to do so...I thought I only had to pay back 260.00...the catch is they use the 60.00 as a finance charge to keep your account open until you decide to pay off the loan in full...so in fact they have charged me 360.00 finance charges plus the 260.00 that I have to pay to stop them from taking future deductions...This is sooooooo unfair. I could [censored] for being so stupid ...please read the fine print on their conditions...I wish I did. I will now have paid 520.00 for taking a 200.00 loan.

They give you the money by putting it in your account without your knowledge. You don't even know what company you are dealing with. They don't give any contact information or directions on paying the loan back. So, when they are unable to deduct the money from your account, all these fees charged plus your bank fee. I called to settle the loan, they told me it was sent to collections. But they continued to take money out of my account. At this point now, they have no information on the outside collection agency paid to collecct. Do not take a loan from this company, if you can help it!

You recieve an email with confrimation of the loan. Now i didnt apply for it- but they put the money in my account. They CLEARLY say on the email that you MUST contact them within 3 business days of the day that your loan is due and tell them that you want them to pay it all off. If not- you will just be charged the finance charges over and over again. They arent trying to scam anyone..

I just reported this company to BBB today. They have horrible business practices. They put money in your account when you specifically tell their reps you don't want the loan. Then you have to deal with all these high finance charges every time you get paid. They will continue to draft your account. All I can say is to avoid loans on the web. Once they have your account number, that is all it takes to start getting pimped. These companies don't care about us, and their shallow reps that try to stick up and justify them are just as worse. I wouldn't want to work for a company with such shallow morals. It's no way to do business.
