Don’t hire Clute Enterprises to build your houses. I have made big mistake, when I signed the contract with them. The rep showed the plan, which we confirmed and within the whole process these guys made some changes and no one informed me about it. When we came to the house, we found out that the garage and living room were smaller than we agreed before. The boss has spent all money, which I gave him, but in result I got the house, which didn’t look as I dreamed.
I also had Larry Clute build me a home in 2015. He changed the size of my garage as well without discussing it with me and I had no idea until a week after moving in. I'm now suing him. I've had nothing but problems since moving into the home. Humidity problems (98% in the middle of winter), mold, things not up to code, ventilation problems. I had to replace the furnace 7 months after moving in because half my problems were from the undersized furnace (38, 000btu for 1060 Sq ft). The whole house now needs to be repainted and taped because the humidity never allowed it to cure right so now the tape is pulling away from every corner and seam in the house. Larry Clute is a crook. Don't trust him
