Club Piscine / Stefano Ferri
Purchased Hot tub & Gazebo (over $10K) Once the contract was finalized, the customer service stopped!
Delivered the wrong products (After 3 weeks of waiting for the delivery), when contacted to inform of the mistake, they stated the Gazebo was made in China, so the translation was wrong and i should not worry, once they tried to assemble they realized the error! (Another 2 weeks to arrange delivery on the correct Gazebo) 5 weeks in total to have the correct products delivered ( Made the 1st payment before i has any products. After 4 canceled appointments from the installation company to install gazebo, i called to speak with the sales person, left 3 messages with no contact made! (Seemed they were avoiding my calls)Finally spoke with the store owner(Stefano Ferri)who promised me the installation would be completed the next day, or as he stated he would put the Gazebo together him self. the next day ...still nothing installed, i called back and spoke with Stefano Ferri at this point he just wanted to shut me up! and stated he would have this fully installed by the next weekend (6 days later) 6 days past and the morning of the install, know one showed up!( Waiting around all day, on my day off) i called Stefano Ferri, i stated that i was tired of waiting and making payments on a Hot tub*/Gazebo that i could not use and that i wanted to return the products and cancel the contract, he informed me that the contract was signed and there was noway i could get my $$ back! i told him how unhappy i was with the service and that i would not buy anything else from his store! he call me a [censored]ing [censored] and hung the phone up in my ear! to my suprise he called me back the next day and stated he lost hi temper and he was sorry for any issues caused! that day they installed the Gazebo while i was at work, they put the door in the wrong spot, i called back to see what the reason was for the door being in the wrong spot, Stefano Ferri stated he thought the door could only go in that spot, 2 days past and i was a Costco and seen the same Gazebo from the same company with the door in the same spot i requested, i called Stefano Ferri back, he told me he was going to call the company who made the gazebo and see if the door could be installed in the spot i requested, ironically it could, called multiple times to see when they were going to come and fix the door, after 3 weeks Stefano Ferri called me back and stated if i wanted the door moved it would cost me another $500( As i have already paid $500 yo have installed incorrectly) he then stated i could go " F " myself ! that was the last contact i have had with them! IF U GO TO CLUB PISCINE MAKE SURE YOU ARE HAPPY WITH THE PRODUCTS BEFORE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT! WILL UPDATE WITH PHOTO'S SOON! HORRIBLE SERVICE WILL NEVER RETURN!!!
