Cloverset Apartments / Less Bang For Your Buck
Overpriced for a complex that offers very few amenities and several imconveniences. Fitness center is only open from 9 am to 6 pm. Parking lot is neither plowed nor salted during the winter. Renters insurance is required, but they won't tell you that until they day you move in and then they will hassle you on a daily basis until you are able to show proof. Buildings are secured and locked, but the call system will ring someone else's phone when you come in. They claim that there is a security team that patrols nightly, but we never saw them all winter. the maintenance staff will make a mess in you apartment and either not clean it up or they will use YOUR towels and cleaning products to clean behind themselves. There is laundry on every floor--for $1.25 to wash, and another $1.25 to dry, and your clothes will still be damp. They won't let you see your lease until the day you move in. Only half of your deposit is refunded. My garbage disposal has been replaced three times to stop a leak that has been a problem since day 1. The carpeting will ruin your vaccum cleaner. Landscaping is bland. It takes about six business days to get a phone call returned. Fixtures are old, cupboards and cabinets falling apart, spider problems as soon as it gets warm, and I honestly think people have been coming in to my apartment without authorization.
