Our boss decided to try the software from It was easy to use it, but one day our client faced difficulty to send the invoice and contacted us. We tried everything, but we couldn’t track the invoice and provide the help to the client. We contacted the company and asked to help us, but they gave us directions, which we have used already. We told that it didn’t help, but the staff told that they have no idea what to do in order to help us. It sounded terrible, because they didn’t know their software accordingly.
