he is a liar and a cheat
i read all the negative reviews about closeout explosion but i thought his competitors were out to destroy his business like he rightly said in one of his responses. my friends were discouraged and refused to do business with him but i decided to test him.i paid him $1000 for children's clothes and he sent me an invoice only for him to call me back that he doesnt have childrens clothes but can send me dresses, shoes, suits etc. i was very angry but after much deliberation, i asked to have the dresses, it was always next week, i'll double check your order, next week and next week, now he no longer replies my e-mails. it's 2 months now and i havent seen my dresses. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS MAN. Fellow nigerians and africans, learn from my mistake, except you are going to his warehouse to pick the clothes yourself, asides that he will take your money and never send your order. he is a very dishonest business man and do not take negative reviews lightly like i did else you'll get burnt.

IF YOU HAVE PROBLEM WITH CLOSEOUT EXPLOSION PLEASE MADE YOUR COMPLAINT IN WWW.BBB.ORG, BECAUSE HE SELL BRAND NAME, BUT THE PROBLEM IS IT IS NOT GOOD MERCHANDIZES AND HE DON'T LIKE RETURN THE MONEY, HE IS LIER.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I had my first dealings with Donny and I can't say enough about how wonderful he was. This was my first import transcations and I am in Australia and I was concerned and scared to say the least, however Donny was great, he even called me to put my mind at ease. My order was perfect, exactly what I ordered and it was very very prompt. I would definately recommend this company.
I primarily sell brand name merchandise which is department store overstock and returns, I accept returns and give credit, which can be applied towards merchandise.

Do not buy from this person. Before you send the money will treat you well, then forget it. He has not sent my merchandise, mind that the merchandise is not with him and refuses to return your money.

I am surprised that Donny Lowy happens to be a member of this board, I thought this was a credible board. Incidentally Donny Lowy is the CEO on an online shop www.closeoutexplosion.com that defrauded me of the sum $2, 900.00 in July'09. Which order is this for? I noticed you only listed your first name, I have many customers by the name of Ijeoma and they have all received their orders. What is your email address? If in fact you ordered from me I can verify that your order was sent out by the shipping company that I use. If for some reason you did not receive your order I can send you an order out right away. I am looking through my emails now and I don't see an email from an Ijeoma requesting a status update on her order. Anyone is welcome to contact the shipping agents that I use for Nigeria to verify that I have many repeat customers from Nigeria, as well as throughout Africa.
