Ordered a curio in Dec 2020. Last email from their delivery people was it was in Birmingham, AL and for m to contact seller so they could release for delivery. Sent another email to Clockway on Feb 11 2021:
"Dear danny,
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your order# [protected].
We have submitted your urgent request to our dedicated customer service team. If they need more information, we will let you know. Thank you for contacting us.

Caveat Emptor - Scam Company. They charged my credit card $200 in November then said it would be shipped in December. Now I'm being told late January. I can't reach them via phone and they won't return voice or online messages. Fortunately, I may be out a small amount of money. I do not recommend ClockWay. Government needs to shut down this company.

Seiko rhythm clock
Purchased Seiko rhythm clock as Christmas gift. Clock received but has defective chimes.
Contacted customer service. Waited 45 minutes to speak with very hateful customer service rep. Was sent email confirming complaint. Email stated I would receive additional email with return label and instructions for return. Waited 8 days for email. Contacted customer service again with.another 45 minute wait...still no return email instructions. Called a third time with same result. Clock was purchased in early November, it is now Dec 22nd.
Very dissapointed, dissatisfied and disgusted with this company.
I paid $210.00 for a clock that doesn't work.

Purchased this item 4/4/2018 and was very disappointed to find the workings are only assessable from the BACK...did not specify that we on the website. We did mount it on the wall and after a couple of hours found it ran 5 minutes slow. Took it down ...had it packaged and shipped by UPS $44.27 on 4/25/18...with a cover letter to Clockway in Thousand Oaks, Ca. Did not receive any acknowledgement from them... called them on 5/18/18 10:10 am talked to Kevin who said we would receive credit to our credit card in 3-5 working days. On 5/25/18 we finally received a credit of $154.60 on our credit card..
diff of $2.44?... restocking fee? I recommend never doing business with this company...terrible experience

Who doesn't take customer service calls after 4:00 PM Pacific time? I waited 7 days to have this Grandfather clock delivered (even though I had "expedited" delivery service ordered the clock on 2/12/18 finally delivered 2/19/18). I never received a DVD to set up the clock and I thought it was supposed to be set up when the clock was delivered. Now per their website it could take 5-10 business days just to get it set up by a professional! Oh and try to click on the link for a movie to see how to set up the clock on your own. It doesn't work! Also it appears the crank is missing from the box. I am completely disappointed and just want to return the clock. I wouldn't order from Clockway.com if I were you.
ClockWay / Gift Theory - Looks like a scam
I fell for their great reviews and placed an order. And never received it. No one replies my emails and calls. I also got no call back from them. I wrote to them to cancel my order because I'm afraid I won't get my package at all, but also got no result. And it looks like a spam to me, honestly. I am out of money with no order feeling stupid. I don't know what to think. Where's everyone?

If you want to buy a clock look anywhere other than Clockway. They do not support their products and refuse to accept and rectify customer complaints. I have had two cuckoo clocks from Clockway and they both quit working after a few months. To be more clear, I paid over 1700.00 for a 28" cuckoo clock and had it for only three months and the left pulley to wing the clock froze. They replaced the clock and the same exact thing happened. And now they absolutely refuse to back their product. Clockway will end up paying attorney fees, county costs and refunding my money which when completed will cost them close to 5000.00 or more. That's not the way you run a business!
This company really has turned a corner. The concern over my cuckoo clock was outstanding. They really stepped up to the plate. They even had the manufacturer call me which is extremely rare. Thank you Clockway!!!
Unbelievable unreliable company
I have purchased a clock from ClockWay website as a gift. I gave them my address because I wanted to be sure about the clock before giving it to the person.
When it finally arrived it did not work at all and was damaged (glad I gave my address). I contacted customer service and they offered me an exchange. I refused and asked for a refund and they agreed. They said that I have to send the defective one back in order to get my money.
They also promised me a return label but I did not receive it.
I'm still waiting for the label and can't get in contact with these guys.
Unbelievable! Bought a $3, 500 free standing bar with "Diamond All-in-one-services." This piece was going in a vacant home being remodeled. I was given (several times) a four hour delivery window. I sat in a vacant house waiting for delivery and set-up. When I FINALLY got someone on the phone at the delivery company, they said they attempted delivery and I was "not at home." Reeelllly? I was sitting at the door for four hours waiting on them. Was it a lie? You bet! Guess how I know...the next chapter. Then the shipping agent (after multiple calls) says "oh well, that was outsourced to another company for set-up." Wait. Wait. The "new" set-up company contact is on vacation. Reeelllly? After ONE MONTH of chasing this thing...these guys (nice) showed up...started to unload and uncrate. Guess what ...the granite top is broken in half! Refused. Back to customer...ummmm..."service." Their hours 11-4 central Mon-Fri...but don't answer or acknowledge my on-line communication. These people are the worst! Beware.
Purchase not received
I did not receive a clock that was ordered and paid for (payment confirmed 12/1/2015). In truth, it may have been stolen from the front porch after delivery, but in contacting Clockway twice they have not made any return contact with me (the automated response said they would respond "shortly" - that was in January 24, 2016).

Damaged and poorly boxed
Ordered a clock online. Camera couple of days later damaged and poorly boxed. Box was partway open and no outer box. Cannot seem to get information from clockway . They sent ups topics up clock but I have no further info. Are they replacing my clock. I am not letting ups take the clock because I have no idea what the next step is. First time I have ever had an issue from a company Ike this. Need some help please
Watch didn't work and I didn't get the refund
I was the worst deal, which I have had. I bought watch from www.clockway.com. But the seller sent me defective watch, which didn’t work when I have received them. The company agreed to take it back and promised to provide full refund, because it wasn’t my fault. I have sent the watch back 6 weeks ago, but the seller hasn’t wired money back and stopped to reply to my emails. Scam.
I got damaged clock and impossible to get new one
I purchased clock from the company www.clockway.com. I was really disappointed, ‘coz I got damaged clock. I returned them back, but the seller didn’t reply after that. I sent emails and asked if they could change them or repair, but the rep kept silence. I have no idea how to reach him.Maybe someone has any ideas how to return money back, please contact me then or leave a comment. Thanks.
They hold onto your money for dear life
I ordered a clock from Clockway and actually received it 5 days before I received a tracking number from them. I was also supposed to get a "free gift" with my order and that was not included. The clock ended up not being what I wanted -- much smaller than I expected -- and I returned it. It took 10 days to get approval to send it back. They received it on the 15th of the month (I got a confirmation email from UPS) and so far 22 days later, I still do not have a refund to my credit card. They hold onto your money for dear life! Stay away from these folks.

I paid $35 for a piece of crap that was dirty and scratched. I can, and will, buy a better one at Target for $8.99. Their rules for returns are so convoluted it turns out not only to be a pain in the neck, but cost 19.50 to return it by UPS (1 lb, same state). They refuse post office returns. Terrible transaction, bad customer service, crappy, cheap product. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

We got the exact same email. Must be an auto reply. This is a scam for sure. Luckily my bank never released the funds.
