Please file an online complaint to both IL and Chicago consumer affairs department. It is easy to file complaint. Some people are struggling from over 2 years to get their money back. Don't waste your time and energy in calling Clinron. The sooner you file the better -

I got cheated by Clinron, I am filing a case against them in consumer court and labor department next week, let us teach them a lesson. Who so ever is interested and want their money back just provide me detail on my email id anujsethi12@gmail.com

they cheated on me as well. Please inform what all actions have you people taken against Clinron. I am also planning the same. They took $5000 for H1b and did not provide any tracking no etc. Now they dont respond to our mails.

I am struggling for the same. It's more then one year. Still not got my deposit. Please help

They post ads in sulekha or any desi sites to attract pharma candidates who are on H4 visa and looking for a good job in their profession

like that they called me a no.of times in January 2015 to pay a security deposit of 5500 $ and they said this money is purely refundable if you are not selected in the H1B lottery.

As i paid that money in march 2015, after few months they started their cheating process, they didn't gave me any receipt number

First they told me that you are not picked up in the lottery
you can apply your refund consent form so i applied refund form in October 2015 and submitted back to them. They said on receiving the refund consent form they will return the money after 120 days.

That 120 days waiting period are finished by Feb 2016 and when we are calling to pay our money back they are saying all ridiculous reasons which are not believable and they are not paying our money back

So i got cheated by desi company by believing their fake words and promises

Don't believe good reviews in glassdoor or any other sites those are written by their employes only

so beware and don't loose your valuable money

now i am looking to file a law suit against them

if anyone are in the same boat please join with me and we will teach a lesson for this fraud people
