Leading Health Source Payment Service international office is claiming winning prize of us$40,000,000.00 & instructions to pay 29.95 to proceed

They are not real but look very real and they are takers

Leading Health Source &Hi, I'm Rachel from cardmember services& scam

Missouri based "company" Client Services Inc (CSI) became a suspect in the "Hi, I'm Rachel from card member services" scam in August of 2011. They claim they are "only a third party debt collector". According to their past online advertising, what they were/are selling, re-selling, trading is not Consumer friendly to say the least.

Inquiries were made about CSI's "affiliate foreign for profit company"- Financial Services Solutions LLC (FSS).

Meanwhile American Diabetic Assistance LLC (ADA LLC)- no connection to American Diabetes Association, begins an aggressive telemarketing scheme against our area. Evidence suggests they got their "call center services" from CSI, who also has hidden "call center services" in Florida, Kansas, and another "shell company"- Red Leaf Capital LLC in Texas.

All three, CSI, FSS, & ADA LLC were requested their TCPA Do not Call policies. Nothing has ever been received.
BAMM! Suddenly FSS goes "Inactive- Surrender of authority", and the website mysteriously disappears!
And now ADA LLC's "affiliate foreign for profit company" Pgkn Inc suddenly shuts down!
Whats going on here?!? Could it be illegal?!?

Meanwhile the "Rachel-robo-calls" are following patterns of stopping for a while after contacting the Missouri AG office. The office even assures specific "help" regarding the "Rachel-robo-calls". The robo-call recordings slightly change, and the outsourced "representative" becomes domestic "reps". "Live operator" AKA- Mr Davidson becomes active and "Rachel" now adds "have a nice day to the ending.

These crooks are abusing loopholes & gray areas of debt collecting laws to commit all kinds of fraud & get around the FTC DNC telemarketing laws.

Another perfect example-
There's good cause to believe that CSI re-sold the "Rachel-robo-call" to Arizona based Ambrosia Web Design's (AWD) collection of "affiliate companies". Even after being reported for using several alias names- "Leroy Castine, Chris Ambrosia, Lee Cestine", AWD continues to robo-call.
Just take a look at the available online AZ Sec of State scanned documents. "Ambrosia" fills out all the forms, same handwriting! He must have forgotten how he signed AFB LLC- "Leroy Castine", & Concord Financial Advisors LLC- "Lee Cestine". Signatures are the same!
He signs "Chris Ambrosia" a little different, but the handwriting is the same!
Isn't that FRAUD?!? Yet the robo-calls continue...

That's BS!
Client Services Inc is entierly involved up to their necks in this "Rachel, at cardholder services"!
And how about their illegal shell companies- Financial Services Solutions, LLC & Red Leaf Capital, LLC?
Notice how all these "foriegn for profit" shells are always "Financial" this & "Capital" that!
There's a stack of evidence against them getting as thick as a phone book!

I read not too long ago that there was a scam company that was *not* actually involved w/Client Services but was using their name and a similar number to run these scams. Client Services is a legit business, no robo-calls as far as all that goes. They're just a collections company that was targeted for use by whoever started all that.

These "Rachel" calls are a scam, looking for people to tell them personal info like credit card numbers and, worse, social security numbers.

Yelling about being on the "Do Not Call" list is like yelling why a bank robber who parked in a handicap spot isn't ticketed for that, instead of being arrested for robbing the bank.

These "Rachel" calls are breaking much more serious laws than the "Do Not Call" laws.

Leading Health Source This company calls multiple times a day

I have NO debt nor am I listed as a cosigner on anyones credit. They call all the time, early in the morning and late at night and never leave a message. When I pick up the phone no one talks. As I mentioned we have NO debt and I will be reporting this agency to all government agencies that I can. This also comes up online as a company that is phishing for info.

Leading Health Source Stay away

Got a call for a job interview at Heyes Client Services, a sales job i had applied for off the internet. They are scamming con-artists. Whatever you do, don't even bother going to the interview or buying from these guys. I went to the initial interview eager to impress and I was lead to a office with Mr Brett Heye's himself who then lead me through a very vaige interview telling me the background and structure of the company. After telling me he was impressed with my CV, I was invited back the following day to have a trial day, I still had no clue what this company did as Mr Heye's managed to dodge all my questions very well.

Trail Day - Well after getting baffled with ridiculous potential wage earnings (Seriously 150, 000 in 9 months) I was then put on a train to Gorton with this brain washed ### who had no business experience what so ever. On the train he was telling me he was practicing his 'speech' again making me think I going to a business to business meeting/pitch...Oh no, it only means walking round badgering people at their front door and scaring old ladies pressuring them to buy some horrendous product or service and its all rubbish, they lie to peoples faces just to get the sale. I was mortified to see a little old lady hounded at her front door, she was scared and the heyes employee (his name was Josh) would not take no for a answer!Josh who i was walking round with was completely brain washed,
scary even, it was like he was a robot and his manager was his god, worshipping him it was really wierd you could even say cultish.. he had these stupid ideas of being retired at 40 and being a millionaire at 22, this guy was 20 and still selling door-to-door, two word TOTALLY DELUSIONAL. STAY AWAY FROM ANY JOBS VACANCIES ON DICKINSON ST IN MANCHESTER UK!

Leading Health Source HGH Extreme

I bought a years' worth of HGH Extreme from this Company in August 2009, after they called me & asked if I needed to lose weight of which I responded "yes". After using this product for 7 months & not losing a pound, I asked for a refund for the remaining 5 bottles that I told them I would send them back. I was told I could not get a refund because I had purchased a years' supply at a discounted price. I was very upset with myself for ever ordering this product especially since I "know" that they called me first & I had never heard of their product. It sounded so promising & I was so gullible! In August of 2010 I received another year's supply of this product of which I did NOT ask for! My Discover Credit Card had a $420 charge from this company for that product. I called the Company & they told me to send the box back & they would gladly refund my money. It is now January 2011 & I am still waiting for my refund. Discover Card has presently re-opened this case & is working for me to get my refund back. I will NEVER be so gullible again!

I found this today and thought alot of people should be made aware. This is something that no company can deny. They were found guilty no if's ands or buts.

She is a indicted wire and mail fraud defendant in the southern district of Illinois just google her name & read away. What's best for your HEALTH is to hang up on her.

This customer was credited within 5 days of her first contacting us regarding her hospitalization. She purchased from us on 01/29/2014 and e-mailed on 2/1/2014. We checked to make sure her merchandise had not yet shipped and we credited her on 2/6/2014.

I should have checked the internet before I foolishly agreed to purchase. The amount of $210.00 was posted to my credit card on 1/30/14. I was hospitalized on 1/31 for a blood clot in the groin and the hospital told me that this product will not work. The hospital put me on a blood thinner and let me come home to deal with the company known as Leading Health Source. My credit card stated that they will try to resolve and had me email them 2/1/14. I don't know if they shipped the product yet, but I was told to email them and ask for instructions of where to return the product and if I do receive it do not open it.

Never buy anything without looking it up on the computer. Upon coming home for the hospital are all kinds of complaints against this company and the Better Business Bureau is also dealing with them often.

Salesman said he'd send my elderly mother a free sample of some liquid supplement. He needed her card number to verify her address or secure postage, something to that affect, but she would not be charged. She received 3 small bottles of chlorinated water with labels that obviously came off a home printer, didn't even have bottle liquid measure or legally legit nutrition info. Card was charged $299.00. That's $100 for each small bottle of swimming pool water. Some fly by night supplement scam in Las Vegas of all places. Customer service is as rude and ridiculous as others have stated above. I'd love to personally dose that salesman with his own medicine. Rectally.

Leading Health Source charged my credit card $400 & sent me a 12 month supply of HGH that I did not ask for. It took many months to get my money credited back to my account. . Leading Health Source people were intimidating, rude & offensive. When I told them I did not order a case of HGH, they had me send it back, then claimed they did not receive it. I had retained my delivery notification from the Post Office & finally my Discover Card people got my money back for me. I would never purchase anything from this company again. I'm embarrassed to say that I don't usually answer phone calls from numbers I do not recognized but unfortunately I did, & got pulled into this company for this so called HGH weight reduction product. What a lesson I learned!

Leading Health Source is another rip-off company preying on the elderly. Scammed my 79 year old mother out of 240.00. Harrassing her with phone calls. Reporting them to Las Vegas Police. Salesman stated "I wiped my ### with her $240.00" So professional. Salesman said he was a doctor...pretty sure he got his degree on the internet. BOA is refunding charge.

Leading Health Source firing multitudes on employees right before they reached their 90days of employment(this tactic prevents aving to pay unemploymnt benefots)

I worked for 3/29/10, til today, when i was told I was fired due to lack of calls on tuesday of this week thatdate would be 6/29/10, the company ststed i made 22 calls in 8 hours outbound, I told them i have been doing this 24 yrs, all my records show over 1 50 cals daily untl this week, then after i was called to the office on this problem, they stated 1 called 0 accounts when i returned to my desk on tuesdayat 10:40am until noon, That is not true I ask them to play recordings for that amoount of time, the refused. They have been earasing notes from collectors files. (i have never seen a company in collection that had the ability to alter or destroy notes from collectors that were workng the files. They are doing this to get rid of the people they are told to by the home office in st charles o. This is fraud and is punishable by jail time and fines. No collection agency should be able to manipulate the contents of a call to a trained collector. I am a certified collector thru the american collection assoc. I am very well versed on collection law and practices, this is a violation of FDCPA laws, and needs full investigation thru the Federal Trade Commisiion and the FBI of kansas, ..I will also contact Channel 5 television "ca;; for action: unless thisis fixed and the 100+ employees are paid for the mental damage caused by the blatent lies told by the office manager Matt..Please respond and have all files reviewed and harddrives checked for deleted material.. I know this happened on many occasions. The employees there now are scared for their jobs noone feelssafe from day to day, please call me and let me know how I can help..Scot Billingsley 7/01/10, phn#[protected]

dear i have only on complaint about the company.it is to do with their resignation policy.there is no two weeks policy, the day you decide to leave just submit timecards and then leave your batch at the desk.otherwise if anyhow they know you are leaving they will make you look like in front of the whole office tha htey are firing you on spot.and that isnt fun.regarding Ms Tammy Fry or whoever, my experience with her is she is nothing but a bull dog.i wish this lady the worst of everything.others are all very nice esp Mr Matt Kastner, he has a wonderful personality.but like i sd Tammy is a worthless ###.enough said

Client Services Inc. is a corrupt and dishonorable company. I worked there for about a year. My whole entire experience was a nightmare. Believe me, it was not the work that made my job miserable and stressful. The management there made my experience a living hell. I had just moved to the Kansas City area to start a new chapter in my life. I had came from a small town and this was one of the first jobs that I started here. I had no collections experience but I have worked not only in call centers before but had years of experience in customer service. I went through the very well orchestrated training program for a month. They build your morale up and make you think that you have opportunity to grow in the company. They also portray the false illusion that you not only receive your hourly pay but you are basically in control of your gross income for a month by hitting your bonus goal or superseding it. HA! HA! HA! That is a load of crap!
After I got out of training, I was placed on Terri Embry's team. In training, they said that our floor manager was there to help us along the way and we could ask them questions and they would help us. Yeah, maybe some of the other managers. Not her. Newbies that were put on her team after training usually quit within one to two weeks. Why? The explanation to that question is that she is a psycho monster. She was completely unapproachable. Your questions would be answered by her either telling you that it was a "stupid question, " mockery, or her rolling her eyes directly at you and then turning around in her seat without a word to you. Talk about a morale killer! Myself and the three other people in my training class that were placed on her team were obviously upset. I wasn't discouraged and taught myself the outdated 1980's computer program through trial and error and started asking and going to managers that WOULD help me. My other three coworkers were discouraged and felt helpless. Personally, I don't blame them. I am not the type of person to have someone treat me like I am unintelligent or walk all over me. One of the ladies quit and the other two were considering quitting. They were frustrated, angry, stressed, and brought to tears by Terri's manipulative and sociopath actions. When she saw that I had been teaching myself, she became offended and told me that "I am not supposed to be getting up out of my desk and talking to other managers" and "That apparently I don't need help anymore because I seem to be doing fine on my own." I got sick of this and I didn't want the other to have to lose their income because of a superior's ill behavior. I went and complained to one of the trainers. That kind of backfired on me. They obviously told her I was the one who complained and they supposedly "talked to her about her management skills." She wasn't very happy with me complaining and decided to retaliate against me every single day. She would make remarks loudly to her little cheerleaders on her team about how I was trying to take her job and get her fired. She would call me into the office at least once a week and tell me I was doing a horrible job. I would stand up for myself and tell her if you looked at the numbers that I was in the top five of our training class and that I still needed help with some minor things and then I would be fine. She literally told me to my face that "You obviously don't understand how to do this job and it seems to be too hard for you. I am not helping you anymore because you are an incompetent employee and you're going to be fired in a couple of weeks anyway." Woooooah! What? I have a very dry sense of humor and I told her that I thought her statement was funny because most people find me rather intelligent due to the fact that when my intelligence has been tested that I have an IQ that is considered by most people to be ingenious. I also told her that I could provide her my resume to see my past education and job experiences as well as provide her with a copy of my WAIS-III test results. I would complain to my recovery manager Tammi Frye and she would tell me that I would just have to deal with her and that was her management style.
I also had been on a couple of dates with another collector for a period of time. We never showed affection to each other at work nor made our relations public. The only reason you would have guessed is that we would talk to each other during smoke breaks and we would go to lunch together. He nor myself wanted it to be a known thing. Terri had asked us if we were in a relationship and we responded with the answer of that we do hang out on breaks and we've gone to bars outside of work and that was it. Well, if you have ever worked in a call center, rumors spread so fast that everyone knows your invaded upon business in two hours. Terri being the main culprit of spreading rumors - of course. That turned into a big mess of her lying about us and that we were showing PDA on the floor and distracting other coworkers. I confronted her. We went into the office and I told her that what she was telling other people was false information, that I did not appreciate it, it was creating a stressful and hostile work environment for me, and she was slandering my good reputation in the company. I told her if she continued with her actions, that I would go to HR and complain about her.
Lunch had passed that day and I was called into HR. Terri had not only wrote me up but had wrote my coworker up for a bunch of made up lies. Now, some background I am a white female and he was a black male. The HR manager, Tanasha, met with my male friend and I separately with Terri in the room as well. They met with him first and then me. When my turn came around, Terri went off on how awful I am and how I defy her authority and I threatened her and I am basically (in nicer words) [censored] myself on the floor to him. ...What? I am pretty sure that I worked harder than most people in that company and I only come to work to do my job. Not deal with other people or their issues. I told Tanasha that the whole story is not what Terri made it out to be. I informed Tanasha she could take a look at the numbers and see that not only do I make more calls than most collectors in the whole entire company a day but that I also had been collecting a good amount of money for someone who has never done this before within their first three months. I told her that if Terri's claims of me displaying PDA on the floor were true she could go check the 20 cameras placed around the office and see if such actions were recorded. I also told her that it doesn't matter who I was dating or if I was dating, it was none of their business and especially if I don't choose to share my personal life with coworkers. Also, I informed her that this was not only hurting my productivity but hurting the company's earnings by taking me off the phones for an issue that I never caused nor wanted to be apart of and that I only come there to do my job to my best abilities and that I don't want to be in others' business nor have them in mine.
Now, I was very frustrated and crying and did have my voice raised because this had been going on for months. I was at my wits end literally. Tanasha told me that when she had spoke with my male friend, he had confessed to them that we were in a relationship. (When asked afterward, he laughed and had told them that we were not in a relationship. Why did they lie? No reason?) I told her that I found that to be interesting because him nor I had ever discussed being in a relationship with one another and that it was good to know. I also told her that we should call him back in there right now so we can fill out the proper paperwork as their policy states for the company to know of our relations. Tanasha (who is black) told me that she didn't appreciate the tone of voice I had with her and that I should date someone more like myself. I asked her what she meant and she replied once again that I should date someone more like myself. I found this so amusing and laughed and replied back to her that to my understanding she was telling me that I should only date someone who is white instead of black. She got really upset, stood up, and yelled that "I was not to put words in her mouth" and those words never came out of her mouth. Then I responded back "But you just implied that." I ended up getting suspended for the rest of the day without pay for disobeying authority. Needless to say, Terri was grinning from ear to ear for the rest of the week.
Periodically, throughout the rest of my employment Tanasha would harass me and call me into HR for dress code related things. I did have some outfits that were a little too short and was sent home to change in the beginning. Which is fine. I understand that. If it's my bad, then it's my bad. I'll fix it and move on. Then it started getting called in there for skirts that were below my knees and being sent home to change multiple times a month. The policy there was that skirts could not go up any higher than three inches of your knees. Pretty standard. Right? Okay, well my skirts covered my knees and below, but they were against code...according to her. Tanasha would wear dresses and skirts that were so incredibly short that her butt would hang out underneath. She would also wear such low topped shirts that her breasts would be hanging out. Great example Tanasha...really great. It got to the point where I was sick of it. She would literally humiliate me and bring out the ruler and measure. I couldn't decide if I was in the Twilight Zone, if she was unaware of her own policies she enforced, or if she was too stupid to figure out how use or read a ruler. Regardless, one day my skirt was literally halfway down my calves and she brings out the ruler and goes "Oops, it like you're going to have to go home and change." She told me this while wearing a skimpy dress with 2" of her cellulite butt hanging out. I told her that it was her turn and that we should measure her skirt. She told me that I could go back to my desk. She never bothered me again.
Hey Tanasha, if you read this, $&$# you and I should have sued your ignorant self for discrimination. Which I am pretty sure you get paid to prevent discrimination, so therefore, you are obviously not very good at your job and maybe you just don't understand that being in HR actually involves work instead of sitting in your private office blasting your explicit rap music, giving yourself a manicures, and talking with your home girls on your cell phone all day. I can help you out though, there is a McDonald's down the street. That seems to be a job more fit for you. Then again, that might be too hard for you. I hear The Outhouse, Bonitas, and End Zone might need some help! You can get paid hundreds of dollars for doing nothing but laying on your back! That is so perfect and straight up your alley.
Rumors and issues with my the relations thing eventually dissipated and Terri coincidentally "stepped down to be a collector" or REALLY was demoted from her management position. I was extremely excited to be away from Terri and all of her white trash drama that she brought to work with her. I was then moved to Lori Madden's team. She was amazing and actually saw my potential and helped me succeed and move forward in collections. She was awesome. I had the system down pretty well there and worked hard and did make them lots and lots of money there. Lori did acknowledge me for my good work and started letting me train the new hires and do side-by-sides for them. Which I really enjoyed. I have had trainer jobs before and enjoyed them quite a bit and did want to actually work my way up to becoming a trainer in the company. Things were working out great on her team no issues. I was making bonus every month and doing awesome.

I eventually was getting frustrated because they will literally rob you of you bonus. I would hit bonus for the previous month and for a whole month be excited that I'm going to get a bonus check on the twentieth. It would be two or three days before they would cut bonus checks and Tammi Frye would call me into the office and claim that I did not do something correct on a call and that they were not only giving me a PTO penalty (losing all PTO from the previous month and could not take any PTO that you already had for a whole month) but they were giving me a bonus penalty (started out taking percentages in increments of twenty-five until it became the entire bonus check.) I would ask to listen to the recording of the phone call. It supposedly was missing and not in the system. So, I had spoke with the IT guy and asked him how long recordings were saved. He basically said that the company has a reputation of having saved phone calls for decades. It is also their protocol that they must keep a phone recording for at least seven years in case a legal matter arises and the recording is used in court. Also, I asked what were the chances of a recording being lost or just not getting recorded. I was informed that there was less than a one percent chance. Okay, either they are lying or this is just a huge coincidence and I have bad luck. OH! Did I mention that my quality assurance scores were in the range of ninety-seven percent to a hundred percent? Yeah. Never had issues with quality. So information isn't adding up right. The written up forms - never, ever would sign them. If I did, I would sign it and then write a note to the side saying I disagreed and what I disagreed with.

I let this all slide for about three to four months. After repeated months of losing PTO and bonuses, I couldn't do it anymore. I couldn't stop them from taking my PTO and bonuses. Why bust my butt and stress out and worry to meet bonus? Why should I go the extra mile working harder than my whole team? Why should I work so hard for you to rob and steal away the money that I worked so hard for? Yeah, you guessed it, I stopped giving a flying $*%@! I would come to work and sit at my desk make calls leisurely...or none at all sometimes. I would stuff my face, paint my nails, do my hair, put on make-up, draw, look up stupid crap on Wikipedia, etc... I eventually was talked to about my negative attitude and low productivity. Tammie Frye asked me if I wanted to be fired one day and I told her to fire me right now. She told me that they weren't going to fire me because I have such great potential and I made so much money. Wait a second, I make so much money? Well, where is it? Did you mean I make YOU guys so much money? The last time I checked, I am paid hourly and barely above minimum wage with a side of bonus penalties that make bonuses obsolete.
They stopped paying attention to me about another month and a half. Which was fine by me. One pay day for the employees who received their paychecks through paper checks, we went to CSI'S bank that THEY banked at and tried to cash our checks. Well, all twenty-some of us could not cash our checks because they did not have any funds in their bank account. WOOOOOOOOOOW! They told us that we would have to wait four to five days or until they replenish their funds. Next day, they fired over 70 people - me included. Of course, I was first to be fired to be made an example of. They boxed my stuff up from my desk and sent me on my way. If I ever get fired from a job, I cry and feel like a failure and completely a loser. I don't take it well and get depressed for a couple days. Not when I got fired from Client Services Inc. It was like someone took weight off of my shoulders. It was a relief.
I got a new job in a week that paid me MUCH better! I was going through the box of stuff from my desk Client Services Inc. had boxed up and realized that they LET me walk out the door with my hundreds hard files of consumer's account information in my HUGE 2 1/2" binder that was overfilled with files. Not easy to miss. It was also bright purple. No way on Earth you could miss it and not empty and shred all of the files. There is no way on Earth you could be that blind or mistakenly miss it. Some security they have. CITI, BOA, Chase, and Discover may want to reevaluate who they are letting handle their accounts. For real. No worries. I took it up to my new job and put all of the files in the shredding bin. Not everybody does dishonest and untrustworthy actions like Client Services Inc.

Funny thing, a week after I had started my new job I received a rather desperate call from CSI wanting me to come back. I declined.

Not everyone is a ### at Client Services, Inc. There are always the ones to watch out for as well. Here's the lowdown:

The Bad and the Ugly:
> Terri Embry - Watch out for her. She may not be in a management position any longer, but people like her don't stop their nefarious actions. She enjoys gossipy, drama-filled call center atmospheres. Makes sure to maintain it. She is also one to judge, back stab, con/trick you, or lie about you in order for her to look better or she does it to get ahead. Just look up what a sociopath is and she is the epitome of that.
> Andrew (Drew) Austin - He is goody two shoes with corporate and actually came from St. Charles to the Lenexa branch to help start it up. He has a military demeanor and is just not a good dude. He is a recovery manager and is extremely demeaning to women. I have heard him call women explicit names. If you're an "unattractive" woman he treats you like ### and like you're dirt. If you are an "attractive" girl half his age, he would say things that were border-line inappropriate to them. I unfortunately received the latter. Then again I can't decide which is worse. Can you say chauvinist pig much? I was told my multiple sources including management that he was was engaging in an affair with one of the female co-workers. It's a pretty common business practice that if you are in a superior position you don't date your subordinates. I have seen him call men [censored]. That is just so emasculating. Whatever happened to if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it all?
> Tammy Frye - She is the snake in the grass. Do yourself a favor. Take some advice from Shawn Colvin and step on the gas. She is all nice and sweet. She'll get you all warmed up to her and as venomous as a rattlesnake she will cut you and burn you. She is also a recovery manager and it is sad that you have to answer to her. She has been doing collections for decades and possesses the knowledge and experience, but does not apply it. She may have been good at one time, but she is lazy. She is ALWAYS gone. Whether she comes in late, leaves early, randomly goes on vacation, or just took a random day off she is never at work. I think I know where all of my PTO went. When she is at work. She is always up walking around and talking or mysteriously on the phone for hours. Not really company asset material.
>Tanasha - How did this woman get her job? Most HR managers have to have some sort of education in the HR field in order to receive such a position. Either we sold some of body to get this job or she paid somebody to get her through college. Either way, she clearly does not possess the mental capacity to understand the requirements of her job. She seems to not understand how to work environment situations. I think she might have her job confused with the club because the skanky dresses that she wears to work are the ones you see ladies at the club wear to lure some guy in to "tappin' that a$$!" Also, someone needs to educate on how to read and understand that a company's handbook applies to everyone. She might need some help with figuring out what a ruler is and it's function as well. Oh, someone needs to inform her that it is the 21st century. Racism and discrimination for the color of your skin or any other reason is not accepted to the general public. I hope she has been let go. She is just a waste of money and space for CSI.
> Sean Ebling - The epitome of a white collar old man. He is literally running the company to the ground. No clue why the Kastner's decided to give Ebling the VP position. When he does make a visit to the Lenexa office. It's like a BIG DEAL. You have meetings with him while babbles on about how great the company is doing and how much money it is making for an hour and a half. Did you see what he rolled up in? Oh yeah, that is your latest model of some expensive sports car that you could not afford with three years worth of salary. Different one every time. Ebling forgot to tell you that they struggle to pay their bills and keep the business afloat. Oh, not to mention that they have to struggle to get more business. The company probably would be able to manage the bills and pay their collectors better and provide yearly raises if he wasn't profiting off YOUR hard work. While slaving away in your cubicle for 8 - 10 hours a day, he's jumping and swimming through his money vault like Scrooge McDuck. Yeah, that bonus they took away from you, just went straight into his pockets.
> Matt Kastner - He is not a mean-spirited person. He literally has no enthusiasm or concern for his employees. There is no control or structure because he does not enforce it nor attempt too. His nonchalant attitude gets him through the minimum requirements to keep the company going. He turns a blind eye to abuse towards the collectors that are inflicted by the upper management. If he could provide more structure, put his heart into it, and take control of HIS family's business, then Client Services a would have hope of being a reparable company.

The Good:
> Mike Benadetto - Always a good manager. Always has an energetic environment. Is supportive and helps his team succeed.
> J.R. - I don't think I have ever seen this dude have a gloomy day. He is always happy and chipper. Not only is he helpful to his team but he treats his consumer the same way. He is just a good manager.
> David Smith - He is very by the book and does stride to do things correctly. He is very busy, but still makes time to help answer questions and take supervisor calls. He does care about you and helping the company do better. He is the only recovery manager there that deserves his position. He does more than the other two recovery managers put together on their most productive days. He SHOULD be the branch manager.
> Lori Madden - is a great manager. She actually uses and executes her experience and knowledge of her collections career. She is energetic and knows how to keep morale going. She is obviously one of the under paid employees there. She does more work than her job as team manager. She goes above and beyond.

Thing is there are many good employees there, but they are stuck because of the bad apples of management. They are abusive towards their employees. I was miserable there and they caused me so much more stress. There are other collection agencies in the area that treat you like human beings and not slaves. Client Services Inc. is a dead end job and there is no hope in succeeding there.

Save yourself the time and trouble and go back to school and just get out of collections period! That's what I am doing! If I can do it you can too!

Wow, I have an interview with this company tomorrow and am now second guessing as to whether or not I should even bother. This company sounds like most other collections agencies...corrupt and full of nothing but favoritism. I've already had my fair share of having to deal with that nonsense at my previous employers...I'm now going to have to say thanks but no thanks.

St.Charles Office VP- David L. Cummins is currently a suspect of Child Sexual Abuse in Saint Charles County and is the respondent of a Child Order Of Protection, Child's name is not on record but the child's age shows only 2 ! From more searching I discovered his wife Judith Cummins, former CSI Employee not only cares for their three young great grand daughters everyday, it seems to me like they all may live in the same home, Or are there more then somewhere else. Unsure about where the children's mother is but it looks like their dad lives there too under some kind of control by these people. Not only do they care for these small children, Judy also is a registered child care provider for the DFS and does watch other small children daily for current CSI Employees. Which is why I believe this information is very important. They also have an older Grand Daughter who claimed she was sexually abused by her Grandfather David "DAVE" Cummins years ago but has since been a ward of the State of Mo In a Home ..Even though none of these have been proven as true nor has anyone been charged with any crime in these matters as of today, These are currently under investigation by St.Peters PD [protected] Also by The Division Of Family Services DFS and as for a trial date for the order of protection it was continued till March 20, 2013 from prior knowledge these cases do not ever get continued for a later hearing date. This makes me further believe what is expressed above is true and makes me think there is more then what is currently known. From what I have read above in others personal statements regarding Client Services I agree there needs to be a full investigation into all hard-drives for anything that has been erased or stored on the company computers or hard-drives by any employee of CSI. Division Of Internet Crimes along with FBI is advised to look into this matter asap it is further advised that anyone with contact information on the employees who may have used these people as their child care provider either in the past or currently please share the above information with them. Just in case these matters are unknown to them. Something is telling me these people are very good at convincing others to cover up what I suspect is many many years of abuse and believe there is a lot of victims who fear they wont ever be believed if they come forward or they fear these people even more then that for whatever threats that may have been made if they spoke a word about the abuse I hope this helps somehow protect any further children from ever being left in the care of these people.

What must we all do?
-Ask Client Services Inc for their Don't call policies, to be provided to anyone who requests, according to law.
-Ask Client Services Inc for a tour of one of their illegal foreign shell robocalling boiler-rooms.
-Ask Client Services Inc how many paper shredders they wore out TRYING to cover up their illegal foreign offshore shell company, Financial Services Solutions, LLC in New York. Was shut down Oct 6, 2011, because they all know it's illegal.

Sad to think about really, most scam-baiters will say "once a scammer, always a scammer". It's all about getting their hands on your wallet. Doesn't matter how Dishonorable or illegal it is. Phone call for stupid phone call pattern's match precicely to what is called "Advance Fee Fraud" as well as Nigerian e-mail scams. More stuff at 419eater.com "Another f*#king scambait" is a hilarious example of a scammers' two dimensional thinking. Advance Fee Fraud are the jerk-off's that call and by mail, with "The [fake] Publishers Clearing House prize van will arrive at your house bla, bla, bla. Or something similar. If you fall for it, usually the "prize" is something like $300, 000.00[agent or representative]. That's so they can jack around with the maximum allowed transferred from Canada[financial advisor]. But first, they'll want $1-$5000 for a non existent "tranfer fee"[debt collection- now they 're going to make you pay]. And of course there is no prize. We don't fall for it, and you shouldn't either. We did manage to annoy and confound the crap out of a "Not quite ready for u-Tube-Nigerian-Canadian-boss". Thanks, UK,

I do wonder why Citibank doesnt open there own collections? Why they hired this dirty company? I use to think Citibank was a large but fair to their people and worked had to keep their name clear...Client Services Inc clearly was a bad choice. Why someone at Citibank doesnt speak up for the people and the employee's that work their paper(Citibank, Bank America, Discover, CHASE) Where are the heads of these company's? Why don't they make these 3rd party collection agencys Citibank gives their collection paper to act right? they have the control...

I worked fo this company under David Smith and Matt Kastner. The problem with this company Ron Langsford and Fatboy Sean Ebling his V.P. These two are something they think they are untouchable...lol! They lie cheat destroy manipulate and take for granted the hard work we(the little people) do. I mean Ron Langsford son was in a car wreck killing a fellow employee...dumb kid thinks his daddy will PAY to cleanup this mess. Sean Ebling who is the biggest YES man I have ever seen...Will take credit for other employee's idea's and will blame anyone but himself, his lack of leadership and people skills is amazing I can only imagine what he did to get this position. Matt Kastner the sneaky liar it is sad he has potential to be a decent person, But the people in his family I have met hmmmm...he will not get it from them. David Smith well i hate to say anything he is the people's manager very talented knows the difference between right and wrong but has to pay his bills he has kids too...Andrew Austin...this is the snake. This is Sean Ebling's old school pal sean gave him a job and he is the snitch who bully's makes racial remarks against women and africian americans. Andrew Austin he has called women ###'s he has used threats to intimidate employee's real winner to bad his wife doesnt know whats really going on...Tammy Fry what can you say she has screwed and blown for every position she has ever had what can you expect just like her work gives it all up and when they are done with her she will be gone too. To be fair the Citi-bank managers scott( cant remember all their names thats how much of an impression they left) in St. Charles the (corporate office) these guys what a joke they think they can bring their attitude no rights for women especially in management, absolutely no african americans and the few they have well they are there for a reason guess what that is? This place is a joke do not take a job no matter how good they make it sounds. Trust Me!

I agree with Scott, I recently left CCI a couple weeks ago b/c managers were starting to treat me unfair and I heard word that several employees from a training class from two weeks before i started, were already getting fired and it hadnt even been 3 months for them. They tell you you have 6 months to start making your quota and get a bonus check, but I had a few conversations with my manager after one and a half months about not having made a ton of money on accounts yet and I started to get the feeling that I was going to lose my job soon so i started looking at other places and found a new job and left. They also treat the employees who make them a lot of money a lot better than anyone else, they pretty much dont have to follow any of the company policies . I talked with a few people who were top collectors and they had mentioned that they have anywhere between 10-30 occurrences on record from being tardy or not coming in or leaving early, and their managers dont even acknowledge it. I had 3 occurrences from having to go to the hospital for my father in law, picking my daughter up from daycare when she was ill and the other being stuck in traffic and late by 10min. After my 2nd occurrence I was put on probation and given a warning, next would be termination. Which is fine, I understood the company policy and knew what the consequences would be, but why the hell was all those other collectors still there with up to 30 occurrences and I'm already on the line to be fired?! RULES ARE RULES and they should apply to EVERYONE the same. Also, when it came to our two ten min breaks, I always took exactly ten min and was back at my desk and on the phone on time. Almost half the people there would be taking 15 min breaks or extra breaks when they wanted to. I took ONE extra break ONE time while i was there, to go to my car to call my daughter at home (since phones were'nt allowed in the building and the conversations on their phones are recorded, I like my privacy thank you very much), anyway I went to call my daughter to see how she was doing, she was very sick, and when I got in I got a verbal warning to not do it again or there would be consequences. I was given a dirty look by my manager as he shook his head and turned his back to me and went to talk to his boss about me as well. This is what im talking about unfair! I could go ON and ON about a ton of other things that go on there that are not fair or things that are not followed by company policy by the majority of the employees that are still there. The work never stressed me out, I had no problem not letting my work get to me when i had some pretty nasty calls before, but the only thing i could not let go was how i was treated by the managers there. I went home on several occassions tearing up about situations and conversations from managers and stressed myself out about it way more than I should have let myself get. I thought this was gonna be a good place to work, but man was I wrong. Oh and just before i left a few co workers had mentioned that Matt and Tammy (another supervisor) were in an intimate relationship or dating...hmmm...I thought THAT was against co policy as well.

Leading Health Source Harassing Calls Daily

These sorry a$$es call our home phone at least 5 times every day! When I answer, it is a recording stating they are calling for Elizabeth Webb, with options for answering if you are Elizabeth Webb or if they have called the wrong number. It doesn't matter how many times I punch in that they have called the wrong number (nobody named Elizabeth or Webb here, and I don't know any such person, we have had our phone number for many years, so there's no possibility they think any real person named Elizabeth Webb is at our phone number), THEY KEEP CALLING EVERY DAY.

Very annoying, we have no business with this company, our phone number is on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY... What the Heck do we have to do to get this to stop!

Beware of dealing with client services, inc, a collection corporation, located 3451 harry s. Truman, blvd. , st. Charles, mo 63301 because settlement contracts might not have the right account number. Therefore, one might settle in full for charges that one did not owe. I tried to settle a debt handled by client services. I received a fax from them stating the nature of the settlment in full, but i found out later that the account number was not accurate. I called back to talk to the manager, and he could read the agreement but not the last four number of the account. I then asked him to correct it, and i was told that it was sent, but i never receive it. Please read the settlement agreement carefully, and make sure to check out the account number listed on the agreement because you might settle for some account that you did not owe

Leading Health Source Bad service

Client Services, Inc. is the collections agency that Citibank uses after their collections attempts have failed. My secondary complaint is in regard to the associates' behavior. Two different male associates were rude, angry, and accused me of fraud. The one female associate that called me next used the "female to female" strategy, and was condescending. At the brink of bankruptcy, one associate told me, "Just do it, then, stop wasting my time!" I am actually grateful for this extremely negative experience because it forced me to make a choice about declaring bankruptcy, which I decided not to. My main complaint is actually in relation to their promises to work with me to charge off my debt. "Just pay it down over time, then we will give you another offer." Seven months from my first payment to them, they have instead decided to renege on their offer and instead, have me make payments to them for the next few years.
