Clicks Retailers — poor service

I have lodge an complaint against Clicks Mountain Mill Mall Worcester. I have not been contacted by the relevant people regarding the outburst of one of your employees yest. I find this totally unacceptable as the person shouted at me in front of clients in the shop and felt so embarrassed leaving the store as everyone was looking at me as if i was the wrong one. How can you just let this complaint fly past without contacting me???It seems like you don't care about my business the same as your employee treated me.my phone number is [protected].
