Clicks Retailers false advertising

If product on shelf is R105 and you get extra 30% off, it doesn't come to R90. When complaining about it the manager of Clicks Richardsbay said, " they still have to correct the price on shelf to a higher price!". That's what I always thought everyone is doing and they think customers are braindead! False advertising! Shame on you Clicks to do that to loyal customers.

Clicks Retailers false advertisement

On the shelf at Clicks Fichardtpark in Bloemfontein, was an add stating "Buy any 3 Sensodyne products and get the cheapest free" (See picture below). I took 3 Sensodyne protects toothpastes to the till point where I were advised that the Sensodyne protect is not part of that special. That is false advertising. Nowhere does it state that there are Sensodyne products that is been excluded. Unacceptable.!

Clicks Retailers clicks brand pull up nappies (number 5)

Firstly let me please say that I am a happy clicks customer and always give them 5 stars for great friendly service.

My complaint is merely to inform clicks that the Pull-up nappies (Clicks brand is not effective) The nappie quality looks good on the outside but within 3 hours my baby's vest is soaked. So it does not super absorb as per the packaging. This was the first time I tried this particular nappies as I normally use Pampers and have never had a leak or spill. I purchase this Jumbo pack 5 days ago.

To the manufacturer of the nappy, do not lie on the packaging and say something is super absorbent when it is not. The other issue is that the elastic inner part rides up the baby's bottom and gets uncomfortable for the little one.

So needdless to say I will not buy this product again. Very dissapointed : (

Clicks Retailers service from noleen ball

Went into the clicks store in pmb Victoria centre to return a hair straightener which I was not happy with ... Noleen Ball a worker at the company refused to refund me for this.. I had provided all packing as well as slip as I purchased it within 7 days ... Noleen raised her voice at me in store in front of other customers and employees .. this is unacceptable she also would not give me a chance to speAk and accused me of using the product and returning it without even checking to see if the product was used... I was totally disgusted that she is not even aware of the consumer law and told me to take it up with whom ever I wished too. As a person who works for retail I know the rights of a consumer as well as how to respect a product if it is not suitable... I'm am so disgusted with the service as Noleen had no right to accuse me or raise her voice at me. I will be taking this matter further with the consumer act if I don't hear from a regional manager asap ... Noleen Ball is giving clicks a terrible name.. as she is taking advantage of customers by bullying them and raising her voice... I will not be quiet about this matter if I don't receive an apology from the Noleen as well...

Clicks Retailers medication - scripts filled without permission

Clicks clubcard no. [protected].

To whom it may concern.

Currenly we have a few repeat scripts for myself and my wife. Your Randburg branch has been advised not to issue the medication before we request for this medication but they continue to do this. The reason given to the staff member is that if i am in Durban and require the medication, i will be able get it in durban. Now if the randburg has filled the prescription, then i will not be able to get this medication on the medical aid.

Clicks Retailers customer service

I purchased items at clicks Shelly beach stair kzn, on the 26th of March 2108.paid by card, the cashier said my card declined, so I paid cash instead for an amount of R130, few minutes later I left to go home, then I receive a message saying R130 purchase at clicks from my bank.went back to clicks the next morning, a lady said bring your bank statement I will refund you. I asked how long would it take, she said once bank statement received, she will refund immediately, went bank same day with my bank statement, another lady said that she cannot refund me, I should wait 2-3 working days, I was very upset already for being lied to.went back 4 days later, the third lady said to me that they have to investigate, by this time I'm already fuming as I have been given 3 different stories by 3 different people...its now been 10 days with still no reversal and no contact from clicks..I want my money back...can a store not see by cash up that they are over by this amount?I also run a store in retail and this is not how we behave with customers.I support this store 5-6 times a month every month.. This story will go on hello peter.

Clicks Retailers neotigason

A week ago I took my script to Jabulani clicks pharmacy for my chronic medication to be ordered since they did not have in Stock, on Tuesday I called to enquire if my medication was ready for collection. The person that I handed my script to me he did not order the medication but promised to place an order, a day later I called again to confirm if the medication was ready for collection, I was told yes, of Thursday I went to collect I was then told by the gentleman that the previous pharmacy captured wrong making it impossible for my medical to approve the remaining dose.
I couldn't take my medication because of incompetence of a pharmacist.
I could not sleep because of stress that I was caused by unprofessional conduct

Clicks Retailers bad attitude of the staff.

Good day.

I have visited clicks North gate on Friday the 23, it was so sad because I left the shop with a broken heart due to the bad attitude that I was given by one of the staff called Lebo Mathe, when I entered the shop she was the one who was infront with the security, I first ask the security where can I get the things that I was looking for, then the security directed me to Lebo, when I went to Lebo she was not interested to assist, she showed me that look were by she was looking at me from top to the bottom and from bottom to top, she just point that go there and turn her back, I move around the shop without getting what I wanted until I met Innocentia and ask her, Innocentia even drop what she was doing and go to show me were I will find what I want, only to find out that were Innocentia is taking me to is were Lebo stand, and I explain to Innocentia this is the lady I have ask and she was standing right here but she sent me to the wrong direction, then Lebo started to say what..what did I do and she start raising her voice swearing at me and on top of that she shouted at me infront of her manager, other customers and the staff, I even ask if is the way how they speak to the customers I did not get the answer she just continue with the bad attitude and she went to her position. The behaviour that she displays shows that she dont respect customers, her managers and other staff, if she does have respect she should have not shout at me infront of her manager. With the attitude that she have what kind of image is she creating to customers who visit Clicks Northgate? If she can not be able to answer questions that customers will ask why is she working infront were customers will see her first. May you please make me clear if I as a customer was wrong to ask for assistance from your staff? I want clarity from customer service manager because I belive this people are trained, so maybe some questions that customers ask Lebo is not allowed to answer so that when I find my self visiting Clicks and find Lebo I must not ask her.

Clicks Retailers pharmacy assistant

I am Estelle Adonis and i am very disappointed in one of the dispensers at Clicks Atlantis. Alvina Arendse loaded my script on 12 March 2018 which was a repeat script for 6 months from my psychiatrist Dr David Chait. She refused to load the repeats and gave the script back after she only gave only one month supply of the prescribed meds. It is the first time i experienced this problem at Clicks Atlantis. I dont know what her problem is but according to me my doc is the expert and will not prescribe meds that is unessessary and it is not for her to decide what she feels is right. I love clicks pharmacy but i strongly consider moving to medirite. My email is [protected]@gmail.com

Clicks Retailers complaint

A few weeks ago my wife sent me to your store in Elspeth Boksburg to buy a refill for her Twisp. When I entered the store there were two tellers and a queue of about 12 people. Quite normal for that store. I wandered around looking for some one to assist but unlike Dis Chem there is never any personal on the floor. When I tried to speak to the cashier I was told to get to the back of the queue. I finally managed to tell her I was looking for the Twisp and she pointed in the general direction. I eventually found it but by that time there were 18 people in the check out. I left the item on the shelf and walked out. Off to Dis Chem Carnival Mall most irritated.
Two weeks later I tried again. This time there was a staff member at the door. I stood in front of her and we locked eyes in dead silence for at least 30 seconds. Finally I gave in and asked her if she was going to greet me. Amazingly she said no. I went on and made my purchase and vowed never to go back. I did get her name gut lost the till slip I wrote it on. I recall that it was a very lengthy ethnic first and second name. I have my own business which is probably why I am so critical. I try to make every customer feel like they are my most important customer. It is not is to instill a culture of politeness and service. I am aware of that. I congratulate and reward staff when I get good service but surely it is basic to say "good morning sir how may I help you?" Do your self a favour and play mystery shopper in some of your stores. You will be disgusted. Put a sash around a staff member at the door which says "welcome ask me". Walk out of Mopani Pharmacy in Nelspruit and the lady with the sash says thank you for shopping at Mopani. We all go back to stores where you get service and are made to feel good.
Hate to burst your bubble but Dis Chem are years ahead with service. They have a staff of 102 at the Carnival Mall store. A trained consultant on every isle. See for your self.
If you want to bat in the big league you need to look like you belong there. I wish you success but we both know it will only happen when the staff treat your business as though it was their own. A huge cultural shock.

Clicks Retailers unethical behaviour

I asked to see the pharmacist @ Cliks Mayville mall branch. My problem occurred ever since I handed my script in with them, at first I was Lorraine Hamman from wilgers for schedule 6 medication...the next month I corrected the assistant then they got my details correct but she told me it was the last repeat, so today the 3rd of March I had the audacity to ask to speak to the pharmacist to correct the problem. I took the previous package with showed it to him and asked for the original script, without any name tag or introducing himself to me he said to me "Don't come and make a noise on a Saturday morning please leave MY Pharmacy . I do not have a problem with leaving HIS pharmacy but then he has to give my script back as I paid the consultation fee at the doctor to have it. He checked on the computer and realised that there was a problem and then issued my medication. Being chased out like rubbish for insisting on what is my right created an enormous feeling of anger in me . My question here is
will this be the behaviour of the Clicks group in future

Clicks Retailers accident with clicks company vehicle

On the 03rd of February 2018 I was involved in an accident with an employee of Clicks driving a Clicks Company vehicle.

The employees name is Vernoica Hugo.

The incident was reported, there is a claim number issued. The brokers and insurers have promised to provide feedback and three weeks later I still dont have my vehicle.

All the requested documents were sent to SHA and Santam, including quotation and witness statements confirming that Veronica was at fault, case number and all supporting documents.

Can this please be escalated to the relevant person as I need my vehicle repaired and returned to me! My vehicle is at Renew It Edenvale and I pray nothing has been stolen as its not my wish to sue but only to have my vehicle repaired!

Clicks Retailers unethical behaviour

On the 15th of Feb at the Clicks in Randburg Square I attempted to purchase earphones from behind the glass jail windows which were locked. I asked for assistance from a consultant who asked Dudu to help me open it as she had the keys but instead she swung the keys around in one hand as she stood behind the counter flipping though a Clicks catalog and laughing with another teller. After waiting for more than 10 minutes I left because I have a job to get to and unlike Dudu I don't intend to loss mine by spending my working hours in a clicks store.

Clicks Retailers I am complaining about the poor customer service at clicks in king's mall gonubie

The service at King's Mall Gonubie has been getting worse and worse.
The Pharmacist's assistants are unfriendly and unhelpful. They "snort" (make a noise as in clearing their nose and throat) while they are serving customers and are very slow in getting any medication, prefering rather to talk with their friends in the back. This is not an isolated incident, but happens regularly. The last straw was my treatment on Friday 9 February 2018.

The cashiers at the check out are also very unfriendly. They hardly greet and there is not eye contact with the customers.

Each time I go to Clicks in King's mall I have a very unpleasant shopping experience. I have therefore decided to move my Mom's and my prescriptions to another nearby pharmacy. This is such a pity as this problem is so able to be remedied by good management.

I would like the management of Clicks to be aware of these problems for the sake of future customers.

Clicks Retailers non-availability of prescribed medicine and attitude of pharmacist

On the 31st January 2018 I took a prescription for eye drops to the Clicks Pharmacy at Birchleigh North shopping centre.

First I was told that they don't have these eye drops, then the Pharmacist said that he had to contact the prescribing Specialist, as he could not make out the name of the product. He would then order the eye drops and contact me. I was told that they would be in by the next day.

On Friday 2nd February I went back to enquire about my prescription, as I had not heard anything. The same Pharmacist told me that he cannot get stock and if I couldn't contact my Specialist to find out if I could take something else.

I had two eye operations and my Specialist insits that I use these particular drops and report back to her within six weeks. It is now nearly a week later and I still have not heard from Clicks to date.

I find this and the attitude of the Pharmacist totally unacceptable, as he is extremely rude and I get the impression that it is "too much work" for him to source this product.

Clicks Retailers nan sensitive

I bought milk for my baby girl and she's been vomiting only to see that the milk l bought for her had expired and she has this rush now over her ears and private parts... please ensure your stuff check baby products because 1 day this will be a case of death in this l will take the milkback tommor and ask to be compensated with something for her rush. l mean clicks employees should do their jobs and remove expired things from the shelve what if this milk will affect some part of growth in my baby girl's life? this is serious and all the milk in that shelf l will want to see it being removed because not all babies are as strong as mine and this could have been a tragic this is nonsense and totally unacceptable and unethical behaviour from clicks...

I would like to submit a complaint regarding the pharmacy services at Clicks Kempton Park. On 13 December 2017, my husband visited the Clicks Pharmacy at Kempton Park to receive prescription medication. One of the medications were Urbanol (for Anxiety and Depression). The pharmacist tried to put the claim through, but told my husband that there was not enough benefits on the medical aid, and he will have to pay for the medication cash. He did not have enough cash, and decided to rather use the medication every second day in order to last untill 02 January 2018 when there will be benefits again, and not purchase the medication on cash. We live in Bronkhorstspruit, and my husband, who usually works in the Kempton Park area is on leave untill 23 January 2018.
On the 2nd January 2018, my husband went to the Bronkhorstspruit Clicks Pharmacy to claim the Urbanol. However, the Pharmacist here told him that the medical aid will not aprove the medication because it was claimed on 13 December 2018, even though he did not receive the medication, and he will have to wait until that time.
I am sure you are aware of the dangers of stopping the use of anti-depressant medication suddenly, and the possible withdrawal symptoms that follows.

This is not the first time something like this happened at the Clicks Pharmacy. The only advice the pharmacist at the Bronkhorstspruit Branch gave us, were to go to the Kempton Park Branch to settle the problem. This will cost us about R200 in travel fees, because as I mentioned, we live in Bronkhorstspruit and my husband is currently on leave.

This action of Clicks on repeated occasions, opens Polmed up to corruption and mishandling of the fund and will be reported to their Fraud department for investigations. This will also be reported to the Pharmaceutical Board, due to the fact that the medication was booked out by the pharmacist, but not handed over to the client.

Clicks Retailers lack of feedback on phillips shaver sent for repair

As a regular and loyal clicks customer I am totally horrified at the pathethic service received at clicks galleria. On the tuesday 12/12/17 I returned a phillips shaver purchased in june 2017 (2 yr gaurantee/warranty). Siyanda dealt with my issue and advised that the shaver would be sent for repair. I explained that I needed the shaver for daily use. He assured me that I would have it back on friday 15/12/17 and said he would call me and follow up. Sadly that was a lie as to date I have have zero follow up/feedback from him. On saturday 16/12/17, I went into the doonside store, because I couldnt make it to the galleria store, and asked the manageress to please assist. She called celilia in galleria, who told her that siyanda was not available and would relay my complaint and he will call me on sunday 17/12/17. To date I have received no feedback.

I had to make a trip to your galleria store again today 18/12/17, only to find that both celelia and siyanda were not available. To my frustration the trainee manager on duty was clueless to my complaint and could not help. I was told siyanda is the only person inthe store that can assist as he deals with phillips products. This floored me... What happens if siyanda does not come back to work? Who would know what to do?

The reason I chose to buy my shaver at your establishment was because I was under the illusion that clicks drove customer centricity. This experience has cured me of that illusion.

Your stores lack of follow up is pathethic and your customer services practises is deplorable.
I have now made 3 seperate visits chasing up on this matter. I have been more than patient and more than accomodating. Please sort this matter out asap!

Clicks Retailers baby nappies

good day, my name is salamina and i have been a fan and lover of clicks nappies for a long time now, i startednusing the nappies with my first born after i was dissapointed by a well known brand that left my son with nappy rash and urine burns. i decided to try clicks nappies not only because they were affordable but also because they ahowed to be super absorbent for day and night use. things went well with my son and he is almost 5 years now, i just recently had a baby girl on the 13th of sept, ahe is almst 3 months. as always i bought clicks nappies and they worked wonders until recently i bought 2 packs of the midi 4-9 kg 74 pack from Phola Park Mall in KwaMhlanga and i am more sad than i am dissapointed. i dont know if is this specific pack or the second pack will also give me the same problem, i have to use twice as much nappies as i used before a day 2ich has realy affected me cause its almost 2 weeks but the first pack ia almost finished cause it doesnt keep the baby dry, her clothes get wet within 2 hours of wearing the nappy, i dont want to change this brand as it has been wonderful to me but this pack is giving me problems, i just hope i wont experience a problem with the second pack. i am so hurt and sadden by this that is why i decided to write this complaint because i have been telling my friends to buy them but now m hurt. salamina mogudi

Clicks Retailers capsules were missing from vigro 3 step starter pack I ordered online

I am very disappointed with Clicks On Line. I ordered VIGRO 3 step starter pack, however when opened the package at home yesterday the 12 December 2017; I discover that the capsules were missing/removed from the packet. I received the box ceiled properly from Sanlam Centre Clicks with no sign that it was tempered. This is really terrible. I lodged a complaint at Clicks call centre and my incident ref no:[protected]
