ClickInks.com Printer Ink

I submitted a request to return product on 9/15/22 and was told I would receive a response in 7 to 10 days. I called on 10/1/2022 as I had not heard back. The CS Rep stated the return had been approved and she or her supervisor would email me before the end of the night with the return instructions. I received nothing. I called back again on 10/6/22 thinking they just didn't get to it and this CS rep stated it was not authorized to be returned and the contract allows for no exception. 6 months to return. This rep stated no exceptions for COVID. They state they record the calls and these 2 calls I hope can be reviewed. There were no notes in the case for my many emails or my call on 10/1/2022. I will not do business with this company again. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. No responses and conflicting information on the return. The money saved isn't worth the headache. I'll buy elsewhere going forward.

Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response. Consistent message from the reps. A way to ensure reps document the case notes when you call. A confirmation email would be great. Consistent answers.

ClickInks.com Incompatible printer ink cartridges

I have not yet received a refund for the NONfunctional inks I returned on July 27th (it is now August 11th, so almost two weeks ago). No one can tell me if it has been received, because it "might be in the warehouse, but we can't track it". This is because ClickInks uses an ANTIQUATED system of "postage due" return mailing postage that CANNOT be tracked by anyone - them or me. Any other company to which I have had to return merchandise in the last decade uses pre-paid first class US postage the provides a tracking number. I will not be satisfied until I receive a full refund for all the ink cartridges I returned.

Desired outcome: Full refund or credit for the nonfunctional cartridges.

ClickInks.com buyer beware

Ordered some ink.. came two weeks later. The ink didn't work and I called their 1800 number and asked for a refund and they said just give them the tracking number and it will be refunded once received. It was all Email communication after that... I gave them the tracking number and they got it. I waited a week and no refund; I emailed and no response for two weeks. Then I get a refund for $7 (I paid $20 plus shipping back) and an email another that simply stated you got a refund of $7 (no sorry for the late response or explanation on why the kept the other $13). I emailed back asking why I got a partial refund and it's been 2 weeks with no response. I really don't care about $13...I wish I had read the reviews and it sounds like they need money more than I do. But never again! Buyer Beware!

ClickInks.com Avoid them

If it's possible don't buy anything from them. Or you will really regret it.
They are very irresponsible and unreliable.
The quality of the inks leaves much to be desired. And needless to mention that the inks are not cheap. So assuming how much they earn from selling the inks, we can say that they have enough money to hire professionals for technical support to work with them. It's a shame. This company had good chances to be a great one...

ClickInks.com Buyer beware

I have bought ink cartridges from them 6.01.2017. After 3 days I got an email from them saying that my item was out of stock. They offered other options and refund if nothing suits me. I decided to take my money back. they said they will recharge within 9 business days.
Still waiting for my refund - now over 2 months. Where's my money and when will you finally refund?

ClickInks.com Bad ink! Bad company!

Do not order from this company! They steal your money and the ink is bad! Customer service is rude and unhelpful. I ordered so much ink it is now out of warranty but only 7 months old. ALL BAD. Rip off! Beware! Company will do nothing...Technical support picks fights and tells you to buy more ink! I submitted a complaint to the BBB and Clickinks will NOT reply. Go figure!

ClickInks.com Clickinks: reported "out of stock"; charged $ 228.51 and no refund received!!! Fraudulent and deceptive practice

I have done precisely the same thing as apparently others, per complaints filed. I have purchased from Clickinks.com at their prompting, not mine! My credit card was charged $ 228.51 for Lexmark toners on Feb. 2, 2017 and I was almost immediately advised by a company email that the items were not available with a prompting to make other selections. I replied to the email that I observed this to be a "bait and switch" and that I wasn't interested in any further purchasing while demanding an immediate refund of any and all moneys charged ASAP. Today, the 12th, I observe that $ 228.51 was charged the 2nd of February, 2017, and is not yet refunded. I have called my credit card company and will be following this up with it but also with the US and Florida Attorney Generals. If this is a routine practice for your company, it could give rise to a highly viable deceptive practice class action in my own estimation. How many other consumers are there who have been so deceived and not refunded? Where no timely refunds are made, the activity could also rank as criminal. Sincerely, Bonnie L. ClickInks.com Refund

Hello, I was shipped an order, PL-CI100114115 [1154284] TAX DATE 06/22/2015 that did not fit my printer, which I returned for a refund, $40.82. I called Click Inks and received a refund number, RM-CI100031587, to use with my returned inks and all emails. I got an email from them that on July 16 that they received my inks and to allow 2 billing cycles for it to show up as a credit on my charge card. Nothing since. No credit. ClickInks.com Will not refund

I ordered 3 cartridges ...but did not realize they were refurbished. Upon receiving them I called the company to return. I got a return number, went to the PO and got a tracking number and off they went ...2 months ago. The tracking said it was received to the company, but I have not rec'd a refund in 2 months. I turned this over to the BBB and they are looking into it, but they will not reply to them either. DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO THE OWNER OR CEO IS?

ClickInks.com Refuse to answer emails or answer phone

I bought several ink cartridges from this company and they did not work. I spent over three hours on hold because no one seems to answer the phones. After 5 emails and 11 phone calls, I finally reach Sueda who apologizes and says she will send me a trouble shooting guide for installation immediately. She does nothing. Three days later I manage to get through again and speak with Melica who sends me the troubleshooting info and then asks me to send photos to prove that these items were from them and now they are leaking. I send 7 photos. Melica told me it would take 48 hours to get approval for replacement or refund. I have not heard a word from them since. I have emailed them every business day since 1/26/2015 and still no answer. Since I used a Groupon to buy some of the inks I have also contacted Groupon about this. Most recently I have made comments on Facebook and Twitter to let all my friends know not to EVER buy from Clickinks! That business is a joke. Customer service is non-existent.

ClickInks.com Bad Product

I purchased a compatible replacement ink cartridge for my Epson Picture Mate 500 printer. When I replaced the original cartridge, the printer would not recognize the replacement cartridge and when I tried to remove it, the cartridge was stuck. I eventually pried it out of the printer, and discovered that the cartridge is not compatible with this printer. It has teeth on either side that catch when removing it. When I put an original equipment Epson cartridge in, the printer would not recognize it. My printer is damaged beyond repair. Contacted Click Inks customer service, was told that the cartridge didn't damage the printer I damaged it when I forced it out. They refused to give a number for corporate headquarters. Do NOT trust their products. They obviously do not test them.

DO NOT BUY FROM CLICKINKS!
I purchased toner for my fax from them under the promotion "Buy 2 Get 1 FREE cartridge offer". It came with a slip that I sent back with the 4 used cartridges and was supposed to get 2 free. The Free Slip said "You can send the ones you just emptied, or the new ones you ordered from us when they are empty". Since this was a new fax machine, I did not have any to send back until I used up the ones I ordered which took about a year. I sent them 5 weeks ago and did not hear from them, so I sent an email 5 days ago and got no reply. I called them today and they said they had discontinued that promotion about 5 months ago and therefore could not send the free cartridges. I told the rep that the promotion was a condition of the sale and had no time limit or disclaimer that it may be discontinued before having a chance to send the old ones back, but he checked with someone and would not honor it. I think this is complete FRAUD and they should be investigated for UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

I'm glad that I Stopped before I Started with this business. I ordered 3 cyan & 3 magenta cartirdges from this site last week. Our accounting people wanted a filled--in W-9 form. And after calling & e-mailing a number of times over many days, we got no response at all. I even tried to use their "Live Help" and no one ever picked up. I did some searching online today and found a number of reviews that said that ClickInks.com is a Scam site. So I cancelled my order. Hopefully they will acknowledge my cancellation.

Horrible horrible company! They keep lying and lying to me about the delivery time. I ordered on Monday afternoon and the website said FREE SAME DAY SHIPPING. On Wednesday, AJ the rep told me it was out of stock (same lie they used to every customer) but would be sent out that day. Thursday Krissy told me it has not been sent out. However, she "honestly" believed it would be sent out today, and it will take 3-5 business days to arrive!

She offered me 10% discount on my next order. Believe me, this is the first and last time I will buy anything from clickinks.

CLICKINKS.COM stinks! Not only do they lie through their teeth about the one or two day delivery (which in my case took 11 days), but they do not even answer complaints. I have sent 12 emails, and they have sent a canned reply to each saying they will call me "within one business day." It's all bogus. Their product stinks and their customer service stinks worse.

Do not buy from Clickinks!

I ordered a couple of ink cartridges and my credit card was charged immediately.

I was notified the the Ink was out of Stock.

I canceled the order immediately and requested a refund. See response from Clickinks below:

ClickInks.com No product+no refund=ripoff

I placed an order with ClickInks on 1/27/2010. After my credit card was charged I received an email saying the items were out of stock. I attempted to cancel the order and was assured that the order was canceled as of 1/29/10 and that my credit card would be refunded within one full billing cycle of 30 days. I waited for two full billing cycles and did not receive a refund, so on 4/18/2010 I sent an email once again asking for a refund. I received a response saying that my account would be credited "no later than" 4/23/2010. As of 5/10/2010 I still have not received the refund and I have disputed the charge with my credit card issuer.

ClickInks talks a good game but they seem to be incompetent at best and possibly downright dishonest. I never had any problems with ASAP Inkjets and regret that I gave Clickinks a try. I strongly advise against doing business with this merchant!

ClickInks.com Bad customer service

I had placed an order from www.clickinks.com on the 8th of January. It was a special but 2 get one free ink that indicated that the items are in stock.

When my recipe arrived to my email it said some of the items are on back order and asked if i would like to ship them separate, i accidentally hit yes. So I immediately used the online chat to contact them and informed the lady (Monica) that i do not want partial shipment of the order until all the cartridges will be in stock. That was disregarded and partial order was shipped anyways. I had also asked the lady of the back order ship date she said she does not have a date and I should come back later on.

Jan 14th

I am back on chat with Monica, who said she never heard me saying I wanted to keep the order together. Asking when the back order will be in she replied “Monica: I do apologize, it's showing the backordered item is still currently out of stock. The inventory date has been pushed back until 1/19 which would be on Tuesday.” And assured me that “Monica: Correct and it would ship immediately.”

I had asked her to put a date on it “Monica: Depending on what time it gets here, it would ship either on 1/19 or on 1/20 and it would be around 3-5 business days. Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to give a specific date as it's with the post office, but the usual time is 3-5 busines days.”

19th

This time I am talking to Sheri through chat. I asked her to see if the order has been shipped out

“Sheri: I show that the order was partially shipped and the backorder item will be in on 1/20/10 and then we will ship it out to you.”

22nd

Monica: We do apologize for the delay and the inconvenience. We were temporarily out of stock for some of the items listed in your order, however, we did receive inventory. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours and you would then receive an email confirmation with a tracking number. Thank you for your patience and business.

At this point I have read enough of the reviews about their ink cartridges not working, bad customer service and non refund.

Uh oh! I sure wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered from clickinks! I ordered 1 color and 1 black ink cartridge for my printer from clickinks.com. I immediately got a confirmation email from them outlining my order. Then very shortly after that, within a few minutes, I noticed that I had received another email from them. This time it informed me that they were out of stock on the black ink that i had just ordered and that I would be notified when they got a shipment and it would then be sent immediately. I couldn't believe it because I had just seen the black ink advertised as "in stock" only minutes ago. After about a week I had heard nothing so I went ahead and called them. I waited for 10 minutes before someone answered. A man told me he was very sorry for the inconvenience but explained that they were waiting on a shipment of the black ink and that my order would be shipped just as soon as it got in. He told me they would be getting it on the 29th of January. He offered to send me the colored ink which they had ready for me and I declined, saying that I would just wait for both to be shipped together. Then I asked if they could possibly expedite the shipping at no cost after the 29th since my order was already so late, and he said they would. At one point he apologized and told me that they make every effort to ensure that no products are advertised as available when they are not so, I mentioned to him that he needed to take a look at the website because at the time, the ink they were still waiting on was actually still showing as available on their site. He thanked me for pointing that out to him. Well, the 29th came and went, and once again, I heard nothing. So I called them again. This time I waited for 15 minutes before another man answered. I explained my situation to him and he told me that they were expecting a shipment of the ink i ordered later that same day and that they would be sending it the day after. I told him I had spoken to another representative who told me the ink was supposed to have been there on the 29th of january and he immediately told me that they had had a problem with that shipment. I thanked him for the information and reminded him that they were supposed to expedite my order at no extra cost and he acted surprised and said, who told you that? I couldnt recall the name of the agent who said it, so this new agent just said ok ill talk to the other agents and if indeed someone told you that then we will of course honor that. Well, do I need to really tell any of you whether or not I have received my order? Probably not but for good measure, no, I'm still waiting and now that I've read all ive seen here tonight, i know why! Also, the ink that they were supposedly waiting on and that they were trying so hard not to advertise unless it was available; remained available through out this period and its available today. Unfortunately I still dont have any! ouch! I'll report this as well. Thanks for all the information everybody. Please, dont go to clickinks.com. There's got to be a better way!

There are already hundreds of complaints on various websites about this company:

CLICKINKS is a fraudulent company. DO NOT BUY. I placed an order with this company on November 16 and my account was immediately charged. When I received email saying they were out of stock, I checked company reviews and found this company has a horrible reputation for charging and never refunding. THANK YOU everyone for your feedback! I cancelled the order on Nov 17 and received an email confirming the cancellation "PENDING APPROVAL BY THE MANAGER." The credit has never come through on my credit card. Yet Clickinks is still the number 1 sponsored link on Google's search page. Their scam is obviously lining their pockets with our money! Have complained to Google; am about to report to FTC. Any other ideas to helping to close this company down?

Same experience here! Customer service is non-existent. They charged my card end of December and sent the wrong product, I sent it back in the beginning of January for a refund and still have not received said refund, it is now March!

Same thing recently happened to me. I, too, am still awaiting a refund and several emails indicating that the refund was being processed. They must be making a fortune off of this scam. Wished I had checked before I placed an order. Chalk this expense up to education.

ClickInks.com Selling USED Products

Clickinks.com is a sorry excuse for a company. They should be investigated by the BBB. I placed an order with them at the end of September. I received my order the first week of October and did not open the package until I needed a new cartridge for my printer (the end of October). When I opened a blue cartridge, it had already been OPENED. The cartridge was also USED. I decided I would let it go and try another cartridge...you guessed it...also USED. I called the customer service department and they informed me that the 30 day refund policy had passed. I asked to speak with a supervisor. After all, THEY had sent me a USED product, the 30 day refund policy should no longer apply. They connected me with him, and needless to say, he didn't believe me. I had to send the entire package back to them (it cost me $11.00) for him to give me a refund. To top it off, the refund had taken off a 6.95 shipping fee (which is in their policy if you receive free shipping) which the supervisor had originally told me would be waived. After calling again, he told me the system takes it off and he has no control over it. Basically, I spent $17 for no product and to be extremely dissatisfied. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. Hopefully I have made enough dent to put them out of business.

Clickinks.com is a reputable company. We do send any used products. We have posted our 30 day refund policy and hope that pur customers understand this generous refund policy. Even though this is posted in our terms, I have gone beyond this and refunded the additional $6.95. I hope that you will appreciate that we have gone the extra mile for you. Clickinks cares about our customers.

ClickInks.com Scam

I placed an order for $210 worth of cartridges from Clickink.com 1/27/09. Their website promotes buy 2 get 1 free but it was not evident if my order qualified for this. One email was sent to them within 15 minutes of the order to clarify if my order qualified for the 2 for 1 promotion, if not to cancel my order. One day later I sent another email with the same information. Within the next Three days I faxed the same question twice. At this point I was not contacted in any manner from this company. My Visa card was debited the following day of my order. Five days later I receive an email saying the items I ordered are out of stock, and my order will be delayed. I called them this morning (2/3/09), only to be on hold for (20 Minutes - 20MIN!). Then their customer service person tells me it will take 7 to 10 business days for my visa card to be credited. This is a shabby way to run a business. The two people I spoke with were nice, but the management needs to change how they do business, or get the hell out of the way and let companies that know how, serve consumers in an honest and expedient manner. I'm sure there are people who will say how great their experience was with this company. But in this case, they receive a ZERO on nearly every rating.
