this company have taken money from my account without my authorisation. If you could please inform me as to what I must do to have these funds returned to my account and prevent them from taking any other funds.

Cleverbridge charged money not suppopse to without my authorization

I reeived a charge on my account and I got the phone number and then called them.It was suppose to before a Recurring charge for a swoftware that with these kinds they have I would of bought directtly from store. So I went to bank and on Tuesday a fraud alter is going out, an I was reading the Fraud Complaint Dep and they hit thiis poor guy for 5 of them. That is why I went straight to bank. I then came home an went to the email they sent to me with a reference number. I should have heard from them and nothing. I am going back on to let them they ahve another scam of winning 5000.00 we just need 29.95 to get your money in the bank. What bothers me is they have my account info.

I don't know where it came from but some site slipped it in on me, guess I'm not the only on. How long does it take to get refund or do you even get it refunded? I don't need the crap right NOW!

Cleverbridge is an agent that handles payments for software purchased over the internet. You may have purchased something in the past and when you click you "Accept all Terms and Conditons" it includes Auto Renewal in the terms and condition. Unfortunately, most of the online software companies use this practice.

Cleverbridge unauthorized charge to my account

Cleverbridge Ag Charged my account after getting information that I purchased Uniblue Power boost for my computer and Tweeker. The company uniblue has no info as to why or will help me. Cleverbridge has a history of doing this afer they find out you purchase from Uniblue.

Yes you certainly are the Partner of Uniblue and I have done some investigating on your practices to include everytime someone complains exactly as I have you post your phony little statements say LOOK at our Better business bureau credentials like you need to stand by something else instead of what you really do. I have found out what it is you really do and have turned this matter over to the right investigators! Also you can tell uniblue I had a local tech shop investigate the product, a phony product as well that will show 232 errors on any computer at any time including one that it just got done evaluating! Wow, que better business! You will be hearing from more than the Better Buearo soon! Your tactics of charging an accounnt a year ahead of time for renewal since the customer did not click on cancel renewal are about over, and your sly people who made up that program will be investigated! I know all about your kind.

i' have the same problem as that Cleverbridge Ag Charged my account MasterCard after getting information, and "WITHOUT AUTHORIZED".. I have been "purchased" Uniblue Power boost for my computer in 2011. Cleverbridge AG or The company uniblue that purchased "unknowned" product that value USD29.95. And i also do very much agree with Mr. Wai Him Cheng, from China, Hong Kong; that "...this is sufficient to be penal crime that unauthorized charge by the purchased person. Second; that Cleverbridge AG or The company uniblue stolen or even violate secrecy Principle about the Credit card information privacy provision. I here to express my resentful and strong dissatisfaction for these two companies : Cleverbridge AG and The company uniblue..."

Cleverbridge AG are involved in another dubios and possibly criminal activity. They handle the purchase for Parallels. For the software they state that EU Tax at 19% is charged based on the seller home country, not the buyer. This is in direct contravention of current EU import/export VAT laws. What is to prevent Cleverbridge AG from taking VAT payments collected from a country outside of the EU and then NOT declaring them on their Corporate VAT forms to Customs and Excise? This means that they can pocket the VAT due to the Government as a nice tidey (extra)profit, and the VAT authorities will be none-the-wiser.

Cleverbridge unauthorized purchase

At first, i purchased a product from electronic arts for 29. 95 for a downloadable game. Later through the week i left to go deposit a check only to be denied by the atm because my card was closed! I spoke to the chase teller and she said it is because of 5 purchases of 29. 95 from cleverbridge ag koeln. I was pissed out my ###! But she was nice and very helpfull and instructed me on how to dispute it so i would get my money back and i am currently doing so right now. I dont know why it happened though. Are they snakes or what?

Please note I purchased Cleverbridge and was told by a person Tel. # [protected].
The Price was to be $ 29.95 but I was charged $ 41.11 why I don't know ? Also $ 12.88 for Backup, but again this is only for 20% he wants more Money for the rest ?
Reg. Clean Pro is no good it does nothing, it was to clean my Computer but nothing is working.
The Person the one I called, tried to sell me more for $ 299.00 why ?. this is all false and wrong.
Now I can see, that this is all for nothing it is a scam, you know I maybe old but not stupid, if you are a honest Company you will Credit these Amounts ( $ 53.99 ) back into my Account and we will forget everything. We will give you 12 hours to Credit my Card.

On 17th Oct 2013 I found an account of $29.95 on my Visa Account Pending - CLEVERBRIDGE AG KOELN DE . It also stated that I was connected to a company called uniblue which I have never had any connection with. I would like this money returned to my account.

Cleverbridge unauthorized charge of 29.95

I received my Visa statement today only to find an unauthorized charge dated April, 23, 2010 of $29.95. The description was for merchandise and was to www.CLEVERBRIDGE.NETKOELN. Cleverbridge irrenounious charge

A charge appeared on my debit card, from www.cleverbridge.n koeln for $39.95 a foreign bank charge of $.32 was also placed because this comes from some place outside of the u. s.. I don't know what this charge is for and do not know who placed the charge. I am calling my bank to stop payment on it.

Cleverbridge I cancelled order, they credited my credit card, yet, you, charged me29.95 on my card. I want it, taken off..

I could not download the cyberdefender to my p. c., so, I cancelled the software, thru inter net, same day, I tried to get it, on line, so they took it off, my credit card bill, but I still have the $ 29.95, on my bill, that yoy charged, and I want it taken off, because, I am not going to pay it. thank you, alta adams

I am having the exact same problem. I have no idea when or how this product started getting charged to my account . I admit I should have looked at my statements bc they have been charging this for quite a while and I just noticed it. However I have the same email that I have had for years and have not once been contacted about renewal etc. That would have alerted me.

Just received letters for a credit card account that I have not used in forever because there are several charges for late fees. I called up that credit card company and they said the charge is from CBD or mycleanpc.com back in October (it is now Dec and for one thing I never got a credit card statement to review so I didn't catch it early enough). I never authorized the charge on this card and now I have late fees racked up because I haven't paid the $29 and change for this charge. Submitted my dispute.

39.95 was charged on my bank card without my consent. I called and told them I had no idea who they were and that I wanted this subscription or w/e it is stopped Immediately. The guy asked for my e-mail address and said he would cancel it. I don't trust that at all. I don't have any idea who they are or what they are about. I have nothing on my computer for cyber defenders or w/e they are called.

I have sense called my bank and told them about this. They said they will credit my account, but I have had to destroy my bank card and have them send me another, which is inconvenienced me to say the least and will be charged 12.00 for a new card.

I have no idea what this company is but its a rip off, because I NEVER EVER bought the software they are saying I did. How many other people are they doing this too that hasn't been watching their accounts? Millions I'm sure...

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your issue, and are available to assist you. Have you tried contacting us directly yet, or is your post on ComplaintsBoard.com the first we are hearing about it? We can certainly perform an investigation if you feel you have been incorrectly or perhaps fraudulently charged.

However, more information must be provided in order for us to be able to search our records. We will be unable to locate any records based upon your alias of "VlrK." Your full name is the most basic necessity in this case, but should your name be what is considered as "common" (ex. Smith, Johnson, etc), more information may be required, such as an email address. The date this charge was placed will also greatly expedite the process.

We encourage you to contact us at [protected], and with your assistance, we can get to the bottom of this incident. We have not nor have we ever employed "random charges" of random individuals' credit cards, and firmly reject any such notions directed at our publicly-traded company. The majority of cases perceived as such are due to a consumer forgetting that they had previously subscribed with CyberDefender's services, and when their renewal charges appear on their statement per their plan, they are surprised. When they contact us regarding the charge, we are able to locate their account, and resolve the issue amicably.

The Cyberdefender customer service department would be happy to investigate the status of your account and provide a refund if that is what you would like, but unfortunately we cannot find your account from just the online name "Cleopa" and need more identifying information in order to assist you.

If you were unaware of our autorenewal policy, you can reference our terms of service here: http://www.cyberdefender.com/terms.html.

CyberDefender notifies all customers by e-mail regarding the subscription renewal process a full week in advance prior to renewing them, and then reminds them again three days before renewal. The e-mail reminders offer customers the ability to cancel or opt-out from autorenewal billing in our database. Customers that do not respond are then billed accordingly.

If you would prefer to cancel your account for a refund, we can assist you immediately, but we cannot find your account based on just the name “Cleopa.” Please feel free to contact our corporate headquarters at [protected] or email us at supportATcyberdefender.com, and please be sure to give us your full name, date of purchase, and the email address you used when you made your purchase.

Cleverbridge AG has charged my credit card $29.95 for a renewal of some subscription. I have not authorized this renewal and charge & expect my credit card charge to be reversed and return. I plan to file a dispute with the credit card co.

This order included one year of Active Protection, which keeps your software updated and automatically renews your subscription every year unless the subscription is actively canceled.

Since the Active Protection was not canceled, your subscription was renewed on 4/15/2010 .

I attempted to purchase uniblue2010 powersuite by using the paypal option on their order form and this was the response I got by email from cleverbrige a couple of hours later. I guess cleverbrige is in the business of chasing away potential clients for uniblue.

Cleverbridge - unauthorized payment access

cleverbridge.net accessed my credit card and withdrue two amounts one of $24-95c and one of $19-95c on the 10th and13th of Jan 2010 with no indication of what it was for. I have not downloaded software or renewed any software programs. If anyone can advise me what to do about it and where I can contact someone to find out about it.

Cleverbridge unauthorized charges

I was charged in amount of US$29.95 without my recognition, what so ever.
I must report it as unauthorized charges, if not fraudant. Please be assured to
stop repeating the charges any more, and return the charges what has been
already placed. Whatever the software if I downloaded and need to continuously
update the Engine for which I should be charged(although I don.t remember at
all of anything), it must be stopped once for all, and eradicated by the supervisory
agent. Suspensive action on the part of my banking account is on the way, and
hopefully solve the problem.

Cleverbridge paid for, not get license name or code

On line trial of PC Tools Registry Mechanic showed that I need to purchase it to repair my registry.
I gave credit card # and paid $19.95 2 months ago.
I have not received a license name or code which are needed to register and run the PC Tool Mechanic.
There is no phone or other contact suppport listing.
How can I contact them? How can I get a refund or at least stop a potential future automatic credit card charge for undate December 2010?

Cleverbridge unauthorised withdrawal of funds

www.cleverbridge.net made a completely unauthorized withdrawal from our business bank account to the value of £194.21 on 16th December 2009. We have never had any dealings with this company what so ever and have asked our bank to investigate.
