My debit card was charge for 30.19 for some computer software. I didn't authorize this charge and want it credit back to my acct. immediately. I dont know who authorized it but I didn't. I dont even know who you people are and expect my refund to be posted today or I will contact the bbb and let them know about your company. Thank you.

Dear Clever Bridge,

Please send a refund of unauthorized funds that was taken out of my credit card. I did not gave consent for the renewal of any contract. the transaction was for$29.93 U.S.D. and I expect a refund on my credit card on the 7th January, 2019, or I take my case to the B.B.B. I did not purchase your product nor did I down load it. Consider this a notification of cancellation on my subscription. I want my money back or I will like Mohamed Abdelghany take this to the media.

I have never contacted you to reactivate my account. If you think you can blackmail me to steal my money, I will take you to court and report your illegal activities to authorities. If you continue to steal money from others, through your fake emails which deceive us to click on links that say "unsubscribe", but then you inform us that you will take our money deceptively, we will unite to expose your illegal activities to the media and public. The UK has got laws that are protected by the power of authorities. The press also will warn the people from your disgusting illegal activities and spam emails. I want my money back, or I will take this to the media tomorrow.

I got charged $149.00 from cleverbridge last year, I contacted cleverbridge and got a refund and was told by a staff representative that they had definitely unsubscribed me from future transactions. Well just recently I got $69.00 out of my credit card. I told my bank about it and there now going to dispute the transaction and get my money back . Theres definitely something not right with this company .

I was charged for $57.99 from CBI Avira, I had requested to not renew but they still charged me. It was done in May. Have sent e-mails no response. And no refund to my account. Beware.

To all who were just charged from this company, I just was too and I disputed and locked my card. They will send me another one soon. I am not sure how many programs anyone watches about American Greed and other scams but this is what it is and I just saw it a few weeks back. It is a false software product that looks ligit but in fact is not. Contacting them will only delay your money to be returned. Go directly to your financial institution or credit card company via online or phone to dispute charge as unauthorized, they will do the rest. I speak from many scam experiences. I hope this helps you all.

I have used an Avira product on my computer for several years. This year I changed to another internet security supplier. In spite of rejecting all attempts by Avira to install on my internet, I have recieved a charge for USD 44.99 on my master card statement. As I have no reference number from the credit card statement, I would like to know what I must do to have the amount refunded to my account.

I have no memory of authorizing a pay pal withdrawal of $24.95 with the account # [protected]. When and by whom was this authorized and how long has this been drafted? I am not aware of having purchased this service or what the purpose of the service is. Please try to provide me with the information that I need.

I purchased an item from HSN for the first time and used my debit card. On the same day I got charged for a CBI item. Perhaps there i a leak? Anyone else buy something from HSN around the time they got the fraudulent CBI charge?

My credit card was charged $54.95 once and $34.99 today to renew the product Malwarebytes. I've emailed them twice and told them not to renew it, but they ignored my requests. I have contacted my bank and had the number changed so they can't run unauthorized charges in the future. This company, CBI Cleverbridge, has an ongoing history of sneaky little tricks to take money from customers. They are in the top 10 of most complaints for merchant processing companies.

To whom it may concern:

I had taken a look at one of your product online that call itself (Total VA) of which I chosen a $39.00 item.. When the bill came I was total surprise how much the item had cost me; nearly close to $100.00. I said to myself " oh no" this cannot be.. I call as soon as I can to remove the item I had of which they did for me. But I was told I had one more step to make and that was for me to get to you to compete this item back to you and to get a credit from my charge card..

I purchased the WinZip Utilities software from Cleverbridge during the first week in January 2017 and it NEVER worked because the access "Keys" were wrong, every one they sent to me. After these failures, I requested a refund and "Dave" on the Support Team agreed to refund my VISA card back on January 18, 2017 informing that the refund takes 5 - 7 business days. Today is February 6, 2017 and I have not seen one penny of my money. I have notified them that I plan to file a case with VISA, The Governor's Office of Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau tomorrow morning because they have done nothing but tell lies backed up by delays and more lies. Based on my complaint and all the complaints posted on this site, it is crystal clear that this company does NOT care about the satisfaction of their customers and resolving complaints that THEY CREATED - at all. They are now holding / using my money and money from others, drawing interest from it, investing, etc. so WHEN I receive a refund, I want all the interest they received during their days and weeks of lies. I want the interest along with every penny of my money back and every penny they have earned from holding it. My name is Jo Anne Smith - Atlanta, Georgia.

I was charged $59.88 to my PAYPAL account for some sot of software I DID NOT order.. I DID NOT authorize any charges from Cleverbridge. Refund my money right now or I am going to the State Attorney General - Internet Fraud Division with a formal complaint. This is not a threat. This is a promise. I did not order ANYTHING from Cleverbridge. I don't even know who you are.

purchased a software that would allow transfer from old computer to new computer. It did not work, They sent me to another company that said I had a virus on my computer. Ha. It;s a brand new computer. This is a scam. Unfortunately I paid with a debit card and they won't refund my money. Stay away from this company. They are scammers...

I ordered the Malwarebytes program for $29.95 and added the Slimcleaner for an additional $10.00. This should have resulted in a total of $39.95. I have been overcharged an additional $99.87.

Sometime ago I purchased protection software namely Mac keeper from Cleaver Bridge my complaint is that I have been charged £143.86 on my credit card for a years subscription for this product without my knowledge or authorisation on 20 March 2016 I had stopped using Mac keeper for over a year.

I cannot recall that I would have ordered anything from that firm or any firm lately.

I purchased Acronis from you a couple of months ago. Ever since I installed it it's been trying to download something to me... and it looks like it's AcronisTrueImage2014_6673_en-US.exe but that's already been downloaded and functioning. It doesn't give me any more information than that. I do not like Cleverbridge's products accessing my computer or, if it's a local process attempting to communicate with one of Cleverbridge's associates, I do not like that either. The potential is frightening.

It is very easy for Cleverbridge to hide behind the veil of ignorance speaking about the villain being e-commerce partner and not themselves. Whoever is to blame should be identifying themselves up front so we can deal directly with the offenders.
