[Resolved] Clever Grip / Order Cancellation
I saw the advertisement for the item "Clever Grip" on TV and I have ordered it via online on the website www.buyclevergrip.com and paid with my credit card by 12/12. Because I did not receive any confirmation email, so I have printed the order confirmation (see attached photo). Later on, I decided not to buy it and would like to cancel. But there was no any option for the cancellation on the web page. I have called to let to start the processing for the cancellation today by the phone [protected], as it mentioned on the confirmation, but they are saying that there is no any order #[protected].
Now, how can I be sure whether the paid amount has been withdrawn?
I would like to ask you kindly to support me on this matter.

After a call with customerstatus.com, I have bee informed that my order was not placed and so the problem was resolved. But I hope, that the payment has been not withdrawn from my credit card.
