Dear Governor Bush,

I am having a problem with the Clerk of Courts in Dixie County, Ellen C. Sands (Clerk of Courts) is refusing to talk to me at this point, she said I needed to talk to the Governor. It is regarding a piece of property that I bought at a Dixie County held Tax Deed Auction on the Court House steps on
October 12, 2006 at 11:00 A.M. I bought, Paid in full that same day for the property, my check has cleared and the Clerk of Courts is refusing to issue me my Tax Deed, because she is claiming the original owner came in 12 days ( October 24. 2006) after the auction and paid the taxes. I need for you to clarify the ethics of this matter. I believe that Dixie County is in violation of the law. I urgently need a response from you and your office regarding this matter.

Sincerely,
Debra

Dixie County is so backwoods that I can't figure out how they have not been taken down by the upper government. There is so many wrong things going on in the county court house. Most of the employees are related to each other and spread every ells is business all around town. And the people working at the Post office are just as bad. All I can say about your problem is GOD BLESS you will be so screwed
until you move from Dixie County I have had the same kind of crap happen to me and much more X resident of Dixie County and couldn't get out fast enough. GOOD LUCK BARBARA
