I moved my business in the beginning of November. In early October I called to report the move and get things started. At the end of October I called to make sure we were on track only to be told that they had not set things up, I would not have phone service for 2-3 weeks, so sorry but unable to help. After making other arraignments with another phone company, I was able to get the calls forwarded to my cell phone. I was burning cell minutes, but at least my business was still running. The line was to be installed on November 5th. It was not.
They took the forwarding off my cell November 19th, even though the line was not in place at the time. After 2 days, they put the call forwarding back on my cell and the line was put in the following Monday. But I was still burning cell minutes because the line was not transfered. They had input the number wrong in their computer. Then they turned the line off for nonpayment, even though they sent the bill to the old address rather than the new one.
I have paid for more than 300 cell minutes just this past month, the line is still not working, but I just got another bill for this next month with the call forwarding and Remote Call Forwarding which they have yet to put in place. So now I will have to sit for hours on hold for the Customer service people to tell me again, so sorry but unable to help unless I pay over $300.00 first, but they are not interested in reimbursing me for the cell minutes or the lost calls.
