cleanse prox / Refund
In April 2009, I received a trial sample of their product (Acaci Berry). The next day, I canceled any and all future orders. I received a confirmation number that my information was cancelled in their system. On December 15, 2009, my credit card was charged $87.87. I called the [protected] number that was listed with my bank and talked to a person that said they had a computer problem that charged several customers without their authorization. I was assured my money would be refunded to my account. As of today, (February 09, 2010) I have not received my money. I talk to the same guy (who changes his name) each time i call this phone number. He tells me i can't talk to a manager or have their bank information. Any suggestion on what to do.
