I sent this company a check for $22.95 in December 2007, for six clean strike towels. The check cleared my credit Union on January 9th, 2008. I have yet to receive my merchandise. I have sent this company two e-mails and wrote them a letter on March 13th, 2006, asking for the towels or a refund. To this day I haven't receive anything no towels or even a response to my letter or e-mails.

I have the same problem. I send a check for $24.95 on 05/15/09 check has cleared and I have jet to receive my towels. today is June 17th. Whats up?!
