We are a loyal customer of PLDT for more than 6 years! Last june 2016 (if my memory serve me right) one delivery guy come to our house and delivered a tablet (which he said that its a gift from pldt since the account was chosen for the raffle) when we try to search it on the net it is not free and there is a monthly fee on top of it, next day my mother go to the branch in concepcion malabon to return the product later on this month the connect has been cut without any notice and when my mother go to the branch and ask why it is cut they inform that we have a pending balance of 12k because of the tablet which they give to my mom. When we try to informed them that we never use it and show the receipt of return they are saying that we have sign a contract for it! My mom decided to cut the line instead of paying the amount! This is how they trick their customer and doesnt care to lose business! Im looking forward for someone to contact us regarding this issue!
