These people are total frauds. I bought a DVD set and never received it. I then demanded a refund and got a bunch of harassing, threatening e-mails from them. I then found out that the person running this phony business, Crystal Brooks has an outstanding DUI arrest warrant and 3 children who died under mysterious circumstances. Very creepy to me. I had to close my bank account and file a forgery affidavit after she threatened to help herself to more funds from my account if I didn't leave her alone and quit contacting the police and making complaints against her. I never received my purchase, and this woman and her husband who also assists in her business are obviously very unstable. This is by far one of my worst experiences with purchasing online and needs to be investigated.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
Bought a set of discs from her. Most of them were so-so. 2 of the discs were defective. She said to return them and she would replace them. Sent them back and after a long wait I emailed Crystal asking about my replacements. She said she never got them. She wrote that I should tell her which ones were defective and she would replace them. She never did. This whole thing goes back 5-6 months. Turned them in to the BBB and she ignored them. Since she wanted a check by mail, I informed the postal inspectors hoping they could help.
I ordered the Biggest Loser 10 seasons - I paid good money 5 DVDs did not work. There were commercials and election coverage all through one season . Parts were missing from another episode and one episode was missing altogher from another season. I was willing to overlook that but the 5 DVDs that did not work needed to be replaced. Chrystal Brooks said that she would replace them if I sent them back - which I did in January. Needless to say I have not received the replacements and now she will not respond to any of my emails.
i bought the complete series of crossing jordan. did not receive, did not receive. so, sent an e-mail stating that i wanted my purchase or my money back. added that my next step would be to file a complaint with the LA attorney general. got instant results, sort of. got my order, and appeasing e-mail - however, tho' the dvds i received are good quality, the complete series it is not! and i received duplicate dvd. i use a checking account with very little money in it - just to forstall any hanky panky by a seller. yesterday, i went onlin to find that classictv4u website has been taken down. big surprise!
They ripped me off too. Sent me the DVD sets but 5 of them did not work. I sent them back - per Ms. Brooks request; she promised to send me replacements - and never recieved them. I sent them back in January and she will not answer or acknowledge my emails since then. I filed a complaint with the BBB which she also ignored.
