This was the third time, I took my car to this dealer, to have a recall fixed. I had a appointment for 10:15, I got there gave them my keys and they drove my car inside, I sat there in the lounge for almost two hours waiting on my car. I get up walk into the shop to see what was happening to my car. I did not see my car. So I ask Brent were is my car, he said that it was outside, and that I was next, my apportionment was at 10:15 not 11:55. They had drove my car in the shop and took it outside to work on other cars while I am sitting waiting on my car. After I complained to the guy in charge they pulled my car in and checked out the recall and gave me my car back with in 15 minutes, I sat there, all that time waiting on something that only took 15 minutes to do. That is very bad customer service. So if you are reading this and you take you car in to this dealer for work and you have appointment and you sit there for more than a hour. get up and look in the the shop and see if they are working on your car or did they drive it outside to work on other cars.This happen Thursday, May 3rd 2018

I call Classic Buick GMC in Arlington Texas to have my power lift gate fix per recall number 15240 and they refused to get the parts and fix it because it was still working. I guest they want to wait until it falls and hurts someone before they will make the repairs. Please let me know is Buick's police. My enclave has about 55, 000 miles and I think it should be fix now before the tailgate fall and hurts someone not after.
